/𝑃𝑎𝑧𝑡𝑎🇭🇰/#sa中环篇➖➖➖<大馆入面嘅正宗意大利菜🍝> ➖➖➖去左大馆好多次 但都未试过系入面食野成日都会觉得价钱偏贵但今次去嘅pazta 又唔算太贵 佢哋嘅lunch menu 有晒2 courses + 饮品大约$140 左右~ 不过我地嗰日去就过左lunch 所以只可以单叫🍝但选择都几多👍🏻👍🏻三点之後happy hour 都几多外国人去chill 下次再去试下tiramisu!! ➖➖➖1️⃣Squid ink linguine $120 (𝟟.𝟜/𝟙𝟘) 份量比预期中多 墨汁够乌卒卒会成到成排牙黑晒😹扁意粉口感唔错 烟烟韧韧 亦做到挂汁效果墨汁嘅味食落酸酸地 比较似番茄味🍅配料有鱿鱼圈同鱼子 但唔算有好多!➖➖➖2️⃣3 classic lasagnas $170 (𝟟.𝟚𝟝/𝟙𝟘) 有三款唔同味道嘅千层面~层次分明粉皮厚薄均匀 有牛肉、猪肉同蔬菜🥬三种唔同配料酱汁 就好似意大利🇮🇹国旗咁牛肉嗰款用左茄汁 有少少似平日嘅肉酱牛肉同猪肉感觉唔太大分别 不过猪肉嗰款会多少少肉最後蔬菜有菜叶碎舖面 份量较少 男仔食未必够饱🤣➖➖➖📍pazta 继续阅读

站在大馆内外都感受到一般文青感,难怪每一个角落都成为大众既打卡热点。经上次黎过「乐茶轩」吸收左中式氛围後,今次比我发现开左间全新意大利餐馆「P a z t a」,佢将威尼斯、博洛尼亚、罗马、撒丁岛正宗意式文化带到过黎香港,加上别树一格既装潢,搭配整个outdoor area,系呢个天气,我相信锺意影相既你已经bookmark左啦!👇📌A p p e t i z e r s -▪ Pizzette · Margherita - $95▫ 第一次食到咁有创新概念既Margherita,以5口小型size既pizzette呈上,可以比食客一啖过之余,又唔会感到太heavy,呢点唔错。面头Mozzarella Cheese相当丰富,加埋新鲜罗勒两者配搭恰当好处,几好食。▪ Carpaccio di Manzo al Tartufo - $180▫ 用上意大利生牛肉切成一块块薄片,再系面头放上黑松露,基本上系每个意大利人最锺意既小食。一啖过食到唔同层次既咸鲜味,Pecorino cheese既香味系後劲慢慢散发出黎,再送埋一啖白酒,简直系人间天堂呀!📌P a s t a -▪ Pappardelle ai Funghi Porcini e menta - $140▫ 意式宽条面有好多种,如果你问我最锺意一定系pappardelle,佢既波浪形卖相特别吸引。再配搭大量新鲜牛肝菌、薄荷叶、Parmesan cheese,几种食材口感相当突出,面条又够烟韧,绝对值得一试!▪ Spaghetti con la colatura di Cetara e alici marinate - $140▫ 位於阿玛菲海岸一带盛产住银鯷鱼,当地流行将佢地用黎腌制,然後配上新鲜车厘茄、橄榄油、大蒜、芜荽配搭而成。食落每一条意粉口感爽弹幼滑,加上银鯷鱼增加唔少口感,够哂特别!📌D e s s e r t s -▪ Delizia al limone - $100▫ 意大利甜品可能个个都会谂起tiramisu,但其实呢个布里海绵蛋糕绝对唔惹少。面头铺满意大利软芝士忌廉,再配搭柠檬柚子,口感软绵得黎味道又够清新,完美地渡过一个优闲下午。📌C o c k t a i l s -▪ F o r e s t a - $100▪ Paper · Plane - $100▫ 两杯Cocktail以红绿主题色调代表住热情同和平,前者Foresta用接骨木花、绿色苦酒、amaro、西柚、柠皮带出清甜中一点苦涩;後者用上Bourbon Whiskey、amaro、金巴利酒、西柚、柠檬带出熊熊烈火既感觉,酒味比较强,适合一众壮男们享用呀! 继续阅读

This new eatery at Tai Kwun is a great place for some good, affordable pasta on a weekend afternoon! The restaurant has an al fresco dining area with a view of the open courtyard as well as indoor seats, and we went for the outdoor area which was well shaded and comfortable. The food here is very reasonably priced. The two pastas we had, the truffle tagliatelle and the tomato and mozzarella paccheri were delightful. The truffle tagliatelle was made of fresh pasta and was extremely fragrant. My boyfriend thought it could be more al dente but I thought it was just right and had a nice springy texture. The paccheri was made of dry pasta and was definitely more firm, but the amount of mozzarella could have been more generous. The main course of chicken with Parma ham, smoked scarmoza and black truffle paste was just alright, the chicken breast wasn't very juicy but tasted just fine. The desserts were also delicious. We had the "modern" tiramisu and the lemon and yuzu sponge cake. The tiramisu had chocolate brownies in it rather than lady fingers and contained a shot of espresso at the bottom, which was an interesting takd on the classic that did not completely overturn its essence. The lemon and yuzu sponge cake was more of a surprise. I'm not normally a big fan of lemon-flavoured desserts but I loved this one as the cake was moist and dense and had just the right hint of citrus flavour. 大馆活化後未去参观过,今天约了好友在大馆内吃过午餐之後再慢慢逛。在开饭喇搜寻了一些食店资料,看到食家对这间意大利餐厅的评价都唔错,140元有两道菜加咖啡,午市没有加一,环境又靓,於是就选了这间。今天风和日丽,不冷不热,本来很适合坐户外,不过见室内的陈设更可观,所以最後都是坐室内。室内摆位也寛膛,多数是两人台,最特别有一个梳化的角落,後面有酒柜及油画做陪衬,感觉十分休闲。侍应态度良好,不过全店只有两个女侍应,带位、落单、上菜、加水、冲咖啡都要她们包办,真厉害。食品的质量不差,我们选两份两道菜的午餐共同品嚐。两个前菜,一个是鸡肝多士,一个是巴哈马火腿。鸡肝多士,面包面涂满了鸡肝酱,没有腥味,多士烘得脆口,一碟有五件,份量不少,碟旁还配上沙律菜,疏菜很鲜味清新。巴哈马火腿,薄薄的火腿片咸淡适中,配合沙律菜一齐吃,有咸有鲜,味道可口。接着吃主菜,松露寛条面,银鯷鱼意大利粉。松露寛条面,面条弹牙有口感,面上布满丝丝雪白的条子,我不知道这些是什麽食材,不过舖盖在面上看起来很特别,松露酱也有一大堆,面条挂满汁液,不油腻,上台时面条保持热度,所以很好吃。银鯷鱼意大利粉,红色车厘茄平均放在碟内,洒上点点绿色蕃茜,银色的鱼仔在意粉中游荡,视觉上很吸引,用橄榄油炒的意粉带有淡淡油香,虽油而不肥腻,意粉也十分弹牙,鱼仔只有小小咸味不过度,酱汁调配不错,带有酸甜味道,很清新。餐後喝一杯热咖啡作结,附上的是热鲜奶,又有黄糖白糖任选择,糖樽内还有包好了的朱古力豆吃,真是大满足。这个午餐吃得舒服,对女士来说份量足够,男士就可能未够饱了。 继续阅读
