My friends and I visited Rhoda for our Christmas lunch.Rhoda has a great atmosphere the deco is great, The Christmas lunch came with a package of free flow drinks which made our day extra special. Unfortunately we didn't enjoy the starters, the the suckling pig with seasonal veg and roast potatoes was great.  The cheesecake was delicious with mandarins we only had two to share between three people we were told it was part of the package but we felt cheated by having to share two cheesecakes instead of having one each.Overall it was worth the price would like to visit here again 继续阅读

Our first visit, Sunday Brunch.  First impressions were good. Nice decor, music,etc BUT....Food took too long to come considering it was almost empty.We tried 2 separate dishes.  Both came with poached eggs which smothered the main ingredients  The dishes were unbalanced and seriously lacking in taste.   Service was OK but the manager seemed more happy to play on his computer than look after guests.Won't be back. 继续阅读

Went to Rhoda expecting great things, despite quite a lot of negative reviews (a mistake on my part). The food portions were tiny, the price was extortionate, the service was the worst I've experienced in HK and the evening was destroyed. I can handle small portions of expensive food, if it tastes good, this didn't even manage that. I urge anyone to spend their money at a more deserving restaurant. 继续阅读

来过Rhoda多次,但都是在晚上。这日第一次白天到访,自然光下平日型格复古的环境更多添份轻松休闲feel,加上轻快背景音乐,真的很配合周末的愉快写意心情呢~每个月的第三个星期六中午12点30分至下午3点,Rhoda推出"The Whole Hog"午餐 (每位$248)。选用英国品种的猪Midddle white whole pig,以Rhoda招牌明火炭炉来炭火烤全猪,不浪费任何部位。大家亦可一次过可吃到不同部位的肉质,多重滋味。虽然有供应多款酱汁,如spring onion dressing,BBQ sauce,Apple sauce等,但猪肉已经腌得够入味,不用添加任何酱汁已经很好吃。除了主角烤猪 (吃完即止),还有多款蔬菜类side dishes及1款甜品,源源供应任吃。Side dish绝对并非一般配菜和配角。6款配菜,包括spiced potato wedges,charred cream corn,kimchi coleslaw,mom's potato salad,long bean salad,miso mushrooms和green salad。各款都好吃,尤其喜欢软滑香甜烧忌廉粟米charred cream corn,与酸辣醒胃的泡菜沙律kimchi coleslaw。还有店方自家制的Beer bread baps,质感外脆而内软,好吃。爱吃面包的朋友别错过。吃到这里其实已经很饱了,差点忘了甜品。这日的指定甜品是ginger biscuit trifle。清新的姜味突出,甜度适中,细滑质感配撒在上面的爆炸糖,食感有趣。饮品方面,我们都选了鸡尾酒'The Renegade' ($220,1 carafe小瓶装约有3杯)。以Gin加上薄荷、青瓜与气泡酒等调配,再加冰饮,相当清爽解渴。无论气氛与食物水准都很好,难怪这日Rhoda全场座无虚席。接下来的 "The Whole Hog"午餐将会在8月19日及9月16日供应,真有点心思思要约朋友再多来一次呢~ 继续阅读

我生日,男朋友特意上网揾个呢间餐厅,重早四星期前订,佢话做咗online research话好多人推荐。间餐厅树立喺上环西营盘个头,周围都系旧海味舖,所以别树一格。装修好stylish, 坐位都舒服,有table或者可以坐bar枱对住厨师煮嘢唔知因为佢哋有酒吧区,d音乐大声,定装修令到d声走唔到出去,总之嘈到听唔到自己或者对方讲嘢。至于嘢食,我哋点咗个7course menu,再加咗个cocktail purple samurai, 个cocktail甜甜哋,超易入好同好味,用sake樽去serve, 有玫瑰花瓣,好特别。7-course menu: 一开始送嚟嘅包好弹牙软熟,真系由面包都已经好好食,到个餐(1)先嚟带子做头盘,我见到隔离两枱就算散点都有叫,应该系好嘢,亦系我同男朋友觉得全晚最好食. 带子味道新鲜,有芒果提子,个汁够晒复杂,味道清新卖相好靓,成个人突然对餐饭抱好大期望 (2) Ox heart tartar第一次食,开头唔知,仲问点解肉质咁得意,不过好好味,有创意 (3) Black Truffle: 卖相唔错,而且厨师绝无吝啬,超足料,男男友钟意呢道菜,不过衬个mashed potato, 男朋友就嫌唔够滑身,我就觉得太多,或者可能我本身唔系薯仔嘅fans, 食完就滞滞哋 (4) 粟米炒蚬肉,呢个好好味,除咗第一、二道菜,呢个我都觉好食 (5) 韩国泡菜拼pork belly: 个猪grill到似叉烧,都唔错,烧得出色,即使香口不过入面够晒juicy (6) Free range 鸡脾: 个葱汁酸酸哋,我同男朋友一致觉得全间最一般 (7)甜品: 我本身唔好甜,不过真系超超超好味到最后埋单,无加一,不过服务够贴心,人哋都系打工,我哋都识做,额多比翻$200都贴士,最紧要大家开心,呢个价钱,食到咁嘅水准同服务,唔怪得咁多杂志介绍,正! 继续阅读
