今日放工同男友庆祝周年纪念日🥰,特登拣咗荃湾呢间Sol House撑枱脚。餐厅入面灯光偏暗,黄黄地嘅柔和灯光,播住啲轻快嘅音乐🎶,气氛好写意。我哋一坐低就叫咗杯Blue Moon同Cosmopolitan,准备开餐!虽然餐厅个名叫Oyster Bar,不过我哋今次就无叫生蚝,直接由前菜开始。首先系芝士火腿拼盘 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻,几款Parma Ham咸香各有层次,配埋啲芝士同脆卜卜嘅饼干一齐食,非常开胃🧀。跟住上嘅 **澳洲蓝青口配云呢拿忌廉汁法式蒜蓉包 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻** 就真系好出色!估唔到云呢拿同忌廉汁可以咁夹,甜甜地嘅奶香,完全冇盖过青口本身嘅鲜味,啲青口只只都好饱满。最重要系个法式蒜蓉包,点埋个汁嚟食,简直系精华所在🥖!主食方面,我哋叫咗个 烤龙虾配意式香辣蒜片阔条面 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻。龙虾肉质算系弹牙,烤得几香🦞,阔条面索到蒜片嘅香辣味,几惹味,不过整体味道如果可以再浓郁啲会更好。另一样主菜 德国猪手拼烤杂肠拼盘配青木瓜沙律 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 就份量十足!主角猪手外皮烤到劲香脆,一切落去啲肉汁仲流紧出嚟🤤,肉质好软腍。几款杂肠都各有风味,食到一半觉得腻嘅时候,点啲酸酸甜甜嘅青木瓜沙律就即刻清新返。另外加点嘅 炒杂菌 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 就不过不失啦,用牛油炒得几香口🍄,做小食都唔错。最后嘅甜品系 意大利咖啡蛋糕 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻。作为成餐饭嘅结尾,呢个Tiramisu做得几好。Mascarpone cheese够幼滑,渗满咖啡酒香嘅手指饼湿润度啱啱好,食落唔会太甜太腻,为呢餐画上一个完美句号🍰。呢餐周年纪念饭都食得相当满足😌。食物水准整体都几好,尤其系个蓝青口,个汁嘅配搭好有心思。主菜份量好慷慨,我同男友两个人食到捧住个肚走😂。环境同食物质素都对得住个价钱,系一个稳阵嘅西餐选择。成个过程都好舒服,同另一半慢慢食、倾下偈,过咗个愉快嘅晚上🥂。 继续阅读

Okay, so today’s lunch date with my boyfriend at Sol House Oyster Bar And Restaurant in Tsuen Wan was 👌! The place had this cozy, laid-back vibe with warm lighting ✨ and a mix of modern-industrial decor. Perfect for a casual catch-up without feeling too fancy or stuffy.First up, this soup was thick and smooth—like a hug in a bowl 🤗. The sweet corn flavor was rich, and the crab meat added a tiny bit of luxury without overpowering it. Could’ve used a touch more seasoning, but still solid.Grilled Homemade Cheeseburger with Fries 🥰🥰🥰🥰 (4/5)The burger patty was juicy and packed with cheesy goodness 🧀, though the bun could’ve been a bit toastier. The fries? Crispy on the outside, fluffy inside—no complaints here!Cheesy Nachos 🥰🥰🥰 (3/5)Standard nachos with melty cheese, but nothing wild. 星期六同女朋友拍拖 🥰,谂住去边度食晏昼好呢... 左谂右谂,最后拣咗荃湾呢间 Sol House Oyster Bar And Restaurant 试下新嘢。入到去,地方唔算超级大,但布置得几舒服😌,座位之间有啲空间,唔会太逼。啲灯光柔和得嚟又够光猛✨,唔会暗蒙蒙咁。蘑菇汤🍄 7/10首先上嘅系个汤。饮落口都几浓郁嘅,充满菇菌嘅香味,唔会好似水咁稀,质地都算幼滑。热辣辣咁饮落去几舒服,不过味道就系预期之内,正常发挥啦,做个开头都OK嘅。香煎鱼柳龙虾海鲜汁🐟  7.5/10跟住主菜嚟喇!呢个龙脷鱼柳块头都OK㖞。外层煎到有少少金黄色🤏,食落边位有啲些微脆口,入面嘅鱼肉保持到嫩滑👍,唔会嚡烚烚。个龙虾海鲜汁味道都几鲜甜,唔会太咸,捞埋啲鱼肉一齐食几夹。整体嚟讲不过不失,份量都算足够。烤猪扒菠萝烧烤汁 🐷 评分: 8/10反而呢个猪扒有啲睇头😮!猪扒几厚身,烤得几香口,切开见到入面仲系带点肉汁💦,唔会干柴柴。食落肉质几松软,有咬口得嚟又唔韧。个菠萝烧烤汁酸酸甜甜🍍,好开胃,个酸甜味同猪扒嘅油香几衬。女朋友都话呢个做得唔错㖞。蒜蓉包🥖 6.5/10蒜蓉包就比较普通啲。烘得都算脆身,蒜蓉味都闻到,不过就未算好突出。一人三片点下个汤或者𩠌汁都OK嘅,不过不失咁啦。炸薯薯条 🍟  7/10呢个甜薯条炸得几好㖞!外层脆卜卜,入面就好软糯,食到甜薯本身嘅甜味🍠。唔会太油腻,就咁食或者点少少茄汁都几好味。份量如果可以多少少就好啲喇!如果咁啱喺荃湾想揾个地方坐下食下西餐,呢度都可以考虑吓嘅😊。 继续阅读

🌆 Sol House Oyster Bar And Restaurant系一间浪漫而唔会太过火嘅餐厅,灯光柔和而唔刺眼,啱晒下班后揾个地方relax下。餐厅里面嘅布置简单而具特色,有种温馨嘅格调,隔离枱细细声倾计,背景音乐播住轻柔咖啡店调调。🍽️## 澳洲蓝青口配云呢拿忌廉汁法式蒜蓉包 💋💋💋💋 呢个开胃菜可谓系一个轻盈嘅开始,青口鲜嫩多汁,奶油汁有微微香甜嘅云呢拿味,非常搭配。法式蒜蓉包脆口浓香,沾上少少汁,每一口都好有层次感。😋估唔到青口同云呢拿咁啱key,真系好出人意表。## 烤焗法国脆皮黄油鸡配烟肉脆薯 💋💋💋💋💋 次序刚刚好,法国黄油鸡鸡皮烤得脆口完美,焦香四溢,肉质保持多汁鲜嫩。🍗配上烟肉脆薯,咸香之余唔会过腻,简直系口感同味道嘅一次绝佳体验。鸡嘅质素唔错,亦唔会煮得过干,啲薯仔搞到我哋粒粒都食晒。## 烤龙虾配意式香辣蒜片阔条面 💋💋💋💋 主菜选择以龙虾为主角,唔单止龙虾肉质结实且鲜甜,更有个完美嘅香辣风味。🦞蒜片意粉带有微微辣感,提升晒整个菜品嘅层次,口感丰富。唯一轻微美中不足系龙虾蟹钳有少少难处理,但整体来讲非常满意。今次嘅晚餐真系好满意,菜式选择多元化,味道好出色。每一道菜都带嚟唔同惊喜,令我哋食完之后都好满足。最紧要系同男朋友一齐,氛围好靓,令我哋嘅小约会变得更加温馨。❤️ 继续阅读

Sol House Oyster Bar and Restaurant的鹅肝多士到Sol House Oyster Bar and Restaurant没有先点蚝, 反而点了鹅肝多士, 因为我太喜欢吃鹅肝了, 结果当然是超出预期。鹅肝多士上碟时已经觉得店家很用心, 摆盘很漂亮, 果然是道优雅又豪华的法式开胃菜,聪明地用了煎到微微香脆而金黄的多士搭配滑嫩而表面是脆皮的鹅肝,味道非常独特, 很惹味, 很滋味, 但不觉得油腻,  这个设计相当成功, 就是因为配料都发挥它们的作用。有黑醋汁﹑沙律菜和面包等等去解掉鹅肝的油腻, 吃起来虽然有满满油脂, 但一点也不腻, 反而香口又酸甜的感觉让人觉得更开胃, 更期待主菜, 这是相当成功的一道前菜, 奢华又美味。 继续阅读
