午餐套餐有$88至$168不等,已经包前菜汤或咖啡,一个主菜同埋饮品。食物质素非常高,所有餐具亦都非常精致。绝对系中上环区午餐嘅好选择。餐厅环境亦都非常之好,由于人客不太多,绝对系倾偈嘅首选。意粉微辣非常惹味。南瓜意大利饭亦系超出预期。我哋亦都加咗钱叫咗两个甜品。火焰火山非常大份,亦都好有仪式感。另外一个系crème brûlée, 连同开心果雪糕,非常好食。餐厅有两层,地下𠮶层有好大个长枱,可以同时容纳10几人。公司一班人食饭就最啱啦。

今次介绍嘅系一间地点不太方便,隐藏于摩啰街古董舖之中嘅特色fusion餐厅,餐厅将中菜特色fusion西班牙传统菜式🇪🇸,感觉令人焕然一新😌 可能老板想衬返摩罗街喇,新旧融合呀嘛🤣 而我哋最欣赏嘅系,呢间餐厅每上一道菜,都有侍应去介绍每一道菜及建议食法,呢啲好似好普通嘅嘢,不过喺宜家呢个速食世代已经买少见少🤷🏻♀️🤷🏻避风塘鸡软骨($98):佢系一锅上,无错,真系一锅咁上,好大份😱 炸鸡软骨大大旧,而且仲有鸡肉痴住,食落口感香脆,最惊喜嘅系佢哋个避风塘嘅香、辣等调味处理得好好,大量嘅炸蒜/辣椒🌶️ 越食越过瘾慢煮八爪鱼配加泰隆尼亚汁($138):西班牙作为沿海城市,八爪鱼都系佢哋嘅食材,呢味八爪鱼完全表现出新鲜,点解我哋咁讲?系因为餐厅用咗真空慢煮嘅煮法令到八爪鱼须一啲都唔韧,弹弹吓咁,而且咬落好juicy添🤤 衬埋个加泰隆尼亚汁,味道带少少酸,几开胃👍🏻西班牙蒜片虾($168):份量唔多,得6-7只左右,呢度要扣分!😔 撇除份量唔够呢个缺点之外,橄榄油尽吸蒜片、辣椒嘅香气,然后紧紧咁包住虾肉,虾肉爽口弹牙😍 食完后仲可以将附上嘅面包沾少少尽吸蒜片、辣椒香气嘅橄榄油🥹北京填鸭扁意粉($188):呢度我哋真系佩服大厨,居然可以将传统嘅片皮鸭,再用上fusion手法去煮个意粉。首先大厨将海鲜酱调校成汁再煮扁意粉,令到个意粉有少少挂汁嘅状态,食落有海鲜酱嘅味道。而传统片皮鸭果部分,餐厅就用咗鸭胸,而且系厚切,令到每一啖咬落去啲鸭油咇出嚟🤤 最抵死嘅系佢连传统片皮鸭嘅京葱姜丝都有,食一啖意粉,再将一旧鸭胸连京葱姜丝点少少海鲜酱食,食完之后个感觉好似真系食完片皮鸭咁😂四川麻辣黑毛猪扁意粉($178):佢哋啲猪肉都系厚切,而且份量多,不过要注意嘅系呢味菜味道就相对麻辣。佢哋嘅调味就同传统嘅四川菜一样,有香、麻、最后先辣,而且意份都系挂汁嘅,佢哋嘅黑毛猪猪肉冇雪味(可能因为四川调味太浓,我哋都食唔出啦🤫),口感唔讲以为食紧牛肉啊🤯 越食就越辣,越辣就越想继续食,好鬼正🥵食咗咁多又热气又辣嘅嘢,我哋都忍唔住叫咗个甜品蛋白杏仁茶焦糖炖蛋($88):佢哋连甜品都fusion咗传统中式甜品蛋白杏仁茶,同侍应交流后,我哋知道,原来餐厅老板用咗好多方法想将杏仁茶嘅滑融合落去焦糖炖蛋度,不过用咗好多方法都唔成功,而家我哋食到嘅已经系最成功嘅一个方法喇。讲返个甜品,甜品唔会太甜,面头嘅焦糖厚薄适中,我哋最怕焦糖又厚又硬,咬到牙都崩🤓 而且甜品系附送少少生果及开心果味gelato,以呢个价嚟讲算合理😌特别一提,餐厅嘅wine list 以呢个规模嘅餐厅来讲都几齐全,有传统嘅汽、白、红葡萄酒(唔记得有冇Sauternes🤔),去到spirits 都有,睇得出老板应该系爱饮之人,我哋期待下次可以试吓佢哋嘅鸡尾酒。小小总结啦,呢间餐厅食物质素、创作心思都好好,唯独是系价钱略为进取,如果价钱可以向下微调少少,我相信佢就算开到喺沙头角,都有一大班fans入去支持。

Poor service and communication.We made a dinner reservation for 2 but went in earlier for happy hour. The lady waiter did not greet us when we walked in, she walked us to the table and left the menus without saying a word. I was slightly put off at this moment but didn’t want to ruin the mood.I noticed the happy hour buy 1 get 1 offer (Mon- thur until 8pm) on the table stand flyer, which we weren’t informed of. We proceeded to order 2 cocktails. After the meal I asked for the bill and the lady bluntly asked you girls aren’t going for another round? I said no. She handed over the bill and I saw they charged the drinks at full price so I asked about the happy hour offer, she rudely said that’s why I asked if you want another round, you need to order 4 drinks! At this point I felt like we were scammed and the situation was handled poorly. We walked out feeling very disappointed.The food was decent (wish portion is bigger) it’s a shame that the customer service was disappointing. They need to clarify the happy hour offer is for PER PERSON both in writing and in person. Or simply state buy 2 get 2 on the flyer! It was very misleading.I do not recommend this restaurant. There are better options out there.

朋友生日, book咗上环好有情调嘅小酒馆食饭,呢度主打fusion菜,我睇开我嘅朋友都知我好钟意试新嘢~~~所以成餐饭full of surprise🥰由于食得太多嘢,所以分为上下两集,今日就讲吓前菜同埋主菜先😆❤️ 前菜✨Saliva Chicken 柠檬口水鸡 $88 口水鸡全部都冇骨,好啱懒人食~柠檬嘅酸味可以中和口水酱嘅辣味,味道亦都会更加有层次,酸酸辣辣咁样,好过瘾🤭✨Belly Bao 乳猪腩夹膜 $128必食❗❗❗通常呢啲夹膜嘅馅料通常已经冧咗,系呢个西班牙style嘅乳猪Keep到卜卜脆,肉质好soft,夹膜个皮一啲都唔硬,软林林,一啖有唔同口感,超正❤️🔥✨Pulpo 慢煮八爪鱼配加泰龙尼亚汁 $138平视我好怕食八爪鱼,因为好难煮得好,通常都好韧,呢度用咗慢煮所以可以令肉质软腍,加上特制嘅Romesco酱汁,天衣无缝。✨Beef Salad Bowl 封门柳沙律碗 $138全部菜都劲新鲜,加埋轻轻烧过嘅封门柳,生熟啱啱好,保留肉汁!所以食菜嘅时候都好大浸肉味hahah❤️ 主菜✨火焰三黄春鸡 Roasted France Yellow Spring Chicken $288店员加入玫瑰露再点火,外皮酥脆惹味,三黄春鸡黄油味超正,嫩滑多汁,又啖啖肉!!✨Flank Steak with kimchi sauce 侧腹牛排配泡菜沙沙汁 (12oz) $388入口肉质软腍,香盈肉汁慢慢释出,浓郁的牛香令人迷醉🤤✨糖醋猪肋骨 $268卖相嚟讲佢真系卧虎藏龙,面头用咗蛋浆煎成嘅雀巢造型,冚住入边嘅猪肋骨,好似开盲盒咁样😳味道嚟讲呢个系平时糖醋骨嘅变奏版,用咗西式嘅ribs,外皮酥脆,酱汁酸酸甜甜!!✨慢煮八爪鱼配伊比利亚肉饼饭 $198 主菜嚟讲佢系mvp❗❗❗伊比利亚肉饼加咗羊肚菌,所以令到成个肉饼同埋饭劲香,一上台我哋已经流晒口水!老板话以前用意大利米,而家转咗日本米,可以做到有饭焦嘅口感,每一粒饭粒粒分明👍🏻👍🏻✨北京填鸭扁意粉 $188 有别普通酒楼嘅北京填鸭,换上鸭胸,油脂感更加香,但系配菜同酱汁,沿用左北京填鸭嘅做法,建议加少少京葱、意粉、鸭胸,一啖食落口好满足👅✨黑椒封门柳扁意粉 $138 佢嘅味道完全系茶餐厅风格,但系就换咗封门柳,好搞笑><❤️ Drinks✨Alchemy $148 呢个影得劲靓,一上枱就有店员点火,打卡一流,唔饮得都睇得啦!(但系其实饮落都好正,饮落甜甜地,有啲蜜桃味,女仔好啱!)✨Golden Chrysanthemun Tea $128尼杯加咗菊花茶、菠萝汁同桂花,好清新,搭配gin简直系perfect match✨Peekaboo $128个样已经系中西合璧嘅代表,用咗万寿无疆嘅杯,加入elderflower and cranberry juice,会带酸酸甜甜,加埋姜嘅辣味唔会喧宾夺主,钟意特别嘅你一定要试呢杯!!✨Exotic Delight $128呢杯就有啲泰国风情,加咗香茅味,好似thai massage 嘅welcome drink 咁❤️ Desserts 最惊喜一定系呢个环节!✨火焰雪山已经买少见少,整得好更加难,因为整得唔好,啲酒味会喧宾夺主,呢度做得啱啱好,出面嘅蛋白整到好soft,我以为系入口即溶,中间系蛋糕部份,最入面系雪糕,成件事嘅口感好轻盈!系我人生中食过最好食嘅火焰雪山❗❗❗✨Crème brûlée 焦糖炖蛋配雪糕呢度嘅Crème brûlée唔会好甜,中间仲食到粒粒云呢拿籽,隔离嘅雪糕系我最钟意嘅开心果味,好少餐厅会有开心果味雪糕,好香浓!餐厅分咗上下两层,好似迷宫+私窦咁样,好正,老板绝对系有品味嘅人!如果多啲人嘅话都可以book房,有得唱埋K~~好耐都冇去过一间餐厅系各方面都超出我预期,诚心推介俾大家,一定要打电话book爆佢!同埋用埋我私人醒你哋嘅9️⃣折优惠💕💕💕💕 @hk_playneat

如果想食多样化美食,呢间绝对是一个值得造访的餐厅!我叫左好多款🤣,整体我觉得唔错~系好食既!1. 黑椒封门柳扁意粉:意粉煮得刚好,带有一点嚼劲。牛肉新鲜!2. 慢煮八爪鱼肉饼饭:呢个煲仔饭不得了!我个人非常推荐!饭好香,好好食!八爪鱼好弹牙,口感丰富,饭煮得岩岩好.每一粒饭分明,唔硬又唔淋身!饭底部有微焦,可以食到少少饭焦,增添了一种香脆既口感。👍🏻👍🏻3. 火焰三黄春鸡:这道火焰三黄春鸡在上桌时给人留下了深刻的印象。火焰效果,给用餐体验增添了一份乐趣。打卡不错的👍🏻4. 糖醋猪肋骨:这道糖醋猪肋骨是一道传统的中式美食,猪肋骨肉质鲜嫩好淋唔‘鞋’,酱汁的甜酸口味恰到好处,让人一口接一口。这道菜适合喜爱中式糖醋口味的人品尝。5. 侧腹牛排配泡菜沙沙汁:牛排烤得刚好,外脆内嫩,肉质鲜美。这间餐厅每一道菜也有特色,不会太细碟食唔饱,每道菜份量也很足!
