今次去咗间名气唔错嘅扒房试下佢地嘅招牌,实话实说,食完真系有啲心花怒放🌸!肉眼扒7成熟,入口外层微焦,里头却嫩得嚟个汁液四溢,相当juicy,咬落去肉香四溢,简直系炸裂。但系,同桌的西冷就冇咁好彩,好似少少过火咁,食到尾段先返晒正常,幸好佢最后都过得去,唔至于荒咗一餐。至于啲芝士薯条,讲真,真系好到爆炸💥!薯条金黄香脆,芝士拉丝得嚟唔会过于腻口,啖啖都令人回味无穷,不过份量确实大到搞到我哋两个食唔晒。食完扒同薯条,本来已经七分饱,但焗薯太吸引,唔食又觉得对不住自己,总之就系甜头收场,但唯独洋葱汤就实在没能力碰到,下次一定要记住,眼唔可以咁大个肚呀!整体黎讲,扒房嘅食物质素真系有保证,每样嘢都做得夹心意,啱啱好。系,或者有啲小瑕疵,但总体感觉就系开心同满足。下次再嚟,我一定会再试下其他嘢,相信一定唔会令我失望!👍

Been quite some time since I visited this Australian steakhouse and chose this place for a quiet late tea/early dinner on Sunday. A pity that they ran out of salmon steak, so went for a filet mignon-lobster tail pairing - favourite choice for those with difficulty in decision making. My companion could only take her steak medium well therefore this was slightly too well done for my taste. But the steak was succulent and not at all tough. The lobster tail was fresh as proven by the elasticity of its flesh. Regretted not getting double portions of vegetables on the side as their mashed potato was disappointingly cold and lumpy. The Caesar salad was pretty standard, though its signature bread was still great, especially when paired with house butter. Unfortunately I ran out of carbs quota and the bread went to a doggie bag. We also had a mojito and an iced tea with unlimited refills. The service was genuinely warm and all our requests were promptly entertained. The staff were helpful and it was a delightful $220 spent per head.

跟女友去黄埔探完朋友,顺道响附近揾野食,佢话想锯扒,就拣咗黄埔呢间Outback Steakhouse。撞啱今日系星期六的缘故,要响门口等咗成20分钟先可入座。我地order咗凯撒沙律配忌廉蘑菇汤,肉眼牛扒拼猪肋骨同埋牛肉汉堡。首先,黎咗一条赠送嘅餐饱,都几松软,唔错!凯撒沙律就比较普通,面包粒唔脆,啲菜都算新鲜,不过个酱好咸,好彩系另上啫!忌廉蘑菇汤又系超咸,饮两啖已经再饮唔落去。接住嚟主菜,肉眼扒我地order咗5成熟,但系煎到好似全熟,好干,冇乜肉汁;猪肋骨好淋,不过又系略干,唔够Juicy!反而个牛肉汉堡叫做合格,够晒件头,块汉堡扒都几Juicy,啲薯条都几crispy。呢餐我地觉得好坏参半,有少许失望!

个个都话依到个面包好正,因为牛油系自家制。今日一次又真系好唔错,好Creamy好令人一口接一口,但又唔会好腻。好淡ge 牛油味,好开胃。肉眼系每次必食,唔中意太生,叫7成熟。今次有d失手,因为有小小老同鞋。不过好中意个味,唔驶加任何酱,原汁原味甘食,如果可以嫩返D就好! 旁边d薯条都好脆,好怕成炸定既薯条,霉晒,好油溢,不过依到就唔会,未必系即叩即炸,但至少去贷去得快,唔会有好霉既野俾你食。佢ge粗度好适中,唔会好薯好粉。

又一位同事比澳洲假期带走了,真心讲其实我都好想去试下,真系要有勇气够胆冲,可惜我香港太多包袱,所以我哋几位靓女好开心farewell!Outback 本身就系澳洲野食,就当比同事提早适应一下澳洲嘅dishes 啊!首先$488即时join咗member先,仲有啲八五折+ coupon,好过冇咁啦!Appetiser 要咗炸蘑菇,呢个冇得顶,每次来都系必食的,香脆既炸皮,Juicy既菇菇,加少少钱又有餐汤又有Salad,同埋我都好钟意食佢哋一个黑糖面包,你食得晒嘅话仲可以免费refill。Combination Appetizer 肉酱味肋骨鸡搥拼盆,好钟意个炸鸡搥,够晒新鲜热辣!Ribs,调味做得几好,起码加咗BBQ 汁之后,都唔似白烚猪肉。粗身炸薯条热辣辣又够脆。Bloomin’ Onion® 特制洋葱花球,呢个都好好食,但真系好油腻,不过唔紧要因为我哋主力用佢影相同埋selfie~ wahaha!烧虾凯撒沙律,沙律菜都好食,唔会好dry,但系dressing 既汁就少咗D,啲烧虾唔得,好似虾干咁,干争争又无味道!No Rules Pasta 鸡肉拼烧虾宽条面 ,宽条面配自制巴马臣忌廉汁,自选双拼烧虾+烤鸡胸,Pasta比较干身,都算系弹牙,但我觉得啲汁太 creamy,杰身得来又冇乜味道。Diablo Steak Skewers 秘制辛辣汁牛肉串牛肉粒都 ok 嫩口,唔会 "鞋"烚烚。坐得几舒服,服务一般happy hour 又可以饮下啤酒~吹下水!我哋Hea左三粒钟,正到爆炸 XD
