燕麦yogurt, 今日去做瑜伽之前就谂住喺附近揾啲健康啲嘅早餐，而且份量唔想食咁多，就拣咗呢一间之前成日都经过嘅小店，虽然佢系连锁餐厅，但系佢嘅嘢食都非常多！佢嘅yogurt 细细杯唔系好大杯，但系未到你讲非常好，再加埋燕麦可以令到成个口感更加好，下次我都会再买呢一个返去食，可以试埋佢嘅曲奇饼 咖啡嚟讲都几好饮，价钱绝对唔贵，依间餐厅嘅质素不嬲都系信心之选，咖啡虽然唔系好strong, 但系入口之后都有香味，呢个价钱嚟讲冇得输㗎喇！

一直对 PRET 的水准有信心，尤其是咖啡和三文治的性价比很高。可惜上班和居住的的地区没有分店，只能偶遇经过他们的分店才吃到。周日太古三期人流量不多，经过 PRET 时也没多少客户，趁着有少许时间便在这里解决早餐。看到他们旁边的柜内摆放了不少三文治，自助形式，取完后拿到前台付钱。看中他们的三文治包，每个25元，而且柜是有保温功能，都是热腾腾的。中文名称是苏格兰烤三文鱼鸡蛋芝士保，三文鱼碎与鸡蛋和芝士混合在一起，而且馅料真的不少，口感和味道都很不错。价格不算便宜，但吃到的东西质素不差，没有令人失望，

On a typical weekday, I felt compelled to stop into Pret for a quick lunch because I was nearby. I grabbed a cup of coffee, a Scottish smoked salmon sandwich, and, of course, lemon cheesecake, the worst nightmare of all. So, how did it turn out to be a nightmare? The smoked salmon sandwich wasn't particularly outrageous , so it wasn't enough to compensate for the cheesecake's shortcomings. After finishing the sandwich, I started digging in my desert, but I soon became nauseous. The cheesecake's sweetness was so overpowering that I couldn't finish it all( I had to drink my entire cup of coffee to balance out the flavours) Overall, it was a fair experience; the coffee was just alright , and the service was adequate; I would return again, but would clearly order something else!

Pret A Manger, 法语 ready to eat 的意思。一直也是 Pret A Manger 的粉丝，每次它们推出新口味的也会立即尝试，不论是香港或是英国。香港的新口味比英国多。每天上班或下班也会经过 Pret, 早前被它架上一排粉蓝色的乳酪吸引著，但一直因为工作太忙或下班时已卖光，未有机会尝试。上周终于有机会一试。粉蓝色的乳酪全名是 Blue Goodness Bowl, 由蓝藻、五果鲜莓、红石榴、蓝莓、希腊式乳酪、燕麦片、烤椰子片 组合而成。未放放进口𥚃便先让眼睛吃个饱。清甜的红石榴和蓝莓，配上香口的烤椰子片和乳酪混在一起吃，是一个有趣而美味的配搭。跟我以往在Pret 吃到的乳酪很不一样，喜欢口感清新或喜欢乳酪的人必试的新口味。

the food here is tasty but unfortunately their service is the worst i've ever met recently. you never know there are two lines or one. the line moves forward slowly. sometimes you have to wait for long time just because the waitress is on something else and no other waitress noticed your situation. i don't think i'll be willing to buy anything from them anymore.
