早餐点了素食卷，里面有牛油果蓉，蘑菇和小番茄；番茄没有甜味，牛油果一点味道也无，蘑菇没有香味；从食材的角度来说是健康的选择，但从味道来看我会建议移步到Groove去吃价值29元的素食沙拉—配料来说Groove甚至还更多样（反正味道相同）。

上环一间cafe，专卖健康西式汤品，每日店外都会写出是日精选靓汤，例如红菜头汤、波菜带子汤、蘑菇汤、罗勒番茄汤......总有一款适合你。 早餐时间选了一份souprb set （$72), 有一份汤, 一份多士, 以及一杯饮品。 三文鱼多士选用了健康的麦包，两边烘至金黄色，咬下每一口充满咸香的芝士和烟三文鱼，好足料！主角是蚬肉周打汤， 材料丰富， 有红萝卜薯仔洋葱粒， 还有大量蚬肉。 汤的口感没有预期般creamy， 感觉更健康。

Souprb sells soups (for sure) plus light food that is best for breakfast, (light) lunch and tea.For Lunch, I ordered a soup tasting set (i.e. two regular soups) and I added a toast.Any soups from the menu. So I opted for Beetroot (vegan) and was struggling between chestnut and mushroom (vegetarian) and tomato and chicken noodles. I was many people taking the chestnut and mushroom and was told that it is like a mushroom and cream soup, but I had wanted sth the taste light (in fact my choose wasn't any thing light with chicken and noodle in it), so I went for the latter one.Beetroot SoupTaste fresh and light enough. Sweetness from beetroot with a bit of aroma from onion. Adding pepper to spice it u!Tomato Chicken Soup with NoodlesI just loved the sweet corn, tomato and chicken matchy! It wasn't special at all, but a all-time-classic.Ham and Cheese ToastThis is rather disappointing though. The ham was not parma ham as I had wanted, just some carcinogenic (as WHO suggested) processed ham. The bread was the simplest ones from "GXrdXn". $38 is definitely not worth it.The two soup set included a drink (this is strange,, how can people drink so much?!)

近期系上环揾到间主打饮汤嘅餐厅每日有几款唔同嘅汤选择🍲感觉比较健康汤可以配沙律或吐司或饭做套餐当日去到啲饭都卖哂 而吐司都有一款卖哂我就拣左带子菠菜汤配烟三文鱼芝士多士🥪虽然望落份量好小但都几饱几满足个汤好浓郁好杰 但唔重菠菜味 连我唔钟意菠菜浸味都觉得唔错几好饮又有饱肚感吐司热辣辣 外脆内软 芝士呈软心有拉丝效果好邪恶餐厅座位比较少 要等一阵位 而且空间比较窄今次四个人去食坐吧枱 但枱面摆完野食都无乜位比较容易整到隔离位 如果空间松啲会更好

慕名嚟到高质小店，可惜原来最想试既龙虾汤已经无卖。唯有退而求其次叫咗个「红酒炖牛肋条set」($88)📌意大利杂菜汤📌主打卖汤既果然唔系行货，食材系靓嘢，就算煲完菜味都特别鲜甜，连汤渣都唔可以放过。😎. 📌红酒炖牛肋条📌系好啱OL个种无乜筋同肥膏既位，煮到好淋，一啲都唔柴唔鞋口，汁仲多到成碗饭都唔够捞。😍 红萝卜竟然无我好讨厌既草腥味，全部KO晒虽然价钱略贵，但好好味道，而且食得出用料真系高质！有时豪小小对自己好啲系开心嘅！
