上环有间隐世Private Kitchen 主打西班牙菜,环境昏暗柔和,入门口拎起复古电话📞彷佛穿越左去1899年时空🔮进入防空洞体验不一样的晚餐🥂book左6点半枱早啲可以打下卡先~服务周到,店员会逐个dish 介绍🥰先以Sangria配上鸡肝酱面包作为餐前小食💕 鸡肝酱入口味道超浓郁Creamy✨配上酸甜的的洋葱砵酒酱🥰 加埋水晶面包一齐食非常开胃🤤 另外传统小食炸青椒不太辣🫑配上巴马臣芝士粉增加风味~我哋最推荐嘅系墨鱼粒够晒香口弹牙🐙旁边嘅泡沫中蒜香味同芥末味都好突出😍令到食落好过瘾!另外热辣辣嘅蒜片橄榄油香煎虾,虾肉好爽弹而且新鲜🦐配埋蒜片非常惹味,加埋面包一齐食,每一啖都系虾油嘅香味😌重头戏一定系杏花鸡🐔 店员上枱时加入Whisky再用火枪营造火焰效果🔥店员会收起拆骨起皮先再serve ✨食落好特别,除咗鸡味香浓,因为用松果木烟熏过所以系更有层次💕整体肉质滑嫩😆 最后加埋脆脆鸡皮同鸡油再用瓦煲焗出嚟饭,食落够干身😋油香同饭香好balance🥰 最后已甜品作结😌卖相好似crème brûlée 嘅加泰罗尼亚焦糖奶冻食落流质啲,仲有威士忌奶冻几香滑🥃 配Oreo饼碎同爆炸糖 口感丰富🤪Tasting menu: $700/pp 继续阅读

防空洞设计,走进餐厅有一阵惊喜。服务员都亲切友善。A La Carte 唔系有太多选择,所以我们点了tasting menu。四款tapas各有特色,都有自家制酱汁,都几特别。另一特色就系烧鸡,鲜嫩,鸡胸都好嫩滑。另一道炒饭,系用返啲鸡皮煎香字卜卜脆,混埋鸡肉,正👍🏻 Suckling pig皮脆肉嫩👍🏻 不得不提就系红虾墨汁海鲜饭,红虾好新鲜,墨汁饭好香👍🏻 老实说CP值唔高,主要食环境gimmick。每人最低消费$800,filter water都要收每人$30😅 继续阅读
