想同同事试呢间餐厅好耐,有一日我地的起心肝早15分钟去拎位,姐系大约12:15到餐厅,终於食到!我地入去之後就见到有好多人系出面排整队,我地算好好彩!.有其中一个同事食过,佢话食物份量偏大,建议我地4个人叫3个餐就够,咁确实真系够食,呢到无最低消费,几好.一个餐系包左一个starter,一个pasta同一个dessert,$148无加一,湾仔区算几抵食。Starter: Andrea’s Cold Cuts我地呢个拣左两份,两个人share一份份量啱啱好。个火腿片油份好足,好香,配埋芝士食一流!Starter: Radicchio Salad羊奶芝士片好食,而且有红菜头系入面更加特别。Pasta: Tagliolini truffle (+$28)呢个系呢间餐厅招牌,必试!松露味好香,而且手工意粉咬口好特别,好食。Pasta: Classic Lasagna (+$10)呢到嘅千层面采用新鲜茄酱,所以较酸。不过,我地好锺意,因为食落无咁腻。Pasta: Tagliatelle 呢个阔条面相对上比较普通,不过芝士同烟肉味十分香浓。Tiramisu呢到嘅Tiramisu又系必食!酒味唔算太浓,cream打得好滑😆餐厅食物质素好,值得再去! 继续阅读

Pici at Wanchai was a bit hard to locate, up the slope in the hidden area. All friends must arrive to get seated. Luckily, we got the corner private sears upstairs which is less crowded. The waitress suggested the tasting menu to us, such a good deal! It includes 4 starters, 6 pastas, 4 desserts, all of our own choices! It really was too much to explain, you have to come try it out!A few highlights of the night. Starters were okay, great start of the dinner. Out of all the pastas, the Pici one with black pepper surprised me the most, it was a thick pasta, which somehow looks like udon. The flavour was very balanced, creamy but not too filling. The beef cheek, truffle, seafood were equally good, aromatic with al dante texture. I was disappointed by the bolognese and ravioli, the fillings were not as tasty, and the pasta was a bit hard, maybe I expected too much from with these two, but i prefer the normal pastas. 朋友说过想试这间专门吃意粉的餐厅很多次了!今天终於有机会!我们七时多来到,要等大约30分钟才能入座。餐厅充满了西式气氛,亦有很多外国人在场。Parma Ham这个Parma Ham 的厚薄度刚好,而且咸度适中,肉质柔软,甘甜芳香,令人一吃再吃!Vitello Tonnato第一次点这道菜,是有牛肉及吞拿鱼酱,吞拿鱼酱以泡沫形式呈现,牛肉保留原汁原味而且肉质特别软嫩,没想到这个配搭是不错的!Tagliolini (v)这个十分推荐!上菜时已嗅到松露的香味。意粉的口感特别,十分弹牙,而且黑白松露味非常浓郁!Pappardelle慢煮的牛颊肉,低温8小时慢煮後口感相当软嫩,味道也不错。宽带面口感弹牙,再加上芝士粉,令味道及口感提升。Tortelli Bolognese意大利云吞与肉酱是十分搭配的组合,肉酱是由牛肉及猪肉混合,意大利云吞比较烟韧及厚身,味道也不错!Sicilian Sunrise这杯是奇怪版的fruit punch。有orange, vanilla & pomegranate。Vanilla味比较重,令整体的味道怪怪的Hugo有Elderflower, prosecco, lime, soda, mint, 味道较清新,但酒味不太强烈整体来说,餐厅的意大利粉类的食物质素不错,但饮品却一般。下次可试试其他pasta! 继续阅读

呢排香港人都冇乜心情食好西😕难得老细放假,我去食返个悠长嘅work day lunch平时12:30去到PICI起码要等到一点先有座位今次我12:45先去到,但竟然只系需要等一张枱!5分钟都唔使就坐低左啦!唔通系因为多咗人home office @@?叫咗个Andrea cold cut做前菜佢个份量好足够, 但系芝士味就淡左啲!如果有得配蜜瓜食就好啦主菜呢我就叫咗pappardelle 啲羊肉就冇乜香味~个pasta唔错,够硬身,不过有少少太溜~朋友主菜食Ravioli入边啲馅唔会太溜,不过就略嫌个云吞皮硬得滞佢个午餐menu可以选择配一杯嘢饮或者系甜品!嗜甜嘅我当然系拣tiramisu! 呢度嘅Tiramisu好出名!好香、唔会太甜、太腻 ! Encore!呢度环境好靓,服务态度好,食物质素亦都有固定嘅水准,如果唔使等位等太耐的话,绝对值得再嚟! 继续阅读

食pici真系要好有神心,之前试过食唔到,今次我真系7:00pm前到,最难得系7:00pm前竟然4个人到齐,终於入到去啦,最後一张枱就系咁卑我地坐左我地拣左tasting menu,4个人可以拣4 starters,6 pastas & 1个dessert,每位$290Burrata Cheese : mozzarella cheese配火箭菜好夹,两者既味道都无被抢左Beef Tartare: 牛好滑,蘑菇片萝白片都切得好薄,成碟既口感好有层次Chef’s Selection Cold Cut: Parma Ham, salami, parmesan & taleggio, Ham 同cheese 永远都系送酒一流既starterVitello Tonnato:卖相就真系麻麻,牛肉片配吞拿鱼蛋黄酱原来味道系好丰富,又几好味道喎Pasta of the Day: 正常既味道,意大利粉好al dente, 同埋椰菜丝一齐食就无咁腻Classic Lasagna: 上枱个阵已经闻到好香既芝士味,牛肉厚条面,经典的味道,都几腻Pici “Cacio e pepe”: 我系见到pepe个字所以叫佢,黑椒加上芝士既煮法,味道无咩特别,个面质就比较特别,比一般既意粉粗,似乌冬既烟韧版,所以好饱肚Ravioli Carbonara: 每只意大利云吞入面都有蛋浆同芝士,配埋脆脆既bacon碎,出面真系好少食度,值得一试Tagliolini: 远远已经闻到松露既香味,好多片新鲜黑松露系面呀,鲜松露食落味道无闻既咁重,意粉好al dente,锺意黑松露既一定要试Ravioli: mascarpone同smoke salmon既配搭几夹,好软滑Dessert我地拣左2个 Tiramisu 2个Panna CottaTasting meau原本以为好细碟,点知份量一d都唔少,仲可以试咁多款手造既pasta, $290真系好抵食 继续阅读
