Waiting timeSince it is already packed ready for pick up inside the supermarket, the only waiting time depends on the queue for payment.The foodIt is cold, simply because it is there to keep the food fresh, if you like hot and freshly rolled ones, you have to eat in a proper korean restaurant, for me, I just needed a quick and tasty lunch. You can chew the beef, but the main taste you get is from the yellow pickled radish (腌萝卜), the roll looks "green" and makes you think it's healthy. Well I wouldn't know as I am not a nutritionist. For $56, and with no service, the price is slightly on the high side, I would feel more comfortable paying for it if it were around $4x. But since it's Central, I guess the extra went into rent, thus Lee Kx Shing's pocket.They have other types of rolls, like with pork, or chicken, but I prefer beef myself. Did I get a stomach-ache after this...Well no, I have actually bought and eaten the same thing a few times this month, and I am ok! So, fingers crossed it will stay that way.

在长江返工,周围无咩好食,lunch行左一转最后都拣返韩国野。之前食过佢既粉丝好好味,今次试下炸鸡饭。炸鸡唔算太干,food court水准来讲算不错。饭的配料也不少,可以encore.

I don't often eat Korean food because I am quite selective with Korean Food.At Seoul Recipe, they were different from others because they served Korean Congee.I love congee and to me I always eat it at room temperature because what is the point of burning your mouth and by the time you have finished you are still hungry as it has all been digested while you were waiting for each spoonful to cool down.Strangely, HKers do not like congee but Korean congee is very different as it is more flavourful.I chose the crab which had this fragrant crab tomalley aroma as soon as I took the lid off and you can even see it in the congee.It was so delicious as the crab paste was rich and strong but not too heavy.Also tried the bibimbap which was really colourful topped with crispy sweet potato slices, julienne vegetables, purple cabbage, spinach, pickles and healthy purple rice.It was really tasty when the sauce was mixed it but beware as it is quite spicy.I am not sure if the rice is meant to be hot but it was cold.Next time I will go for the Vegetarian Bibimbap.
