小妹极喜爱香港的扫街文化,对于那些一两件能即刻放进口中的小吃,更有一种不能言喻的情意结,爱他们吸引的外观,爱他们每款的独特设计,爱他们能让我止止口痕,更重要的是能够每样都吃一点又不会太饱,可以一场接一场的继续下去!完全满足小妹我贪吃好尝新的饮食方式大约在去年时间曾经光顾过和mochi cream极为相似的甜品小吃,那时想也不想就买了几个来吃,当时感觉几新奇,但发现没我想象中的好吃,后来听闻他是山塞版故质素有所出入,当时不算太为意。后来看到《流行东京》主持杜如风有介绍日本的mochi店,看到他吃得如痴如醉便能想象有多好吃!结果在某次机会发现到这mochi店位于sogo地库,结果于学校旅行日的探路的途中,特地前往买了一个芒果味来试试,看看从日本来的如何美味!小妹一向钟情芒果,所以一开始也是买芒果味(~$15)作为热身的,店员以精美黑白作设计的纸袋盛好给我,过程方便快捷又简单。这些mochi建议5-8分钟后才吃,待他的外皮软化之后,吃时更美味=]]但无奈小妹只顾探路,到有空吃的时候已经过了30分钟,外皮全都软掉了。咬了一口发现mochi仍然保持其冰冷口感,内涵全都是cream,本以为是充满芒果粒但结果却没有,取而代之的是芒果酱,效果仍不错,芒果味道颇重亦不算太甜,很合我口味在这次美好的邂逅之后,到了真正朋友聚会的这一天,小妹禁不住心中的诱惑,买下了期待已久的焦糖咖啡($17),上面沾满了咖啡粉,向著他大啖的咬下去,外皮厚度软硬适中,甚有囗感,内涵则有一层满满的咖啡在内,感觉像吃咖啡=]]而最中心那一层cream又软绵绵,整个味道天衣无缝呀!令我一试即爱上了,下次找机会再来sogo试试他的苹果批味!

今日经过铜锣湾sogo.....见到开佐间mochi原来....卖相真系好吸引...引唔住终于买佐个全套六个既礼盒装...包装靓得黎而得 体....总可以一次过试食哂六款味道...正!包括了白朱古力,红豆,苹果批,奶油糖布甸,牛奶咖啡and香蕉朱古 力其他都算普普通通....比较钟意食既就苹果批同奶油糖布甸...总有d蛋香味...正...推介

We wanted a sweet ending to our lunch, and a steamed milk custard from Yee Shun seemed way too much after our large lunch sets.... I suggested we visit the basement of SOGO to hunt for some good Japanese sweets, and were attracted by the lovely display at Mochi Cream. I was about to go for the black soybean flavour, when I hesitated and asked the shopkeeper which one was her favourite. She said apple pie and purple yam. I wanted to see how they were to pull off purple yam ($14), and being a sweet potato fan I was quite drawn to it...naturally it was my choice! E opted for the caramel macchiato ($17) mochi, and we paid and ate. Whilst I liked mine because of its lovely purple colour and not-too-sweet and natural yam taste, I wished it wasn't so cold... it was almost frozen, and so it was a bit too hard for me. E loved hers though. 是日与女友有点特别节目,先买点甜的留待吃过饭才吃,人在祟光,都不想太多了,但再试阔别了近一年的Mochi Cream吧,上回也介绍过Mochi其实是糯米糍或麻糬之物,乃由粉团包着甜甜的馅料,上回小试牛刀买了两个来吃,今回就吃多一点,一口气买了六个,分别是由图中顺序而下的白朱古力、红豆、奶油糖布甸、苹果批、牛奶咖啡及香蕉朱古力。都是先谈它的那层皮,今回吃的跟上回的一样,那mochi的皮是超级软腍而甜甜的,而且也吃到有面粉味,但也不会像吃雪米糍般吃得满口是粉,六个也是跟上回差不多的质素,实是难得。至于馅料方面,请容我逐项介绍,先来的是淡味的白朱古力,真的可说是没什么吃味可言,吃起来一口忌廉,忌廉虽不是太腻,但也不是太香及太滑,得过甜字,当中渗入的白朱古力小颗子吃起来没多大吃味,又是得个甜字,个人而言就真的不懂欣赏了;接下来的红豆也是以一点忌廉为基础,但就加入了不少的红豆酱,红豆酱的红豆香不弱,吃起来豆壳够软腍又有粉,真的很不错。之后再尝奶油糖布甸,这个配搭真的很有趣,而且也很考功夫呢,这个布甸馅就是够滑,吃起来虽然不太有蛋香,但配合味道适中的奶油糖,味道不夸张,感觉自然;苹果批又是一个特别之作,在奶油的吉士之中加入一堆苹果酱,苹果酱的味道也几薄,反而主导了此Mochi的味道是那些吉士,吃起来黏黏而够滑身,而在其中有点脆脆的粒粒,但千万不要以为真的是有咬口的那种脆,因为那些粒粒太细颗了,感觉是予人有点饼干碎罢了,以用来充当批的感觉,真得意。牛奶咖啡有点惊喜,因为真的有着意想不到咖啡味,咖啡味挺浓呢!加上忌廉底都是一贯的不过不失,吃起来不错;最后吃的就是上回也吃过的香蕉朱古力,那香蕉巧克力有着很强的香蕉味,全因其内部的Cream是蕉的蓉,且在蕉蓉之中有着不少的巧克力粒,而在表皮上也沾满巧克力粉,整个配搭很好,真的是饱也可吃掉数粒啊!甜品时间的分享确是欢愉,希望大家也会每天咁开心,特别是我的您。
