呢间真系久闻大名😂因为望到海嘅Rooftop bar唔算好多间，呢间系其中一间bookmark咗好耐又未去！（话时话，对面海间sugar又系讲咗起码10年都未去😌）呢日约咗（one of)酒鬼朋友喺黄埔上堂，上完堂顺理成章去试吓❤️Red Sugar系喺Kerry Hotel入面，酒吧室内环境其实都好靓，装修都型，不过一场嚟到，紧系拣出面露天位置，个景又靓啲😍位置始终远离返市中心少少，相对铜锣湾/尖沙咀望出去嘅景无咁迫，有多少少「旺中带静」嘅感觉。叫咗呢几样～#Passionfruit $128Long Pepper Akvavit, Citrus, Passionfruit,Chili, Cream, Soda, Egg WhiteTasting notes: Creamy, Tropical, Spicy#Rhubarb $128Rhubaro Sorbet, Vanilla, Rum, Prosecco Tasting notes: Fresh, Bubbly, Decadent#Nachos $118呢个几好食，有肉酱同牛油果酱，不过牛油果酱份量多啲开心啲😂#ArtisanCheeseBoard $220芝士都唔错～其实仲有叫咗第二round红酒，不过挂住倾计无影相🤣总括嚟讲，个景系几靓，始终沿海前面无遮挡，几Chill几Relax嘅地方，值得去试吓～

酒店bar嚟讲比想像中少人，可能因为唔系喺旺区。不过地方好大，有分室内同埋室外位置☺️ 室内多数坐梳化，室外就高凳同埋挨pan座位~ 如果影相嚟讲当然就系室外比较适合啦，不过秋冬时间就比较大风🌬️ 如果冻嘅话可以问店员借毛毡———————————————————————-Welcome snack 系花生🥜几好食好香口饮品方面有唔同嘅红、白酒🍷、Cocktail、Mocktail、茶同埋果汁都有🍹 好多选择💯食物方面就以轻食为主Mocktail: Beetroot Seedlip Grove, Beetroot, Lemon, Egg White呢杯好啱我口味，口感系rich同earthy Seared chicken & bacon quesadillas 鸡丝及烟肉墨西哥馅饼🥙有得拣有鸡肉同埋无鸡肉既，我拣左有鸡肉一份有4旧，正常味道不过略嫌馅料唔系好够😟三个酱分别系香辣番茄莎莎、酸忌廉同香葱牛油果🥑酱，试完之后觉得酸忌廉最好食，香葱牛油果酱如果变牛油果蓉会更好🤣总结：觉得成个酒吧空间都比较大，阔落又坐得舒服，三五知己坐低倾偈同埋约会都好适合🫶🏻
