收工同同事,去左pizza express。环境同服务各样相当不错。今日系闲日所以都都唔洗等直接walk in就可以。两个人叫得唔系太多。味道方面不错。僳钱可接受。同几其他pizza店比较依一间暂时第一位

以前经过PIZZAEXPRESS门口都会闻到好香既味道超级吸引 今日终于有机会食入到去叫左个意粉同PIZZA食PIZZA个边好脆 又唔会太厚 配埋D酱超好食 相反个意粉就有啲平庸但个面就软硬适中所以都系推荐PIZZA希望下次可以试其他PIZZA

其实生日食乜都无所谓,最紧要系一家人一齐。所以家人话食生日饭时,太座和细妹再选这店我也没反对。今次点咗:红菜头芝士,冻肉拼盘,牛油果鸡肉沙律,健康轻盈沙律,烟三文鱼薄饼,香辣蒜蓉意粉,蕃茄芝士长通粉,海鲜蝴蝶粉,甜品有朱古力蛋糕,芝士饼和杏仁香蕉挞。红菜头芝士,红菜头清甜,水牛芝士淡口清香,作为头盘不错。冻肉拼盘,有莎乐美肠,风干火腿肠等味道一般,略偏咸,反而伴碟的火箭菜新鲜,口味回甘,令人更难忘。 健康轻盈沙律,用上南瓜、松子仁等加入沙律菜内,清新可口。牛油果鸡肉沙律,菜够新鲜,入口鲜甜,鸡肉香,牛油果味浓中带点清新。烟三文鱼薄饼,这店的薄饼出名在饼底似饼干,个人就是喜欢这个饼底,今次的薄饼外观没上次的美,仁芝士味就比上次香浓,味道比上次香。香辣蒜蓉意粉,蒜味非常香浓,加小小芝士粉,入口更香,今次的意粉淋硬度做得非常恰到好处,有噬口又不至于太硬。蕃茄芝士长通粉,相对意粉,这长通粉就有点过淋,蕃茄味还算香浓。海鲜蝴蝶粉,味浓偏咸,蝴蝶粉过淋,有点糊的口感,个人感觉是全晚最弱钓一道菜。朱古力蛋糕,朱古力咪浓,配上热咖啡,入口香浓,正。芝士饼我没试,杏仁香蕉挞,不像挞,似班戟多一点,但杏仁片加上香蕉,入口清香,甜而不腻,很好。

I have never had Pizza Express before. Yes don't look at me like that. I know that they are everywhere, but Hong Kong has such an abundance of choice, food wise, that pizza never seems to pop up in my mind. Until tonight. Not being able to recall the last time I had a triangular piece of baked dough on my plate, I decided it was time to refresh my memory.Heading over to the TST branch on Ashley road, it was surprisingly full on a Thursday night and without a reservation, I had to wait 15 mins for a table. Nevertheless I spent the time deciding what kind of pizza I wanted. You can tell Pizza Express are trying to be more authentic and following the Italian way of making pizza from the listing of thin crust pizzas with the use of ingredients like buffalo mozzarella and Parma ham. If pizza does does not appeal to you, they also have a decent variety of salads and pastas to choose from as well as a nice selection of starters to tickle your appetites.Unless there is Hawaiian as an option (yes I like canned pineapple on my pizza) I like the toppings on my pizza to be as minimal as possible. Hence the Margherita Prima was my pick for the night~ When it was placed in front of me I was pretty impressed with how big it was, but then again I guess they do expect you to share Baked to a crisp, the thin crust was nicely crunchy, topped with big splodges of gooey buffalo mozzarella cheese and spread with their specially made tomato sauce. So good~!For a chain restaurant, Pizza Express certainly makes some pretty decent pizza. Will be back~

呢日我地去完海洋公园成日,玩到攰攰又冇乜点食野,所以一来到坐低就即刻睇Menu食D乜饮D乜啦,亦都好快地就拣到想食嘅野喇。主要系拣我最爱之沙律,小食、友人钟意的意粉,再来多个餐汤啦。① 冻柠茶(Ice Lemon Tea)无限添饮 $38② 意大利甜酒配意式饼干(Biscotti Vin Santo) $48③ 羊奶芝士蔬菜沙律(Warm Vwgetable and Goats Cheese) $108④ 焗蘑菇(Baked Mushrooms) $72 ⑤ 是日餐汤—蕃茄浓汤(Soup Tomato) $50⑥ 意式野菌螺丝粉(Fusilli ai Funghi) $110 Subtotal: $426 + 10% Service Charge= $468.6最快来的都系饮品架喇,友钟意饮<冻柠茶>,又知佢系无限添饮㖞,即时唔再谂要饮佢啦,我都有试饮过,少少甜柠茶味算重喇,有3片厚柠檬,呢知价钱都好抵喇。到我的<意大利甜酒配意式饼干>,我呢个甜酒通常系用白葡萄酿制嘅,酒精含量约17%左右,入口因为几甜所以17%浓度对我就唔多觉,系意大利呢种甜酒通常都系配Biscotti同食,我就觉得几好饮,以往食Biscotti都系跟Espresso嘅,今次系点Vin Santo食,原来都几好食㖞。之后到我要的<羊奶芝士蔬菜沙律>,呢个沙律份量真系好鼎盛又砌得靓靓,碟边有几件配烤面包条,烟烟韧韧好食,而材料有羊奶芝士、车厘茄、 烤洋蓟、蒜蓉茄子、意大利扁豆、灯笼椒、青瓜、薄荷叶、罗勒配蜜糖红酒醋沙律汁。呢个沙律汁酸酸甜甜几开胃好味;羊奶芝士都几多,又系好味;而其他生的蔬菜又好新鲜,正;另外烤过的灯笼椒、洋蓟、茄子唔会过熟而过淋,又系Good!其实本身我系唔食咩嘅,但曾经系北海道饮过羊奶觉得几好饮,又系前年去土耳其食过羊奶芝士就钟意左,令我时不时都会挂住佢,不过我仍唔食羊架,只会食羊奶芝士而已啫。到又系我点的<焗蘑菇>,酿蘑菇的馅料有两款,一款黑色的酿了水牛芝士及白汁烤焗,另一款白色的则酿了混酱(马苏里拉芝士+香草酱+羊奶芝士酱),配上两款酱汁为Genovese香草汁及蕃茄酱,两款均用橄榄油开均和,香草汁几香略嫌油份多了,我会钟意蕃茄酱多D,够蕃茄味又唔酸。蘑菇细小,先食黑色酿入Mozzarella芝士的,系几香嘅,不过食一只已经觉得好腻喇,反观酿了混酱的白色蘑菇虽然味道同样浓郁,不过可能有香草酱故比较清新冇咁腻,好食D。而侧边配上的烤面包条又唔似沙律配上果款㖞,呢个有香草味,点Genovese香草汁或蕃茄酱都好食。之后先来<蕃茄浓汤>,因为呢个系后加嘅,所以咁迟先上枱,今次配上的烤面包条则同配沙律的一样,冇香草,点汤同食就好喇,当我地"疋"起一羹已经觉得好杰,放入口的质感好似食紧茄酱,真系好浓郁,浓到好似食紧茄膏咁,好劲,配面包就一流啰。等了又等,食住枱面食物已感饱饱地,但都要再等15分钟,<意式野菌螺丝粉>先到。睇落螺丝粉好杰,闻到野菌和松露的香味,材料好简单,只有螺丝粉同野菌,杰杰的蘑菇汁均匀的布满螺丝粉,面有松露菌油,螺丝粉弹牙唔淋,的确几好味,以为份量唔多,原来食落你就知饱喇,下次可以再encore噃。最后我地要用个半小时先可以KO哂所有食物,饱到不得了,好满足。
