You don’t have to get insides K11 to find Paul Lafayet actually because it’s located in ground floor, so you can find it next to the front outdoor entry Earl Grey Cheesecake having very good looking and even half pound is already large enough serving for 4-5ppl haha, for the same size guess Paul Lafayet having larger portion, the decoration is so good The taste of earl grey cheesecake is so good, the sweetness is just right, even i can’t recognize this one is cheesecake but the combination is so good, firm texture with cute crunchy bottom haha, such a good choice haha outsides:cakes:insides:menu:so cute they will give you a aluminum knife(actually not sure of the material, but you can keep it for later use haha

好耐冇行K11,经过呢间法式甜品店,之前一直都想买来试,但都系匆匆忙忙,刚好下午茶时间,好想吃,就买嚟甜一甜奖励吓自己。即时加上砂糖整出焦糖,职员话最好半个钟头内吃,否则就好容易变成糖水。急不及待试咗一啖果然脆卜卜,炖蛋奶味香浓,非常滑溜。😋😋确实好好味, 可惜份量唔多, 几口便吃完了。如果再多一点会更加满足。但始终外卖冇得坐低堂食,这个价钱又太便宜,所以只能够偶尔买一两个奖励吓自己吃便算吧。未吃过的,值得推介。

之前生日,同事送咗张焦糖炖蛋兑换券俾我今日终于有时间嚟换~其实好耐之前都食过𠮶阵时觉得好好食,又冻又热咁样~冰火交融咁之后就劲耐冇食,今次再食感觉无第一次食嘅惊艳🫢🫢一样有好多云呢拿籽喺底但感觉香味唔太突出😅个炖蛋如果冻啲,冷热交融嘅感觉突出返啲嘅话会更加好食,同埋令人更加难忘,今次体验一般。男友觉得偏甜咗啲无乜特别佢送埋𠮶只碗,成本都系度,卖$50又唔可以话佢贵,不过佢话唔系钟意嘅嘢,唔会再买嚟食啰~

第一次买Paul Lafayet嘅法式焦糖炖蛋,未有即刻食,拎到翻屋企,仲比阿妈摆过入雪柜,食完饭先食🥲然后就系…我d焦糖融晒!变到一摊糖水咁!😭真系要尽快食用呀!第二次买翻公司食,点知又比客人阻咗一阵,又冇即刻食!激死🤯第三次都系买翻公司食,今次乜都唔理,边个都阻止唔到我!食咗先算!!!☝️终于!我终于食到卜卜脆仲热热地嘅焦糖脆面!!!🥰每一口都又脆又creamy!!!好享受😋店员会询问是否需要即烧焦糖🔥然后即场系炖蛋上洒上黄糖,用火枪即烧焦糖脆面🍯轻微烧焦的焦糖掩盖了冰冷而柔和的甜味🥚炖蛋的香气扑鼻而来🍮但这款奶油的味道比看起来更清淡,入口即化,带有淡淡的酪乳余味🥛最值得一赞的是,盛载炖蛋的陶瓷器皿🥧可重用自制甜品,也可用作其他摆设,好看且非常有质感,送礼自食皆宜。🥣
