As the weather quite warm (almost 30 degree) and a bit of travel (>45 mins) before I can reach the fridge, I requested for an additional ice pack (one small provided and stick on the left side of the box) so as to keep the cake cool on both side. For a $1200 cake, requested for additional small ice pack in order to make sure the cake not collapse (as I have experienced that before), I don’t think it’s an unreasonable ask, the shopper said I need to pay $30 additional. While the shop assistants are quite rigid and not friendly, I have blacklisted this shop and will not purchase again, as such a shop doesn’t understand customer service.Another thing is, they keep changing my cake to a different paper bags, as they have to get rid of the old Sevva bags, which really pissed me off, as if the cake not fragile enough. 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

朋友生日谂住拣个靓既蛋糕庆祝下啦，见到lee间d蛋糕几靓 就买黎试下啦. 见咁多人都赞好味好精致, 一心谂住都唔会差既。见相都几靓 影下相都唔错丫🤳🏼点知))))))))🫣到我拎蛋糕果一刻 精致??? 🤔当时觉得点解好似唔同我订果个既🙄 即刻问个职员: 点解束花咁既? 同相咁大分别既? 职员答覆由于SIZE问题, 所以束花大小都会有唔同💁🏼♀️听完个心谂: 唉.......咁肉酸既😰一阵点拎出黎呀🥴 唔系束花大细问题咁简单，系整体感觉都有出入，但都冇计 唔买都买左 唔通唔要咩😪 拿拿声拎去餐厅啦。点知到打开果刻认真对比幅相先知道☝🏼无论束花颜色, 密度, 摆位都完全唔同. 当然摆位唔会拎把尺黎度 争少少系接受既, 但正常都唔会太大出入丫。但实物直情见到条胶花框, d花又疏疏落落咁🍃 实物似棵椰菜花🥦相中明明偏浅金色好grand，实际系黄到近橙色😢 好胶……….而且一打开就见到底部唧花系花左既🤦🏼♀️ 今次真系好失望, 咁既价钱 但交D咁既质素比客会唔会离谱左呢? 😒不过, 蛋糕味道系ok 正正常常既, 特别个饼底系几好食. 但个卖相就差过美x, 圣x娜果d啰. 所以真系唔会再有下次, 咁既价钱大把选择啰!
