今日约左朋友去PMQ行下其实真系好热,都未行到出大厦外都已经感受到了去到PMQ都系12点到,好多店都未开门既然系咁就去揾食先啦我地去左地下间Bread n Butter Cafe人唔多,坐得都好舒服不过食物其实选择唔多我地叫左佢地个ALL DAY MENUFish And Chips~~~有三件炸鱼,鱼都炸得好香好脆GOOD,不过D薯条就唔太好食,其实仲差麦当当,如果佢系粗薯条会合理D啰!话哂个SET都88大元架Spaghetti Carbonara~~~味道唔错,汁与意粉都份量刚好,份量都刚好,每条意粉都沾满汁YUMMY食饱饱又坐够了,就再去行下喇!

话说系咁同朋友系中环揾午餐食。。。想静静地又唔好太贵竟然系pmq呢个旺旺地嘅地方揾到唔太旺的佢(...赞定弹....)点都好我地见价钱好合理,环境又开扬舒服同埋几静(lol), 就入左去呵呵呵,set lunch 有餐汤,法式蒜包,一个main course,饮品同甜品(约$80-100)我择左卡邦尼意粉。。。well意粉酱汁系蛋黄汁。。。。。。。。。。真心觉得。。。淡而无味。。。。。。。。-_- 。。。。。。。。。。。。不过,有一个好滚动的惊喜哈哈哈哈就系餐牌上大部份嘅饮品都系唔洗额外加钱我呢d普通人叫返d普通野---热朱古力点知。。。。佢卖相一D都唔普通!系咁!!!!呵呵呵呵,仲搭左几粒果仁,诚意十足朱古力味唔系话好浓,较重奶味不过卖相点都值得一赞同朋友巧无聊咁坚持不摧毁个猪样同拉花唔知你果杯又会系点嘅样呢?

The 'pumpkin risotto' I ordered was far off being a risotto. This is simply some rice thrown together with not even well-cooked onions and pumpkin slices. Not sure if there was egg and/or cream added to the recipe but it just made the whole thing taste even more like a canned dish. As a desert I had a Crepe which was more or less a stale tasting pancake. This place is mainly made for selfie-obsessed tourists who don't really care about the quality but like to life the illusion that they are eating something very European.

第一次来到平日的PMQ,习惯了地下中庭摆档的热闹场面,对于眼前的宁静,反而有点陌生。法国品牌bread n butter在这里开了一间概念店的cafe,将衣饰家品和美食放在一起。印象中,N年的圣诞节,曾经在这个品牌看中一条火红色的连身裙,最后当然没有买,现在甚至进化到不爱穿裙子了。品牌主打淑女风,Cafe的粉红色装潢充分迎合了这种少女的味道,整面的白色的墙身像雪一样掩盖了所有摆饰,感觉又多了一份型格的冰冷。个人还是比较喜欢木系、园林系,这样的环境会比较有温度。这儿需要客人在收银处自行点餐,是日午餐有沙律、意粉、意大利饭等八款主菜选择,配餐汤、甜品,另加一杯饮品,整个餐不过$118,还不用加一,其实很超值。是日餐汤是鲜虾浓汤,味道不错,那个颜色令人一度误以为它是南瓜汤。比起餐汤,那片涂满牛油的脆脆法包可能会更令人印象深刻,几乎是整片面包都吸收了牛油蒜香,邪恶得很。四月选的主菜是Carbonara意粉,虽然表面看起来份量不多,不过因为忌廉下手很重,吃几口便很容易出现饱滞感。喜欢它混有蛋汁,加上烟肉粒独有的香,简单却美味。友人点的Fish n chips,份量反而比想像中多。鱼柳不是我的大好物,吉列方式的炸物也不特别喜欢,不过可能是因为店方所用的油新鲜,没有暴露太多雪藏味,所以觉得还可以。甜品是法式薄饼,客人可以自选朱古力、草莓及香港三款口味。这种源于法国西北部的传统食品,其实本来跟宗教节日有关,现在已经被流传至世界各地,将它的口味和包装发展得千变万化。四月选的是香蕉朱古力,这个味道虽然没什么惊喜,却是最安全的配搭。友人选的香港口味,内里涂的是花生酱,没有强烈的香港特色,如果是花生酱砂糖加炼奶的话,尚可以唤起一点街边摊格仔饼的回忆吧。餐饮的味道以外,似乎细节位更值得一提。像热咖啡,店员放了一粒粉红色的糖粒,上面还压了飞马的模样,令人爱不释手。飞马是bread n butter其中一个icon,代表梦想和才华,店内一些摆饰都会出现它的踪影。另一杯热朱古力则在杯碟上放了几颗杏仁作点缀,不确定是否法式饮法,不过比较少见。盐味和甜品混在一起,比起一味甜的绵花糖,更令人难忘。不知是否被LV等法国老牌荼毒太深,总觉得就算配上法包和crepe,粉红和白色,似乎都不太属于法国,它比较令我联想起的始终是可爱日系的Hello Kitty哦。
