Black Sheep集团新开嘅印度菜餐厅 行高级路线位于大馆 喺同样系Black Sheep嘅Magistracy楼上果然装修上都系冇令人失望 喺门口已经有种神秘嘅感觉穿过一条走廊先入到餐厅 面积唔算好大但成个气氛好舒服🤍𝗧𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗼𝗼𝗿𝗶 𝗠𝘂𝗿𝗴𝗵 𝗞𝗮 𝗦𝗼𝗼𝗹𝗮($𝟯𝟮𝟴) | 𝗥𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴: 𝟴/𝟭𝟬炭烤三黄鸡腿肉 有黄辣椒同丁香做腌制料食落重味入味 三黄鸡肉味浓郁 而且烤得完全唔干虽然佢系一道常见嘅菜 但算系我食过比较高质嘅烤鸡🤍𝗡𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗶 𝗚𝗼𝘀𝗵𝘁 𝗕𝗶𝗿𝘆𝗮𝗻𝗶($𝟮𝟴𝟴) | 𝗥𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴: 𝟴/𝟭𝟬好特别 第一次见有呢种喺细瓦罐(?)入面煮嘅饭😂嗌咗呢款入面有lamb shank 同rib 配印度香米肉嘅份量都几多 煮得好软腍 但个人欣赏啲饭多啲就咁食几香但咸味有啲唔够 捞埋附上嘅汁就好好食!🤍𝗧𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗼𝗼𝗿𝗶 𝗭𝗮𝗳𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗶 𝗣𝗮𝗻𝗲𝗲𝗿 𝗧𝗶𝗸𝗸𝗮($𝟮𝟭𝟴) | 𝗥𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴: 𝟴.𝟱/𝟭𝟬虽然系比较heavy嘅starter嚟 但最钟意系呢一道🥹有三大嚿烤软芝士 奶香味 超 级 重 又有啲𡁻口不过旁边配嘅类似番红花红菜头个人就麻麻 配嘅辣汁系超级辣 点极少就好 同太多会盖过奶香🤍𝗛𝗮𝗿𝗮 𝗦𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗱($𝟭𝟬𝟴) | 𝗥𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴:𝟳/𝟭𝟬系店员建议嗌嘅salad去平衡翻我哋点嘅菜嘅heavy感😂冇咩特别 乜都有啲咁 切到好靓 然后捞咗啲酸味酱汁🤍𝗥𝗼𝘀𝗲 𝗞𝘂𝗹𝗳𝗶($𝟭𝟮𝟴) | 𝗥𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴: 𝟳.𝟱/𝟭𝟬食过咁多间印度菜 都好似少见到呢款甜品名为传统印度雪糕 个形态有啲介乎smoothie同雪糕中间主要食到玫瑰同番红花味 香料味都几重 其次有啲开心果甜道比较高 朋友似系麻麻 但我又几钟意😂🤍𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗼 𝗖𝗼𝗰𝗸𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗹($𝟵𝟴) | 𝗥𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴: 𝟴/𝟭𝟬🤍𝗔𝗽𝗽𝗹𝗲 𝗖𝗼𝗰𝗸𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗹($𝟵𝟴) | 𝗥𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴: 𝟲/𝟭𝟬餐前小食送咗炸薯仔球 薄荷酱挞同脆球Pani Puri仍然系接受唔到任何Pani Puri Sorr😵‍💫个挞就几唔错我哋成晚点菜嘅combination其实店员话过会too heavy但我哋最后决定都系照杀(两条女最后劲饱但系清得晒嘅🙂所以如果去到可以留意翻份量同配搭 沙律就可以唔洗嗌整体会话系食物质素好高嘅印度菜环境 气氛 服务态度 坐位舒适度等都好好 系庆祝嘅选择嚟! 继续阅读

个日凉凉地可以坐出面,虽然比蚊咬到成脚都系😂service真系有啲慢,想揾个staff系十世都嗌唔到🤪比起中环其他3间我食过嘅印度菜嚟讲比较逊色,冇话特别惊艳。我地两个人嗌左个murgh makhanwala同keema mirch masala, 再搭配butter naan同parotta🤌🏻食净哂啲羊系到,就决定嗌多个roti食埋佢,发现呢个配搭先系最衬😎最后食埋个甜品rose kulfi, 开心果味都唔算好出🤔 继续阅读

我又回来了 这次分享一下最近城中颇为火爆的印度餐厅也是Black Sheep集团旗下的 装修当然不会令人失望 但更令人惊喜的是它的价钱比想像中亲民啊 整个Menu最贵的菜式也不过是$238 实在令人惊讶 不只是惊喜主打印度宫廷菜 餐厅位于大馆里 位于另一间打卡热门的Majestry dining room 的上一层 装修华丽具气派 我们一行三人去食 看见Menu上的价钱并不贵 便直接点了waiter向我们介绍的菜式每桌都会附送的Starter  共有三款 虽是免费的但却绝不马虎 惹味开胃 bite size的吃完就更期待之后的菜式印象中点了推荐的: Tawa Jhingwa 以干辣椒干葱和香料炒的虎虾 惹味感觉上也有点像泰国菜或是斯里兰卡的辣椒炒虾Tandoori Zafrani Paneer Tikka 奶酪芝士中间配上无花果酱 酸酸甜甜的有中和了芝士的肥腻 还挺有趣的配搭还有Waiter十分推荐的 Dal Moradabad 这道菜的灵感来自印度的各种帝国历史 以印度绿豆配上不同风味的酱料 颇新奇的有不同口感 算是比较少见的菜式 尤其是印度其实主要是素食国家 这道菜的精髓我觉得是在反映当地的民饮食文化当然少不了butter chicken和naan 感觉上不过不失没有太大的印象另外还有印度风味的Cocktail 就正常Cocktail吧的价钱吧以这个价钱 食物质素 搭配整个氛围和服务 值得一试 少有的感觉这种高级的餐厅竟然有这么高的性价比 在刚开的几天就光顾了 现在应该更加难订位啦 继续阅读

大馆新开印度菜,过咗7点都几爆场,一定要先订枱。环境好靓,适合特别日子黎庆祝/约会,价钱合理,一开始会有chef送嘅starters, 我哋再叫左2个starters,2个main 同3个side dishes, 全部都好好味, 特别推荐Paneer Tikka 同Somasa 继续阅读

The latest addition to Tai Kwun by the Black Sheep Restaurant Group. Part of a 3-stage project of revamping The Magistracy, a century-old proclaimed monument.Helmed by chef Palash Mitra from New Punjab Club, the new restaurant presents modern renditions of regional dishes inspired by the imperial kitchen of the princely states of India.Fruit Golgappa, Katori Chaat and Batata Vada to start. Loved their elevated version of the Batata Vada, which is a popular street food item. Original version is a potato fritter made with a combination of mashed potatoes and spices that is shaped into a ball, dipped in chickpea batter called besan, then deep-fried. The rendition here is breaded before deep frying with caviar as garnish. Beautiful savoury crunchy starters.Patti Samosa with spiced chicken and poona onions stuffing. Beautiful crunchy wrapper and flavourful stuffings.Tandoori Zafrani Paneer Tikka with soft cheese, spiced figs, saffron. Tad heavy for my taste.Tawa Jhinga, tiger prawns with shallots and Kandhari chillies. Friends found it very spicy.Tandoori Murgh Ka Soola. Chicken leg with cloves and chillies. Meat was tender and succulent.Kemma Mirch Masala. Hand-ground lamb with long chillies and turmeric. Had a bite of the long chillies and it was incredibly spicy lol.Dal Moradabad. Slow-cooked yellow lentils, onions, tomatoes, tempered red chillies. Loved this. Very refreshing and a nice interlude to all the spicy/strong flavours that we had earlier.Beautifully done naan and parotta. And lastly the sweetest ending. Arguably my favourites of the meal. Rose Kulfi (Reduced milk flavoured with saffron, rose petals and pistachio, served frozen) and Gulab Jamun (Caramelised milk dumplings, deep fried and matured in sugar bath). The former was akin to a pistachio flavoured gelato with hints of chia and rose). The latter milk dumplings had a delightfully caramelised coating. Aromatic and not intensely sweet.Overall a nice venue for a night out with friends for a more exotic spice-centric meal. 继续阅读
