This a quick and healthy breakfast bite, and perfect post a morning workout and pre-work. I had an avocado bagel without egg (which is suitable for vegetarians). There is a choice of either a plain or a seeded bagel, and I chose the latter. It was toasted and the avocados were spread perfectly and evenly to make it a warm and delicious bagel sandwich. Also, I chose to eat it there, and it was provided in a clean wooden tray with a paper cover. The staff was friendly and cooperative too.And it also comes with the option of adding egg within it. It is also available as a combo offer with a coffee in the morning for breakfast. And good to note that you do no have to workout to dine here or be a Pure yoga/fitness member. There's a lot of other food choices to choose from and the menu can be viewed on their website as well.  继续阅读

Nood food都跟上潮流,终于有三𩠌饭。今日lunch time谂唔到食咩 就去咗试呢个三𩠌饭。佢嘅三𩠌饭价钱当然会比起一般嘅贵 但系食落去我觉得都唔错嘅佢都有五六款可以拣 今次我就拣咗豆腐 鱼 同埋蔬菜 蛋白质嚟讲系非常之足够 食完直接去gym好方便 继续阅读
