最初计划请淑慧食餐好少少既生日饭,但突然杀出两个呈咬金要求共进午餐,无奈 ﹗主人家话事啦,依家 3 个请 1 个仲平左添。Lunch 一够钟我即行先一步霸位,好采今日都无咩食客,大把位坐。哗,估唔到成年无黎帮衬喇。上一次既环境变到快餐店 feel 又嘈又乱,就连 menu 都变左做鸡牛猪快餐,吓鬼死我呀 ﹗依家好似正常返少少喇㖞,宁静舒服,灯光柔和,感觉悠闲。如果唔系食完要赶返工,心情就更舒畅啦 ﹗无花蛤,转左做大虾。花甲老人?花蛤吗?无三文鱼,转左做鲈鱼,百无呢。点解 main course 同 set lunch 既菜色一模一样既?咁为何要 print 多次呢?加面加行字转餐加钱咪得啰。个 menu 同普通西餐厅无分别,总好过快餐店既。Menu 一年比一年普通,我真系想食法国料理架,唔系依类行野 ﹗烧春鸡、煎三文鱼柳、煎肉眼扒、卡邦尼意粉、意大利饭。血鸭、鹌鹑、鹅肝、鸭腿、兔髀、黄猄、山鸡您地去晒边呀?餐前饱四款,热架㖞,搽上大量牛油同吃,浓厚面包香夹著牛油咸香,好味啊。如果要橄榄油同黑醋要另外叫侍应提供,似乎并无意识面包要配榄油同黑醋㖞。凯撒沙律,Set lunch 头盘可选薯仔沙律或凯撒沙律,我对薯仔麻麻,都系食菜啦。主要为生意,有少少火箭菜及紫椰菜,散点芝士粉,无什么特别,满意。田园沙律,食凯撒食到厌,搏一搏。田园即随意杂锦,鲜爽外国沙律菜捞上橄油黑醋,朴实不华,满意。意大利杂菜汤,茄膏味浓,还可以。有两款汤拣,咪又系红汤同白汤啰。忌廉南瓜汤,不能转其他或另外 order 其他汤,无选择。味道无特别,幸好不太甜,忌廉味浓浓带微甜,过关。脆焗法国鸭髀配松子青苹果,系髀呀,即系腿,唔系脾,唔系内脏呀 ﹗一间高级法国餐厅点可以咁多错别字架。第一次食重膻味鸭髀,法国种特别膻?焗到鸭髀肉干争争,肉汁干涸,皮硬不脆,配上清甜青苹果会较易接受,麻麻地。焗新薯切片微爽又薯味浓,可口。松子仁香脆,我一向好钟意食。不过似乎只作点缀作用,毫无关系。煎美国安格斯肉眼扒 3 成熟配红酒汁,全个 menu 最贵架喇,多谢 HKD248,真系拣无可拣,是但食件扒啦。普普通通,大路无感觉,微暖但中间有少少冻,免强可以接受,整体合格。 继续阅读

要想在周末吃一顿安安静静的晚餐而是没有订座的, 这里是个不错选择微暖的包, 最特别的是点包的酱, 很美味Tuna tartare, 三文鱼, 都是不错的质数及味道, 开胃的汁, 十分可口一片带子切开几块, 带子没雪味, 很难得, 煮得刚刚好, 汁的很美味自家制的汤, 实算不错, 不论是味道或卖相, 都拿了应拿的分数非常好味, 肉质嫩滑, 难得难得, 不需什么调味, 烧好便可, 很意外的水准, 有创意的蓝莓汁, 都很配, 虽然可有可无, 但都出色比要求的温度生了一点, 不过羊架的质数不错, 都没有膻味, 都很满意 继续阅读

It was Friday night but only two tables were occupied. Some tables had "reserved" card on but no one comes before we left. We ordered a set dinner and a pasta. The set dinner included a salad with salmon and two "warm" scallops, three tiny cups of soup, a main course, a dessert and a beverage. It costs $500. Also, we ordered a pasta with prawns, around $150. The scallops, as stated in the meun, said they were served in warm temperature. By the time when they were put on the table, they were cold and without much taste. The salad and salmon are just soso. We ordered rib eye steak and lobster as the main course. The lobster had been put for a long time that it did not taste good and with bad texture. The pasta with prawns was a nightmare. The prawns were tasteless, not even salty. I told the waitress about this and she offered me a chocolate mousse to compensate. The chocolate mousse tastes sour and it did not taste like mousse at all. The environment is fine but the quality of the food is unacceptable. I personally think that they are overpriced. And one more thing, when I went to the toilet, I saw a cook sleeping at the customer table near the toilet. It was already 9 o'clock at night. With only a few tables occupied, I could not imagine how tired the cook was.   继续阅读

Stanley Deli 十一月从新开业, 我和一班酒友立即踩场, 餐厅装修格调走高档路线, 环境气纷优雅,食物有一定水准.今晚无食Set Dinner, 因为大厨话有Tamahawk 牛排, 一件足够六人一起享用,我们便点了一份及煎带子,青口等前菜,牛排烧的时间掌握非常好, 外脆内滑,牛味十足, 与我们带来的红酒十分配合,临尾的甜品也很精彩, 我点了一份拿破仑,非常可口,还有朋友的芝士饼,一定要食,非常满足的一个晚上. 继续阅读

老公超有心思, 喺我地一周年纪念日订左呢间餐厅, 味道真系唔错架!我地叫左个鱼同肉眼扒, 本来怕份量好细唔够饱,但点知包埋头盆, 最后都捧住肚肚离场甜品系本来系hot souffle, 不过因为老公同我都唔太钟意,于是改左blueberry ice cream, 师傅仲亲身示范添师傅都有叫我落场煮, 不过无谓献丑啦总括黎讲, 系一个好好既回忆 继续阅读
