Nood Food喺尖沙咀K11 Musea pure入面,环境都算唔错,但座位偏少,好多时候揾唔到位,梳发有啲污糟。至于食物,Nood Food一向主打健康饮食。最钟意佢哋嘅面豉三文鱼饭,蒸三文鱼劲健康,无油无盐食完唔会有内疚感。添加面豉酱低温轻煮,保留鱼嘅营养同鲜味,饭底多数用糙米或者混合谷物,升糖指数较低,非常适合注重健康嘅人。西班牙鸡饭用无激素鸡肉,配合橄榄油、健康香料同足够蔬菜,味道清新,份量刚好,不会油腻又有营养,适合追求轻盈饮食嘅食客。

Have been eating Nood at various locations since it started. K11 Musea location is awesome, comfy couches, nice view, nice vibes, staff are very friendly and make good coffee! Just recently they have changed coffee bean to a locally roasted organic one and I have to say as a barista myself that there js a noticeable improvement in the balance and taste compared to the previous beans. The wrap + coffee combo is my usual go to, the attached photo is the chicken guacamole wrap. I often in the morning get a bagel or sourdough with egg and avo or peanut butter and honey with a coffee. The presentation of these items is always very good. Even the ready made sandwiches are great for a light lunch or a quick snack after gym. Definitely recommend trying.
