had a birthday meal for my friend this evening in their semi private room located on the top floor. a decent italian restaurant with good pasta and steak. we love their carbonara the most and the tiramisu at the end was simply fantastic. the wine selection is good as well and we enjoyed a free corkage for our own wine upon purchasing a wine at the restaurant. price around $700 per head and its worth a visit!

呢间新餐厅之前好难book, 竟然今次即日book到。环境装修service ok, 但食物坦白系好一般(直情可以叫做唔好食😅)本身都期待佢个home made pasta,无论味道质感连只碟presentation 都真系好麻麻,Chak or even Pici 都好食过佢好多…(I am so sorry)价钱方面开左支酒per head 都系大约$800,系唔贵的。但都系𠮶句,要好食先得😂新店热度可能完结了,如果要有翻头客真系要响食物味道方面谂谂计

今晚同朋友补祝生日饭,佢拣咗呢间想试好耐嘅意大利餐厅🍴地点有啲难搞,位于西营盘同上环中间,仲系uphill🤓餐厅有2层,环境餐桌摆设都好有fine-dining feel🍴睇一睇餐牌,又唔算好贵🫠|Burrata Cheese|- 好水润圆辘辘嘅burrata好可爱,切开啲cheese同水流哂出嚟,配埋蕃茄好match!- 平时burrata都系配cherry tomato同火箭菜,今次配大粒蕃茄,加咗少少橄榄油,burrata好香淡淡牛奶味同好soft嘅cheese味,好好味😋|Garlic clam pasta| - 一摆低已经闻到好香,系好简单garlic配少少辣椒加橄榄油煮嘅意粉,但简单就是美味,好有惊喜😍|Tomato pasta| - 以为tomato pasta系好出名就试试佢,但有少少失望,就系好普通嘅蕃茄意粉。|Rib-eye|- Medium cook, 好重牛味又好juicy, a good steak it is😋|Tiramisu|- 每次食意大利嘢最期待就系佢个Tiramisu, 但呢度太重芝士味,有啲失望🥹- 写生日字都写得好靓,thank you🥰总括来说,环境舒服宁静,burrata同意粉都好好食,系一间fine dining setting嘅法式小店。性价比都唔错,好适合情侣,闺蜜,三五知己打吓卡同庆祝嘅地方🥰

上环嘅意大利餐厅Ramato,餐厅有两层,装修环境有气氛,下层系酒吧,上层系餐厅。前菜八爪鱼沙律,估唔到八爪鱼好新鲜,配沙律好清新,好开胃。本身非常期待龙虾龙粉,但味道同意粉口感普通,份量亦偏少。同另外两位朋友share食一条鱼,份量非常大,意式的煮法,调味唔错,但条鱼本身有少少泥味,唔算好好食,最后都食唔晒。甜品都ok,每台都有点tiramisu,仲叫埋cannoli,两款甜品都好食,尤其是cannoli,个皮唔会太厚,啱返香港人口味。餐厅气氛几好,而且店员几nice,适合约埋三五知己晚餐或庆生。

Ramato主打南意大利菜,手工意粉、牛排、海鲜,选择唔多但每样都好精致。餐厅有两层,下层系户外座位+吧位,上层系温馨复古家庭风格,影相打卡都好睇!服务很好,好勤力斟水😂我好欣赏厨房能够将三碟一齐上。*Burrata & Camone $188Burrata芝士香滑新鲜,有淡淡奶香,配搭camone番茄、新鲜罗勒叶、橄榄油,清爽唔腻。可以配搭前菜酸种面包/橄榄油包食,无论系餐包定芝士,我都非常推!Pappardelle Al Ragu $178手工意粉阔度起码有1.5吋😂厚身、烟韧,中间微夹生,真系煮到al dente,对我嚟讲偏向过生。肉酱用猪肉、茄子,肉味浓到好似牛肉肉酱咁,番茄味恰到好处,唔会过甜过酸。入面仲好似加咗茴香粉,不过唔系好食得出。Ravioli di Ricotta e Spinaci $168意大利云吞外层意粉皮偏厚,看似饱满但其实馅料唔多。Ricotta芝士+菠菜系经典组合,味道比较淡,所以有少许鸡汤提味。Trofie & Pesto alla Genovese $178扭纹型意粉同样煮到al dente,中间微夹生,挂住满满嘅青酱,罗勒味十分浓郁,配搭青豆、薯仔粒意外唔错。
