INN分别於观塘及荔枝角设有分店,首间Royal INN选址尖沙咀The ONE商场,顾名思义走较高档路线。餐厅以白色宫廷风作为主题,巴黎凯旋门、古典水晶灯及黑白格子地砖等每个角落都散发出浪漫气息。烧西班牙八爪鱼 ($138)八爪鱼肉质烟韧弹牙,以火枪烧过故亦多一份炙烧香气,但部分略嫌烧得过火焦苦,另外配上红椒柠檬汁及烧薯仔,酱汁微酸令菜式更加清爽。蟹肉忌廉汁扁意粉 ($168)意粉酱质感浓稠并带醇厚忌廉奶香,加入巴马臣芝士更显稠厚,丝丝蟹肉真材实料。香煎北海道带子番红花意大利饭 ($188)意大利饭加入番红花忌廉汁及巴马臣芝士烹调,饭粒保持烟韧并不过於湿软,三粒北海道带子表面略为煎香而中心依然鲜嫩。Mixed Berry Kakigori ($108)新推出三款刨冰包括杂莓、蜜瓜及抹茶口味,刨冰口感绵密细致,配上鲜忌廉、炼奶、杂莓酱、麻糬粒、士多啤梨及蓝莓,酸甜清爽而麻糬烟韧软糯没有变硬更令人喜出望外。

我最近同朋友喺尖沙咀The ONE嘅Royal Inn餐厅享受咗一次美食之旅!餐厅主打传统糅合摩登风格嘅创新法国fusion菜。装修以纯白色为主,门面搭配五颜六色嘅花束,并以巴黎凯旋门为主题,营造出浪漫嘅法国氛围。Set Lunch 选择丰富,由头盘到甜品,全部我都想点嚟试吓😊今次我拣咗:🥗泰式牛肉沙律 - 牛肉味浓郁,无筋。蔬菜新鲜🥬仲有清甜嘅紫洋葱,爽脆又醒胃。🥩烧安格斯西冷扒8安士 ($208)- 煎得微酥微焦嘅外皮同细致软嫩嘅口感,肉质软嫩。朋友拣咗:🦞法式龙虾汤 (+$38)- 香浓滑顺嘅浓汤,每一啖都系浓浓嘅龙虾味,如果有埋龙虾肉会更perfect!🥑意式布袋芝士牛油果意大利饭 ($128)- Pesto sauce大大加分,有清香松子味,牛油果更饭粒食起上嚟更软滑,而饭粒本身软腍得嚟依然有少许嚼劲。甜品我哋点咗🍓Mixed Berries Kakigori🫐 ($108)。刨冰卖相好吸引,一定要「手机食先」📸 新鲜士多啤梨同蓝莓,加上烟靭麻薯粒,配上香滑嘅鲜忌廉,并以食用花作点缀。绵密嘅雪花冰使用牛奶制成,带有淡淡嘅奶香,毫无冰块颗粒感,再淋上炼乳,味道更加美味。另外,餐厅嘅饮品选择同样多元化,无论系Cocktails抑或系Mocktails,都可以搵到适合自己口味嘅饮品🍸Royal INN嘅装潢设计用心,菜品摆盘精美,整体氛围放松惬意,适合同朋友一齐嚟享受美食同影相打卡😊

Though the crab cake is fried, these combination give a relatively refreshing taste.🥗 Quite a lot of crab meat is inside the crab cake🦀Grilled Beef Angus Skirt Steak 8oz HK$298Medium rare skirt steak with garlic sauce. 👍🏼The meat is juicy and the surface of it is finely cooked🥩. However, what surprised us is the grilled potato with sour cream and bacon cubes.🤩Really did not expect the peel of it is that crispy - slightly akin to eating a potato chip and we almost finished all of it🥔Green tea kakigori HK$108Not the traditional Japanese green tea dessert that you would have imagined but it's not bad nor sweet. The green tea jelly, mochi and red beans are chewy. All-in-all, a quite beautiful restaurant that I would consider encore. 😋
