It was a dish that showcased the chef’s skill and attention to detail.To round off the meal, I indulged in the tiramisu, which was nothing short of perfection. It struck the right balance of taste and texture, avoiding the common pitfall of being overly soggy. Each bite was a delightful mix of coffee and cream, leaving me wanting more.Each set also comes with amazing appetisers, including a vegetable and miso minestrone, mixed salad, and culatello ham and melon. But the most surprising one of all was the Seaweed Zeppola, which is something I’ve never even heard of, let alone try. It tastes like fried mochi, which a crispy skin and a chewy interior. Overall, Onda is a must-visit spot for anyone looking to enjoy exquisite Mediterranean cuisine in a charming setting. Whether you’re celebrating a special occasion or simply want to enjoy a fantastic meal, this restaurant is sure to impress.

最爱便是周末瞓到自然醒,不用赶住食早餐,仲可以约朋友食周末早午餐,琴日瞓到12点不用多讲,就同好朋友去中上环揾食,咁啱见到呢间 ONDA,朋友平时中午放饭时来食晏,一个餐约百几$200,仲话食物都唔错,依家见佢门口有易支拉架写住$298有海鲜周末早午餐,见到好抵下就去试试喇!入到店内义大利藉的老板 Mattia Di Renzo,就话呢个名为「Palombar」周末早午餐,是以义大利文「深海潜水员」为主题,所以都集合了不少海鲜类,仲话大厨喜用新鲜海鲜和时令蔬菜作配搭,前菜就有新鲜即开生蚝,不过今次就无点生蚝,反而今次食齐6款前菜,而呢度主菜是六选一,就试了两款主菜,整体来讲好满意,无错的话,下个月会再来食多一次,因为无限时又坐得好舒服,当然会番单再来喇!Mxed salad, fresh tuna carpaccio, mango and balsamic vinegar sauce全新「Palombar」早午餐,前菜有芒果吞拿鱼薄片将新鲜吞拿鱼切成薄片,伴以香甜芒果,最后加入意大利黑醋酱作点缀,味道酸甜开胃,完美升华吞拿鱼的鲜甜。Cauliflower Zeppole便是一款意式经典香脆小吃,这款香炸椰菜花 入口外带微脆,内里烟韧有咬感,层次丰富,口感真不错。Saffron rice balls polpette tomato sauce and parmesan 义式番红花烩饭包著水牛芝士和青豆,揉成球状后裹上面包粉油炸而成,芝味香浓,放在以新鲜番茄煮成的浓郁酱汁上,吃时蘸点番茄酱同吃,绝对是完美的组合。Selection of Artisan cold集合义式的冻肉冷盘,包括了义大利风干肉肠、风干火腿和巴马火腿,由于是看货源,所以每次也略有不同。Creamy burrata with tomatoes and basil pesto外皮是「mozzarella 水牛芝士」, 内层是「stracciatella 芝士cream」。 切开后芝士全数流出,浓浓的乳香, 配埋清甜的番茄及义大利罗勒青酱同吃,更添滋味。Minestrone miso soup义大利杂菜汤杂菜汤内集合了冬菇、粟米、香菇、红萝卜及多款蔬菜同煮,入口汤味超浓及好清甜。Spaghetti Carbo with mix seafood卡邦尼海鲜意粉客人便有六款可供客人自选一款,主菜中任选其一,这里的招牌是Spaghetti Carbo with mix seafood,即是卡邦尼海鲜意粉,在传统卡邦尼意粉中加入新鲜海鲜,尽显地中海风情,再加上樱花虾入口带出淡淡的咸香与酥脆感,有别于坊间一般的卡邦尼意粉,试过令人再三回味,成为这里的招牌主菜之一,绝对是有原因。Penne Vodka with pink sauce smoked Norwegian salmon and caviar另一款令人心动的主菜,便是三文鱼伏特加番茄长通粉,大厨使用鱼子酱和挪威烟熏三文鱼,烹煮过程中,在番茄酱和布拉塔忌廉,加入少许伏特加,让酱汁更香浓,令人垂涎三尺。享美食当然要有美酒相伴,现在只需另加港币$158,即可任饮红酒、白酒及啤酒2小时。为了满足甜品迷的渴望,现在只需另加港币$98,即可享无限任添任食多款经典意式甜品,精选义式甜品包括合桃忌廉蛋糕、巧克力熔岩蛋糕、水果奶冻、巧克力慕斯、士多啤梨意式芝士蛋糕、苹果派、水果塔、柠檬芝士蛋糕、黑巧克力泡芙等,款式琳瑯满目,为丰盛的周末早午餐画上完美句号。餐厅楼底特高,座位又舒服,还可上环日与夜不同的街景,让人能放空心情尽情享受美食。
