一间垃圾到不可以再垃圾嘅coffee shop!!餐厅服务极差!!我和我朋友原本打算系餐厅休息一下,食少少野。因系其中有一位朋友啱啱做完牙科手术暂时未可以食嘢住,但落单果时工作人员态度非常差地要求我帮我朋友买嘢食,我都已经不停强调他因为麻醉关系需要迟一点再叫嘢食。他们的工作人员一直喺度啤住我哋休息和食嘢,之后更加拎住信用卡机去到我哋枱面,强迫我朋友买嘢食!仲要话「唔食嘢都得,你要买水饮!」「仲话你拎住医生纸都冇用! 」🙄餐厅职员态度恶劣!完全影响我和朋友的心情!试问一个消费者点解要接受咁样嘅服务态度!

We were a party of three, including one friend who had just undergone dental surgery under local anaesthesia and was still experiencing numbness in her mouth. Due to this, she needed to wait at least two hours before consuming any food.When placing our order, we clearly indicated that we only wanted to order a bagel with pecan and a chocolate muffin initially, as we needed to check with our friend before ordering anything further.However, a staff member insisted, with a bad attitude, that all three of us must place our orders immediately. She was pushy and rude, even walking around us while we were eating and staring at us in a manner that made us feel extremely uncomfortable throughout our 30-minute stay.Another staff member approached us with a payment machine and demanded that we order immediately, stating that we still needed to place an order even if we had a doctor’s certificate. This was said in a rude tone, despite the fact that we had only just begun eating our muffin and bagel.This treatment was unfair, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable. Customers should never be pressured or made to feel unwelcome. The poor attitude and behavior of the staff have left us feeling disrespected and disappointed.

以前一直有光顾NOT, 但感觉啲 staff有严重态度问题,自问是一个有礼貌的客人,基于铜锣湾选择多,所以已不常光顾。最近早上约朋友,贪其位置方便,便再次光顾。朋友想喝茶,听不清楚有什么种类,礼貌的问多一次有否Earl Grey, 怎知女barista 晦气回应「咪讲咗有啰」,令我们打了个凸。咖啡是自助的,茶也是,已经没什么service可言。Staff’s basic training 101是以礼待人(也是基本家教吧😅)。NOT的咖啡是好喝的,但给了太多机会,不必再贴钱买难受。LG2的Nodi 或Ninety’s 员工态度好好多, 不会再帮衬了。

We were utterly disappointment at the attitude and service of the captioned premises at Lee Gardens. We ordered two Espresso Macchiato, a scone with extras and the lemon cake.The coffee served was bitter and when my partner politely asked on my behalf for a splash of milk, we were informed this was not possible. I then walked up and spoke in Cantonese to ask if I could have a little milk to soften the bitter taste, I was informed this was not their policy and they refused.We were not even offered to pay for the 1 Tablespoon of milk we were requesting. We were just declined and frowned upon.In all the 5 star hotels and properties we have visited around the world, in all the Starbucks and Pacific Coffees, where we are the highest tier members, and other similar outlets, I have never faced such awful attitude of the staff. First it was a female employee and then a male one. Also, they looked down on us.Out of principle, we are so disgusted with the service and shocked that Hysan would lease a premises to these people.We live in a world where a bit of kindness goes a long way. We visit Hysan prowpeties almost every 2 weeks. One thing we will avoid are these awful people. Really #Unkind #Unfriendly #Rude #stinkyattitude #impolite. Never again. I choose Starbucks and Pacific Coffee where over all these years, I have always been treated with dignity and kindness.

来铜锣湾办事,结束后极度想饮杯冻latte食件cake补充精力。睇见网上推介,来到心情真系放松好多,环境好chill。叫咗Oat milk latte同Smoked Salmon bagel,latte味道系ok嘅,够浓郁,价钱系铜锣湾都可以接受,个bagel食感几好,salmon味道无功无过,胜在分量适中,好适合当下午茶来食。
