这间小餐馆之前想去好耐,圣诞节终于揾到机会去试😆今次试咗8 course chef tasting ($680),全部菜式都好有惊喜,调味偏重口味但又不会过浓,好合我口味且绝对够饱!🤣Pani Puri印度传统小食,脆卜卜的外皮包着馅,再倒特调的薄荷青酱,很清新开胃的前菜。Tuna crudo吞拿鱼片很嫩滑,配上香甜芒果酱酸甜清新,不过略嫌芒果酱有一点过酸~Potato Chaat薯仔卷外脆内软,中间混合咗好多香料,外型同感都似春卷。点Chives Yorgurt味道有层次但清新必Onion Pakora洋葱炸得酥脆香口,内里似蔬菜软馅,可沾上辣酱、乳酪和青酱,香浓惹味,个人就超中意乳酪酱够酸🤣Lasooni Scallop带子煎得焦香鲜嫩,配以葱蒜牛油和以咖喱煮成的酱汁很搭!Stuffed Calamari小店招牌菜!鱿鱼筒酿着肉碎,伴以烟腩肉和蚬肉熬煮的汤汁,鲜甜咸香~十分足料 !配上的Flatbread就略嫌太油~Lamb Chaap烤羊架很出色!熟度煎得恰好,粉嫩软腍,膻味不会很重,伴以yogurt酱、薄荷青酱及青豆蓉,原本不喜羊肉的我也忍不住吃了几口😍非常惊喜的主菜!Poti Beef表面煎得焦香,肉味浓又软腍,伴以香的Pepper Puree很搭,伴碟的烧青葱和bb甘笋也很好吃~两款主菜也很推!Almond baklava传统甜品千层酥,酥皮搽上糖浆香甜脆口,浓浓的杏仁和肉桂味,也很不错~▫️ Pondi西环西营盘福寿里14号地舖
