上网见到好多post都系讲紧呢间餐厅一于就去试吓一入到去店员就问我哋想要边把刀，刀柄把把都好唔同，除咗形状唔同，有啲就比较简单木纹复古，有啲就色彩缤纷啲，或者云石面都有。有选择困难症嘅绝对系会塞住条队拣唔到把刀入唔到去。意粉同酱汁好多选择，粒粒粉螺丝粉到pasta，青酱蘑菇汁蕃茄汁等等。拣咗茄汁长通粉，个汁好好食就算冇块牛扒都可以直接食晒个粉。另外一个打卡位就系个店员会好好行去每一个位帮大家切芝士。最后讲返块牛扒，不过不失，唔会好韧，不过干身咗啲。但系有成个体验搭救，餐厅环境都坐得舒服，体验感唔错

Dear Pasteako Team,I am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding an experience my wife and I had at your restaurant on 31 July during our lunch visit. While we were initially impressed by the ambiance and service, an unexpected charge on our bill left us feeling misled and dissatisfied.Before placing our food order, we were offered a choice between still or sparkling water by your staff. At no point were we informed that still water would incur a charge of $38 per person, totaling $76 for the two of us. In Hong Kong, it is customary for restaurants to provide complimentary drinking water, and we had no reason to assume otherwise, especially for still water, which is typically considered a basic courtesy.It was only upon receiving the bill (Order #37842) that we discovered this charge labeled as “unlimited refill water.” We believe this practice lacks transparency and borders on deceptive, particularly when no verbal or written notice was given beforehand.Following this, we and spoke with a member of your staff regarding the issue. During the call, we were assured that a refund would be processed.We are still waiting for the refund.We hope you will take this feedback seriously and consider implementing clearer communication regarding any non-standard charges. A simple mention by staff would go a long way in maintaining trust and customer satisfaction.We would appreciate a prompt response regarding this matter and confirmation of the refund as promised.I have spoken to your staff and left my name and contact number.
