早喺1月嘅时候,我就趁KKday做优惠,book咗今日同朋友嚟食Salisterra同Bamford合作推出嘅英式下午茶✧*。٩(ˊᗜˋ*)و✧*。因为朋友想试呢度嘅下午茶好耐,所以佢好期待今次嘅dining experience(づ′▽`)づ餐厅嘅装修低调而有质感,比人一种高贵嘅感觉加上我哋被安排嘅座位可以将成个海景尽收眼底,为今次嘅体验加咗唔少分数(❀╹◡╹)॰ॱꕤ*。゚॰ॱꕤ*。゚॰ॱꕤ*。゚॰ॱꕤ*。゚॰ॱꕤ*。゚无酒精鸡尾酒呢杯welcome drink酸酸甜甜,几refreshing ✧◝(⁰▿⁰)◜✧咸点:蘑菇脆饼 腌制核桃及酸模作为我哋第一样食嘅嘢,呢个蘑菇脆饼比到惊喜我哋(⁎⁍̴̛ᴗ⁍̴̛⁎)!!下面块饼好crispy,好似食紧薯片咁配埋上面嘅酸模十分醒胃!鲭鱼挞 佛手柑及西兰花呢个鲭鱼挞比较一般,冇为我留下好深刻嘅印象以致于我打食评嘅呢一刻已经忘记咗佢嘅味道(´-ω-`)鸭肉批 鼠尾草及萝卜鸭肉批上面嘅白萝卜片食落似韩国𠮶种渍物酸酸哋都几开胃如果入面嘅鸭肉改用鸭肝应该会更加好味(⁰▿⁰)苹果猪肉肠卷 迷迭草及榛子呢个系咸点之中嘅MVP!出面嘅酥皮配埋入面juicy嘅肉肠简直系perfect match我同朋友都食过返寻味(*´▽`*)松饼:苹果及蔓越莓松饼 配忌廉及杂啤梨果酱呢个scone系我目前high tea咁多次食过最好食嘅scone( ♥д♥)佢嘅质地松软且湿润,而唔系干或者松散配埋佢个好特别嘅jam简直一流!甜点:玫瑰棉花糖呢个系咁多款食物之中最一般𠮶款(。ŏ_ŏ)虽然佢嘅玫瑰味几清香但出面𠮶层朱古力实在太甜,甜到有啲腻ಠ_ಠ成个甜点最好食嘅系佢下面块饼苹果及天竺葵马卡龙呢个macaron唔错虽然我唔系好知、都唔系好食得出天竺葵嘅味道但佢有一阵青苹果嘅香气,非常清新(❛◡❛✿)黑莓慕丝及糖渍大黄呢个蘑菇咁样嘅mousse,一睇就知唔简单!虽然出面系同玫瑰棉花糖一样嘅朱古力但因为佢比较薄身,加上入面酸酸甜甜嘅bramble berries mousse中和咗佢嘅甜令成件甜品变得一啲都唔腻(▰˘◡˘▰)菠菜芝士蛋糕呢个cheesecake出乎意料地好食ヽ(✿゚▽゚)ノ本来以为用菠菜整嘅甜品会好伏,但其实佢冇乜菠菜味个蛋糕配埋下面块饼干好夹榛子及黑朱古力瑞士卷我愿称之为甜点之中嘅MVP!微苦嘅黑朱古力遇上幼滑嘅榛子酱为今日嘅下午茶画上完美嘅句号。(≧∇≦)b॰ॱꕤ*。゚॰ॱꕤ*。゚॰ॱꕤ*。゚॰ॱꕤ*。゚॰ॱꕤ*。゚ 继续阅读

早前同朋友相约食依个下午茶,由于我哋早到咗,所以被安排先坐到吧枱,我哋顺便叫咗两杯mulled wine饮吓☺️寒冷天气最好就系饮返杯热饮😍之后我哋安排坐窗口位置,慢慢品尝下午茶☕️我哋最喜欢咸点同松饼,真系好好味😋味道啱啱好,不过甜点食唔晒,唯有打包拎走唔好浪费。🌟咸点红菜头腌三文鱼忌廉芝士及陈年黑醋香肠卷 香梨及蘑菇蕃茄酱炸鸡肉丸子芥末酱及蔓越莓果酱红萝卜冻批红萝卜蓉及脆片🌟松饼提子松饼 忌廉及红桑子果酱🌟甜点朱古力及车厘子慕丝开心果及栗子挞咖啡及香蕉修女泡芙焗水果蛋糕及白朱古力椰子红莓马卡龙 继续阅读

Named after “salt and earth,” Salisterra’s coastal cuisine with flavors from across the Mediterranean is both familiar and surprising. The interior was designed by renowned architect André Fu and features a mix of earthy tones creating five distinct dining spaces. Perched on the 49/F of The Upper House, it captures the character of a neighborhood bistro while offering harbor vistas from its lofty perch. 𝚂 𝚄 𝙽 𝚂 𝙴 𝚃   𝙼 𝙴 𝙽 𝚄 𝙎𝙃𝘼𝙍𝙄𝙉𝙂 𝙋𝙇𝘼𝙏𝙀𝙎  𝙑𝙤𝙣𝙜𝙤𝙡𝙚 (8/10) 𝙁𝙡𝙖𝙩 𝙗𝙧𝙚𝙖𝙙 (6/10) 𝘽𝙚𝙚𝙛 𝙘𝙖𝙧𝙥𝙖𝙘𝙘𝙞𝙤 (7/10) 𝘽𝙚𝙚𝙩𝙧𝙤𝙤𝙩 𝙨𝙖𝙡𝙖𝙙 (6.5/10) Two stellar starters were the 𝙑𝙤𝙣𝙜𝙤𝙡𝙚 and 𝘽𝙚𝙚𝙛 𝙘𝙖𝙧𝙥𝙖𝙘𝙘𝙞𝙤. The former delighted with plump clams bursting with briny flavor in a broth mingling Pernod and fennel. While indulgent beef carpaccio impressed with a backdrop of bagna cauda, olives, capers and arugula. Tender seabass and crostini topped with Parmesan awaited, accompanied by red mullet bisque meant to pour over the ensemble. This nuanced twist allowed customers to saturate ingredients to their fancy, intensifying the luscious notes of the broth with every bite. 𝘽𝙚𝙚𝙛 𝙀𝙣𝙩𝙧𝙚𝙘𝒐𝙩𝙚 (7/10) It arrived cooked to medium rather than the requested medium-rare, though flavorful and tender. However, the ribeye lacked the caramelized crust and rich interior notes that typically make the cut stand out. A worthy but unexceptional selection. 𝘿𝙀𝙎𝙎𝙀𝙍𝙏 𝘾𝙝𝙪𝙧𝙧𝙤𝙨 (7.5/10) The uniquely long, snaking shape coiled elegantly on the plate, lighting up the presentation. 多谢好友于6月尾请我一起去叹下午茶!还要是我想去已久的餐厅实在太开心喇!地点正是位于太古广场The Upper House顶层的Salisterra,装潢充斥地中海风情配衬透光度十足的落地玻璃窗,繁华美景尽入眼帘环境真的Chill到不行来叹下午茶真心无敌。我们更幸运地被安座于此靓靓Corner位,这顿下午茶无论味道如何对我来说已经非常吸引。我们要品尝的主题是SALISTERRA X HOTEL CAFÉ ROYAL经典英式下午茶!以开胃菜、精选三文治、英式松饼及甜点组合而成,卖相就是没多花巧的Classic Afternoon Tea。天气实在热到一个点额外点来一杯特饮消暑吃罢才叹热茶吧!先享用Amuse-Bouche我们得到香气扑鼻的Truffle gougère!酥脆松化的泡芙带有黑松露菌香,加上如雪花般的芝士吃得嘴巴心花怒放。咸点是不同口味的精选三文治!当中包括有咸鲜烟三文鱼刁草青瓜、皇家风味加冕鸡、菌味浓香蛋黄酱松露鸡蛋及英式风味浓厚的辣根烤牛肉口味,三文治馅料配搭和味道也非常不错,可惜面包实在太干这点有些失望呢。叹英式下午茶Scone真的非常重要!这儿的提子松饼干湿度弄得不错,涂上Clotted Cream及果酱总算味美。这刻由Palate Cleanser送来清爽的Raspberry Elderflower Sorbet!覆盆子的酸加接骨木花的香迸发出迷人味道,还可以配上Vanilla Shortbread令到口感丰富多点。甜点则有清甜香梨柚子云呢拿挞蛋糕、香滑云呢拿忌廉士多啤梨果酱蛋糕、酒味浓郁的红桑子朗姆酒蛋糕,而我就最喜爱那醇香的朱的古力闪电泡芙。满足了甜牙齿的欲望走的时候看见餐厅对面这个恬静的空间非常舒服,令我忽然挑起来Staycation的欲望。这套下午茶收费星期一至四$680/两位、星期五至日公众假期$718/两位,虽然已经转了新主题!但这儿的环境绝对是心旷神怡,加上餐厅职员招呼非常体贴到位,我也挺推介大家来享受靓景和服务。 继续阅读
