隊長都幾鍾意行去禮頓道食野, 多小店, 無甘多人又平D, 次次行過Slices Pizzeria都會索多2下, 因為好香芝士味, 如果趕時間都會係到開餐!最鍾意係食佢既four cheese, 因為成塊芝士都充滿芝士, 連個邊都有餡料, 簡直係芝士迷既必選, 佢既餅底到做得好, 夠薄得黎又唔會乾爭爭, homemade pizza feel, 比較raw D既感覺, 唔會薄到拎唔起, 當然, 塊pizza實在太大, 手細既隊長係需要2隻手先可以hold穩塊pizza. 佢有combo揀既, 我通常都會揀一塊pizza同湯, 湯就普通貨色, 有D稀既, 不過感覺湯好似成本貴D, 所以會選擇湯(古怪的logic)不過呢, 近排再去食, 份量同水準都無變, 不過價錢就貴左好多~

I came here for lunch by myself and got a slice of pepperoni pizza ($45). I thought the pizza was good. One question you might ask is whether it's "authentic New York-style pizza" as it claims to be. 意粉一向是我的心頭好，平常沒什麼特別想吃就會想去吃意粉。這間開在鬧市的意粉屋，其實很舒服！ 我叫了一個蕃茄醬的意粉，酸度適中，略嫌蓄茄味不夠濃，但配合香草，口感很好！意粉煮得爽口又入味，加上新鮮的菇類，不錯不錯，都有80分。朋友叫了一個白汁長通粉，這個味道濃很多，長通粉很爽口，飽肚很多。唯一是沒什麼配料，好像很單調。最要讚的是那個湯，濃度適中，入味，其實一個意粉配合一碗湯，很夾又夠飽。雖然味道未必有100分，但在鬧市有這個地方，以合理的價錢吃一個意粉，和三五知己聊天，都很難找了。

Today I went to Slices Pizzeria for tea. We ordered a grilled salmon spaghetti and mushroom pizza. The spaghetti had a lot of delicious cream sauce and the grilled salmon was scrumptious.But the mushroom pizza was ordinary and I prefer to eat the pizza from Pizza Hut! The mushroom from the spaghetti was yummier and I don't like the ketchup.

I go to Slice at least once a month as I live in the area.. I went when they first opened, and it wasnt that good, but they have mastered a good slice.. I think they should play with more fresh herbs such as oregano and basil, and definitly needs mozzerella. But otherwise, pretty good for a quick bite before heading out..

經過禮頓道，被呢間裝橫簡單的slices pizzeria 吸引，見都只不過是50 元左右一個餐，所以入黎試下。叫左個mushroom pizza . 食個時發覚個pizza 好硬同好多油，芝士又唔特別濃，可能個pizza 已經放左係度好耐啦。所以我唔會recommend 堂食。

平時鑽圖書館前總喜歡去天后吃清湯腩，但今天從銅鑼灣過來，不如就近找好東西吧。之前上網看到有一家PIZZA店，就在學校後面，非常好找（也可以聯想到平時是多麼人山人海的學生們.....）店裡店外的裝修都比較簡潔，從綠色框細玻璃窗看進去，是咖哩黃以及木色裝潢，給人的感覺非常温暖，也是走外國老店的路線。有面對外街的高枱，以及三數張的小枱，有黑色的小沙發，坐得頗為舒服。店員有禮貌地打招呼，薄餅共有四款，都是像桌子一樣地大，分開了八等份，是薄批，一份35元，也不算便宜。要了一個夏威夷薄餅，店員就取走為我加熱。我另外要了罐七喜，不過要冰地沒有冰。真是很獨沽一味地提供薄餅呢薄餅的餅底沒有像餅乾般香脆，比較像面包皮再烘熱的質感，温温的，是屬於硬脆的一型，是PIZZA薄批應有的硬度。芝士份量剛好，不太膩，但也有拉扯的煙韌口感。香腸是大片，不算辣，也不多，對我的胃口。我不太喜歡那些所謂「足料」的薄餅，TOPPING多得像一座小山，材料都沒有黏在薄餅上，薄餅和材料的比例又嚴重失衡。但這裡什麼也是少少的，在不經意中才是PIZZA的精華所在。吃完有一點飽，不過男士們可能要兩件才OK吧。坐在小沙發上，越看越喜歡這裡

此店的位置對我來說不是很方便，所以只買了一張團購卷，看那天有時間和心情行遠一點。小店透明的外牆，一目了然的廚房，西方設計的Menu board，給予我輕鬆的感覺。我選擇了mushroom and sausage pizza，然後自行在冰箱取一罐氣水，邊喝氣水邊等待pizza，等候的時間頗長，大約超過10分鐘，幸好我不趕時間。新鮮焗製的pizza，看上去餡料和餅底都不錯，以下午茶來說，份量很夠，餅底的厚薄適中，香草蕃茄醬和芝士的味道真的很好，加上有至少兩種不同的菇類和肉腸，烤焗過的菇類，散發特別的味道，吃得出用料新鮮，入口每一啖都很滿足，很想介紹給大家!

於某團購網站買咗hkd 18 一件8寸pizza 跟一罐汽水個8寸pizza 真係細到唔起眼同佢門口嘅大件pizza 比可憐呢間pizza 店成日miss 咗d 單排我前面個女人等咗半個鐘反而我食完佢仲等緊!!!!好心做得團購唔好咁孤寒!!!HKD 23 食paisamo 仲好人地大大件極唔推薦呢間孤寒pizza shop

Slices looks very impressive from the outside and the inside. It is extremely clean and the decor is simple and attractive. The staff are polite and professional. Unfortunately, the pizza sucks. For $35, I'd much rather go to Paisano's. As others have pointed out, the crust lacks the chewiness of a fermented dough base, but it isn't an Italian-style pizza by a long shot either. 在老銅邊陲的地帶開了一所名為Slices Pizzeria的小店，店內只有數個座位，看來都是主打外賣客及速食客，而且看見他們的Pizza都是非常之巨形的，不期然令人想起Paisano。爐基本上也是電爐，畢竟以香港寸金尺土的地方，又有多少人願意花很多空間去建設一個磚砌的烤爐，這一點跟Paisano一樣，不過餡料及其餅底，確是有一點的分別，吃起來就會知道，是本質上的區別，又看看究竟是什麼區別。此店早前有團購優惠，對於想吃此店已久的我，當然是一場及時雨，我前後來了兩次，總其試了三款口味。第一次來的時候吃Pepperoni，故名思意，就是用上了辣肉腸來作餡料，配上最為基本的蕃茄醬及芝士，先談餅底，看其薄薄的樣子，想必此店的Pizza都算是羅馬版本的了，就是因為薄的關係，所以也很鬆脆，但千萬要記住，又不是要脆得如吃餅乾般，入口時還保留一點點的包餅的口感，這一點跟發酵很有關係，如果單從批邊來看，這店子做得也算不賴，但就是稍嫌不夠鬆，不過已經是比起不少連鎖店子要好的了。此店Pizza的餡料也如Paisano的來得非常豐富，厚厚的芝士，及味道很足的蕃茄醬，吃起來味道就非常之好了，但就同時令餅的水份太多
