R&R Bagels is absolute the best place for bagels, but if you are looking for Taiwanese/japanese style bagel, then R&R Bagels is not very suitable for you.R&R Bagels 絕對係食Bagel 的最佳選擇，但是如果你想搵的係台灣/日本風味的bagel，R&R Bagels並唔係太適合你。最近好多coffee shop都開左分店，R&R都唔例外，位置係太古坊商廈，作為bagels控，就算遠都要過嚟望下👀， 新店的格局簡單，一眼望哂，同一般商場内的開放式coffee shop無誤，如果講外觀，個人比較喜歡舊店的感覺，更有歐美小店的風味。Many coffee shops have recently opened branches, R&R Bagels is one of them. The new store is located at TaiKoo Place, as a bagel freak, I would love to play a visit. The layout of the new store is simple, same as most of the coffee shops in general mall. I personally prefer the feeling of the Central store, more like the European and American style. 如果要講設計上比較特別的地方就係店的右邊，有一個比較隱蔽少少嘅空間，有個類似牆身的間隔，稍為分隔開外面的空間，多左啲私人的空間。Although the design is very simple, but that’s still something special about it. There is a more concealed area at the right side of the store, using a wall-like design for partition, slightly separated from the outside seating area, more privacy. 👍🏽👍🏽Menu大致同中環店一樣，依舊選擇多多，同樣地可以選擇bagel的口味及cream cheese的味道。早餐時段去到早上11點，早餐會平d喔！Here’s the menu, not so different from the Central store. Lots of choices for you to pick, and you even get to pick the flavor of your bagel and cream cheese as well, breakfast available until 11am, and it’s cheaper! 咖啡先上，同以往一樣叫左個skim latte，見到杯咖啡時真係有d驚喜，因為去過甘多次R&R，第一次見到甘靚既拉花🙈 ，大家可能會覺得佢地的咖啡偏苦，佢地咖啡的味道係比較nutty，唔係個個人中意。So here comes the coffee, I ordered skimmed latte as usual, it surprised me because it’s the prettiest latte art so far out of all my visit in R&R lol. I can say their coffee isn’t the best, it’s more nutty than usual, that’s why you may find it a bit bitter. Let’s talk about the bagel! R&R 的bagel係偏向紐約風味的，食開台灣/日本bagel（個人認為呢兩個地方的bagel只係一d有窿的麵包😂）的朋友可能會覺得R&R的bagel太硬，但bagel之所以同普通麵包唔一樣，就係因為佢口感煙韌，食起上嚟好有嚼勁，絕對無食緊空氣的感覺，較一般麵包飽肚。R&R Bagels is more like New York-style bagel, for those who eat Taiwanese/Japanese bagel (in my opinion, the bagels in these two places is only a bread with a hole lol) may find it too hard to chew. However, the reason bagel is the not same as ordinary bread buns is because it is more chewy. You won't feel like you are eating air, more satiated.English Breakfast Bagel (Everything Bagel) 話明English breakfast bagel，呢個bagel當然有齊晒English breakfast的餡啦，mushroom🍄、bacon🥓、tomato🍅、fried egg🍳 樣樣齊，仲加左cream cheese添！都真係好邪惡下😂 Everything bagel係我最推薦的口味，一個bagel就可以試哂所有野，罌粟籽、芝麻同洋蔥，絕對係風味的提升👍🏽 就咁一個bagel經焗爐烘完後，外層脆卜卜，相當好食！接近all day breakfast 的配料，每一樣都炒得好好食，bacon乾身偏脆，幾樣野配合起嚟非常入味，不過由於樣樣都係炒既關係，感覺都幾油膩，夜晚要食反清d啦🤦🏽‍♀️Since it is an English breakfast bagel, this bagel has all the English breakfast ingredients. Mushroom🍄, bacon🥓, tomato🍅, fried egg🍳, what an evil choice. 🤣Everything bagel is my most recommended flavor. You get to taste everything such as poppy seeds, sesame and onion all in one bagel, which definitely improves the flavor. After reheated in oven, it came very crispy. Everything was fried and delicious, the bacons were dry and crispy, and it was very flavorful, but because it's all fried, the bagel was quite greasy, I should eat lighter tonight. 🤦🏽‍♀️Maple Bacon & Egg (Everything Bagel)每次去R&R的時候都有諗過叫呢個，但每次都係叫左其他野，一於襯新店開張就試埋佢啦！楓糖漿🍯+bacon🥓+流心蛋🥚，係意想不到的好食！除咗烘得香脆的everything bagel外，幾片的bacon都燒到又脆又乾身，配上楓糖漿，中和返bacon的乾，R&R以外都未試過咁既配搭，配合得好好，添加甜味之如又唔會蓋過本身bacon的味道，一流！再加上流心蛋（個人認為流心蛋比炒蛋好食，因為感覺清新d，無甘油膩），真係每一啖都好好食！👍🏽👍🏽呢個bagel正式成為左我第二鐘意的bagel啦！🤩Every time I went to R&R, I thought about eating this, but every time I ordered something else, but since the new store is opened, I decided to come again. Maple syrup🍯+ bacon🥓+ runny eggs🥚, is unexpectedly delicious! Apart from the crispy everything bagel, the bacons were well baked, very crispy, but with the maple syrup, they neutralized the flavor of each other. I haven't tried this kind of combination elsewhere other than R&R. The combination was good. The sweetness was as good as it did not cover the taste of the bacons. Coupled with runny eggs (I personally think that runny eggs are better than scrambled eggs because they feel fresh and less greasy), every bite was really delicious!👍🏽👍🏽Maple Bacon & Egg has officially became my second my favorite! 🤩P.S. 2020年的情人節，無奈需在疫情肆虐下渡過，氣氛自然大打折扣，晚餐就無謂啦！我倆突然有個奇想，不如吃早餐慶祝哎！在公司樓下剛開了一家 Bagel 專門店－R&R Bagels，OpenRice 網站尚未上磅，面積不大但有堂食桌椅，可在太古坊商廈平台開揚環境下、享用 Bagels & Coffee，來一日不一樣的早餐！既是專門店 Bagels 怎可以只有 plain，另有八款包括芝麻、全麥、桂皮提子、蒜味、風乾番茄、鹽香、洋蔥、及全部，我們皆看中桂皮提子 Cinnamon Raisins。記憶中在紐約旅遊時吃過Bagels，印象不深，今日再嚐，覺得包身很有咬口，質感棉密，份量十足比較飽肚，吃慣軟熟麵包的我來說有點硬，混合了 Cinnamon 及 Raisins 不算突出，唔記起唔多覺存在！豐富餡料自然成為重點。Maple Bacon & Eggs $65流心的蛋添潤澤、配上脆脆硬硬的煙肉，對比明顯口感好，調味平均，吃得很有滿足感。Lat $85 新鮮牛油果醬豐富至爆出，添加了忌廉芝士及番茄正好優化了相對實淨的 Bagels，而多加了的煙肉增層次，非常豐盛之感。送上來 Bagels 已經一份為二，我們分吃方便，各嚐兩款。加$30可買咖啡，相比散買 $35-$40 平少少，外賣包裝，我的 Latte 亦有拉花，水準不過不失。今時今日的高生活指數，取價正常，飽暖的情人節日早餐，Hurray!…查看更多
