Pici曾经是我最常光顾的pasta shop，但最近几次吃都很失望。首先餐前面包是完全凉的，这个自从Covid他们改成纸袋装面包就不好吃了，已经习惯。这次尝试的龙虾意面真的太难吃了，基本没有龙虾，酱就是普通番茄酱，略酸。比起其他意大利餐厅的龙虾意面水准真的差太多。另外点了圣诞新菜单的番茄肉酱芝士千层面，味道不错但已无心拍照。真心希望Pici能够提升食物质素，变回原来那个可以想吃好意面可以随时walk in舒服吃一餐的neighborhood restaurant。

收咗工去咗铜锣湾食饭，weekend chill chill佢～ 拣咗呢间专食手工意粉嘅意大利餐厅，相信大家都有食过～呢间餐厅唔同地区都有分店，今次就拣咗新开张嘅铜锣湾店😌每次去都座无虚席，出边仲有唔少人排队添，加永远都唔会令我失望 🫶🏻🫶🏻.Starters🍈🥓Chef’s selection cold cut parma ham 有咸香味，配落香甜蜜瓜同burrata cheese , perfect match😍.🐙 🥗 Octopus salad 八爪鱼嘅份量一啲都唔少，而且煮得略为较软腍，但配埋沙律，麻麻地夹😅.🐮 🍝Pappardelle Beef cheek slow cook 8个钟既牛面颊肉🐮又软又腍，一丝丝🤤弹牙，新鲜手工意粉同干意粉嘅分别系新鲜意粉弹性中带点烟韧，系煮既过程中释出淀粉会令酱汁更浓，挂汁力更高👍🏻.🌶🍝Orecchiette Nduja猫耳朵凹下去位置能「兜住」酱汁，口感烟靭，带少少辣味，忍唔住食完一啖有一啖😋.🎃🥟 Double Ravioli Pumpkin & Ricotta Ravioli馅料系南瓜同Ricotta cheese 🧀 云吞皮软滑嘅口感，加上南瓜甘甜同芝士软馅，好多层次感😝.🍮Tiramisu一如既往嘅口感细滑，啡味重浓滑，轻盈唔油腻😍.🍮Panna cotta 红莓酱酸酸may may好开胃,为成餐饭画上一个完美句号
