Rice Paper晚上约了朋友在世贸吃晚饭, 看这家门口没有人等,问了工作人员有没有位,对方直接带了我们坐在厨房门口右边的位置.我们点了西柚沙律、软壳蟹粉卷、炒通菜、青咖哩猪颈肉配面包、白饭西柚沙律:西柚酸酸辣辣的,配以花生碎刚好盖过其中的酸味,食出一些脆香的味道,很是开胃,不错。软壳蟹粉卷:不太喜欢里面香叶的味道,且粉皮太厚,软壳蟹不够脆和热,失望。炒通菜:除了咸,吃不到通菜的菜味。𩠌白饭食也觉得咸。青咖哩猪颈肉配面包:咖哩味非常正,但仍然盖不住猪颈肉的雪藏味。面包唔错,很香。人来客往,生意很好,但全程工作人员都算热情周到,出菜也非常快捷。

When there late on SundayStarter - Lobster avocado salad came after I finished noddle ( pad Thai) not happy with that taste : Lobster is chewy , not fresh. avocado is fresh, great presentation, sauce tasty well balanced Pad Thai - so so , NO MSG . Dessert - raspberry sorbet, good. while dish is a bit tin . crunchy inside service - not attentive , didn't offer water when seat down

星期日晚上,只有7、8成客人。除了隔离枱劲 cheap 的6人家庭经常吵闹影响心情外(批评为何朱扒会沽清),这里都算舒适。服务员都只是穿黑色 t-shirt 的青年,要求当然不能太高,但也算不错。虽然我们没有点饮品(好像有折),但他们仍会细心询问我们要冷或热水。芒果带子米卷(约$60):虽然我不太习惯太多的香草,也不太感觉到有带子,但我仍很满意。口感好,芒果好,味道清新!柚子沙律(约$50):只是简单的一大碗柚子肉、加上花生碎。两人分吃好像太多,吃到有少许沉闷。当然,是抵吃的。朱肉粉包(约$40):我问服务员有什么「清清地」的小吃推介,他就介绍我们点这个。价钱便宜,也可以的。烤鸭黄饭(约$100):比想像中清新,不会太油。加上三大件瘦瘦的烤鸭扒,可算抵吃又健康。木瓜椰青大菜糕(约$40):椰青味道香,不太甜,很好。

相信很多人单一从门面装修估计必定联想此店格调像西方叹茶的地方,但偏偏这儿却是一间越式餐厅。 其实本人从没踏足过越南,可能越南的餐店是这样子也不定,总之店内感觉令人舒服就是了。到达时正值下午茶时间,可能夹杂著中午吃饭的人,因此店内还是繁忙的很。 看到餐牌上写上1+2+3很吸引,原来是小食拼盘加一主菜和特饮,一个人绝对够。 拼盘是指定没有选择余地而主菜因兴起之下选择了海鲜喇沙、特饮就选了清新开胃的青柠梳打,令外挚友的提议下追加一客炸软壳蟹粉卷。小食拼盘先上,夹杂了很多食物如鸡串、春卷、小粉卷、芒果卷和炸蟹钳:鸡串看似干硬入口却嫩滑而带著烧的香。芒果卷上的 芒果一点先也不酸反而令人开胃。春卷入口有点米脆香但其实不太肯定内里的东西,可惜的是得半截而已。小粉卷较可取那种越南独有的粉皮很软熟带点韧性很有咬感呢!蟹钳感觉比起平平常冰鲜点买到的不同,一来表面炸粉不同二来这个蟹钳肉感更实不像平常吃到的像胶质(虾胶那种)。接著的喇沙其实我不太清楚到底什么是喇沙,在心大心细情况下是只是有点酸辣而已,再混了少少香叶的香,而海鲜只是普通细细粒像急冻品那种再配了芽菜,普通不过了。反而最后的软壳蟹粉卷更惊喜,软熟带点韧性很有咬感的粉皮又再出现了,拿走那片我讨厌的香叶配了像火腿片牛油果挺好味,而且蟹新鲜炸起入口冷热交替著,别有一番风味。但不幸的事始终出现,问题在于那个附送的汁,入口甜中带重重的苦涩味就像橙或柚子的皮磨成调较出来的,个人而言觉得两者不配合,一点也受不了那味道!虽然食物整体上说不上印象难忘,但环境格调却的确挺悠闲舒适,特别在现代风格上带点怀旧,上面的吊扇看到真的令人怀念旧日子!

I always come here for the Grilled Pork Neck bun noodles because although they use pork neck marbled with almost no fat, the meat remains tender and juicy, so having one of these for lunch always leaves me feeling very healthy. I've also tried their set lunch once, and the appetizer platter exceeded my expectations by about 300%! The platter, a beef pho, AND a drink together set me back less than HKD100. (Although I have nothing much to say about the beef pho...) Desserts are generally decent too! but ONE THING I WILL NEVER ORDER AGAIN = the rice paper duck roll ... I had an awesome duck roll in Hanoi in my last trip to Vietnam and came back really craving it. So since they call themselves RICE PAPER here i expected something that would provide me with at least 10% of the satisfaction I got from the duck roll in Vietnam. but NO this thing was proper nasty The roll was completely disproportionate (as you can see in the photo), with WAY too much cucumber and more sickeningly, too much mayonnaise. To finish off this most undesirable dish the smoked duck was bland too. But I'll be back for more grilled pork bun noodles
