尖沙咀宝勒巷有间印度菜餐厅🇮🇳原来系由前杜拜皇室御厨主理👨🏻🍳采用天然香料代替人造色素来制作Fusion印度菜🍽️ 一到门口就已经见到色彩缤纷既手绘墙画,入去餐厅后,蓝绿色配白色,营造优雅又舒适既感觉✨今次同哥嫂来食晚餐,我地叫左:.🍗胡椒烤鸡(半件)睇卖相就知用足香料去烤香,我地拣左小辣,鸡皮焦香脆,内里鸡肉却嫩滑多汁,旁伴沙律菜同薄荷乳酪!.🍱海德拉巴羊腿香饭羊腿饭系一锅咁上,顶层有酥皮包住熔香🥧 会有专人帮你切开同捞匀,羊腿经慢煮6小时,所以肉质软腍!香饭捞埋酱汁食几惹味.🥘奶油鸡Butter Chicken 系经典印度菜,酱汁浓郁且丰富,捞饭或叫Naan点酱食都好夹!.🥙脆饼篮里面有两款,一款系薄脆片,脆卜卜!另一款系自家制炸虾片,点上旁伴的薄荷乳酪夹哂.🥭Golden Mango LassiLassi系食印度出名既招牌饮品,即芒果乳酪,口感好滑,芒果味道又香又浓郁,好饮!.🍸Masala Cutting Thai Sour呢杯系cocktail,带点肉桂香,味道微甜,又几ok!.见到呢度Set lunch有齐前菜、主菜、自选烤饼或香饭、甜品同饮品,仲有Vegan set,$98起就有,下次试下lunch先!

今天朋友带路去了位于尖沙咀的印度餐厅Spice Bazaar,主厨Balram Yadav曾是迪拜皇家御厨,拥有超过30年的丰富资历,光听就觉得厉害!初访时看到,午市套餐居然只要$98起,CP值爆表! Spice Bazaar的用餐环境别致,无论是朋友聚餐还是独自享受美食都很适合。午餐套餐选择很多,包含开胃前菜、精选主菜、烤饼或香饭、精致甜点以及饮品。素食套餐仅需 $98,肉食套餐也只要$108! 听说这里有一种慢炖6小时的羊肉料理是店内招牌,虽然我对羊肉没有特别的偏好,但听说入口即化,实在太吸引人了!主菜部分,Tandoori Chicken Half(烤鸡,$158)和Tawa ki Macchi(铁板鱼,$168)也非常值得一试,店家坚持使用天然香料制作,不人工添加色素,吃得美味又安心。 饮品方面,Golden Mango Lassi($68)是我印度菜吃时的必点!金黄的Lassi,撒上香脆的开心果碎,用料实在,芒果香气十足,冰凉又消暑,简直绝配! Tandoori Chicken Half(烤鸡,$158)烤得外皮微焦酥脆,鸡肉却依然鲜嫩多汁,搭配清爽的沙律和特制酱汁,色香味俱全! Tawa ki Macchi(铁板鱼,$168)香气金黄香气,香气扑鼻而来,再撒上新鲜香草,让人垂涎三尺!鱼肉鲜嫩细致,简直是味蕾的极致享受! Garlic Butter Naan(大蒜奶油印度烤饼,$58)烤至金黄酥脆,配上一颗蒜香,外酥内软的口感,用来搭配主菜的酱汁,非常美味! 身为甜点控,当然不能错过 Spice Bazaar 的精致甜品!首推 Chocolate Lava Cake(心太软,$88),外层酥脆,内馅浓郁,绝对让你一试爱上!外层的朱古力蛋糕口感酥脆,切开后,浓郁的朱古力酱如熔岩般倾泻而出,搭配一球云尼拿雪糕,冷热交融,多层次的口感在口中绽放,幸福感爆棚! Spice Bazaar 的装潢也充满格调,墙上挂著色彩缤纷的艺术画作,为用餐环境增添了一份抹亮色。餐厅内的圆形镜子和金色装饰相互辉映,增添了几分奢华感,黑白图案的地板也别具特色,每个角落都充满巧思,让人彷佛置身于异国宫殿。 😄

I saw this restaurant's openrice promotion and this is the first time I tried a restaurant with no reviews. Definitely love it and would want to try more.I tried the Rose Lassi and it was rich without being too syrupy or sweet.The chickenpea curry was light which matched the deep fried bread. However, you can of course add different types of curry if you want to try it with others.The truffle cheese naan was a delight on its own but I would recommend not to order it if you plan to have many curry dishes. The curry would cover the truffle flavor and it kind of waste the extra dollars for this flavored Naan.Despite all the herbs, the aroma was surpsingly fragrant without being overbearing or too spicy.Who doesn't love cheese and especially cheese with a crisp. Besdies the curry leave, I love how they added some pomegranate to it to balance out the strong flavors.Lamb shank was extremely tender and falls off the bone easily. We were quite full by then and decided to order 1 dessert which we regretted.... we should have ordered more. The hint of rose and its twist to the original Gulam Jamun was a fun dessert to have especially with its contrasting hot exterior and cold interior.The service was good though as they just opened so it is still their soft opening so there is a bit of delay, which is understandable and they explained this to us, which was very polite of them. The price was very reasonable for a restaurant at Tsim Sha Tsui and I am looking forward to my next visit

尖沙咀真系乜都有,今次同女朋友就特登嚟试呢间Spice Bazaar,一间专做印度菜嘅餐厅,据讲佢嘅厨师曾经喺杜拜前皇宫任职,听个来头已经觉得好劲。一入门口,成个人就俾佢华丽嘅装修吓亲,金色元素加上印度花纹墙纸,好有异国风情,啱晒打卡📸。Menu 都几贴心,除咗英文版仲有中文版,方便大家拣餐。店员服务态度一流,成程食饭感觉轻松又被照顾到位。今次系lunch set时间嚟,我拣咗奶油鸡,女朋友就试鱼咖喱,每个餐可以拣白饭或者烤饼,而且仲无限任添,真系抵到笑😂。我当然两样都要试,白饭香软粒粒分明,烤饼带少少焦香,配奶油鸡一流。奶油鸡香料味温和又唔会抢走鸡肉嘅嫩香。女朋友𠮶份鱼咖喱就辣啲,鱼肉鲜滑无腥味,咖喱汁惹味到可以单食两碗饭。饮品方面我点咗Mango Lassi 芒果同乳酪blend到好幼滑,香甜但唔腻,放耐都唔会分层,超稳阵。另一杯Masala Chai*就系茶壶上枱,卖相好有气派,茶香浓郁,奶味比例啱啱好,仲可以自己加糖调味。整体嚟讲,Spice Bazaar真系一间食物水准高、服务好,仲有异国风情嘅好地方,无论系约会定朋友聚餐都啱晒,下次一定要晚市再嚟挑战下佢哋嘅烤鸡同羊肉咖喱!
