Mini Friday 位於观塘The Wave 3楼楼层,由地铁站步行都只需5min,非常方便。店中设有Dinner Set,价钱约$158 - $258不等。他们更有威灵顿牛柳、德国咸猪手...等等。坐下一回便会送上脆片小吃及千岛酱。脆片脆身,加添酱料後,味道更突出,越食越上瘾,真的不消一回便清空了。芒果黑松露鲜虾沙律 - $98来到时真的双眼发光,他们利用了水滴形的冰载器皿,装着这沙律,卖相都已经攞哂分。上层舖满了一粒粒的香甜的芒果、中层则是香浓的黑松露、鲜甜虾粒、下层还有沙律菜作底,新鲜爽脆。夹在一起吃,味道丰富爽甜,真是不可缺少的打卡前菜。焦糖咖啡沙冰沙冰中加入了焦糖咖啡,啖啖清凉的焦糖沙冰口感,顿觉透心凉。温泉蛋菠菜大啡菇 - $78厚身的大啡菇中加上芝士、温泉蛋、菠菜、芝士,香烤後,更发出阵阵香浓的味道,而且厨师都甚有心思,以十字型式加上黑醋、极具气派。轻轻便可切开大啡菇,当中见到大量菠菜,配上香浓的芝士、浓郁的蛋浆,吃起来美味可口,层次丰富。香烤澳洲羊架 配薄荷烧汁羊架做到外皮香脆,挂满面包糠、香草、蒜蓉再烤焗,所以非常入味,而且肉质软弹鲜嫩、全无羶味,一流。 继续阅读

This industrial-style bar & restaurant in Kwun Tong Industrial Area is called Mini Friday. The space is huge yet chic, the exposed concrete beam ceiling, metal wire meshes and the wagon wheel chandeliers completed the whole atmosphere.A friend and I came on a weekday for lunch, the menu had a nice option of standard choices you’d expected. Price ranging from $58-$128, which includes daily soup, main course and beverage.Daily Soup👍👍👍👍To kick start the lunch with a veggie soup and a basket of tortilla. Grilled Australian Lamb Rack (HK$108/Lunch Set)👍👍👍👍The lamb rack was nicely browned outside and not at all gamey, the red wine sauce was full of flavour and complemented the lamb very well. On the side came with mashed potato and green beans which provided some freshness to the dish.Grilled Australian Beef Ribeye (HK$128/Lunch Set)👍👍👍👍The succulent Beef Ribeye was served with the rich truffle gravy, it has such a delicate flavour paired with the steak. 平日观塘Mini Friday客人不少,如果没有订枱的话要有心理准备等位。眼见不少枱都点上招牌菜如威灵顿牛柳或火焰猪手,餐牌上亦有晚餐或DIY Pasta可以选择。餐前小食一坐下即送上脆片及千岛酱,脆片不太薄身,很有质感,点上甜甜酸酸的千岛酱,作为餐前小食很开胃。红菜头汤红菜头打成蓉倒入汤中,汤水变得厚身,略带甜味,好味有益。爆珠杂菜沙律爆珠混上黑榄片,芳香浓郁中又带有甜味,配上清新爽脆杂菜沙律,咸香味足。碳烧鹿儿岛极黑豚西冷扒配蓝莓烧汁 黑豚西冷极像无骨猪鞍,肉色粉嫩,不带肥膏,浓郁爽口。配菜有一球黑松露薯蓉,幽幽的香气令薯蓉变得非常可口。带子菠菜香草汁扁意粉DIY意粉可以自由配搭,带子肉质一丝丝的,配上菠菜蓉及香草汁扁意粉,清新中又有带香草酱芳香。朱古力蛋糕套餐加一蚊可享甜品一客,是日甜品为朱古力蛋糕,份量不大但可以满足嚐甜的心。咖啡味香浓郁,比平日多加半包糖才可平衡味道。 继续阅读

难得聚餐,见openrice book枱有折,就揾左呢间未食过嘅试下。我地叫左好多野😂温泉蛋菠菜大啡菇($78)大大个碟,但只菇细细只😅,同只温泉蛋差唔多大细... 菇里面有好多菠菜,调味唔错,不过细旧又唔系平。蒜香炒杂菜($58)唔想食沙律嘅唯一选择,好香蒜味,食到有炸蒜,好味,炸蒜应该放耐左,有少少硬,但可接受。香草牛油焗田螺酥盒($88)酥盒切落去劲脆,劲易切。牛油味香浓,田螺唔会焗over左,口感外脆内软。火焰脆烧德国咸猪手($238)好大只,原只上枱後会点火🔥好有视觉效果~火熄左,员工会拎猪手返厨房切开再上枱。猪手食落皮都几脆,仲会食到胶质,不过肉乾左少少。好多肉,绝对够4-6人分。龙虾西班牙海鲜饭($238)有半只龙虾,鱼柳,一粒带子,三只无殻虾,三只蚬仲有鱿鱼仔,鱼柳同带子有啲乾,龙虾同虾都几爽口,不过龙虾好瘦,无咩肉食。饭调味都可以,但侧边位有啲饭比较硬,好似饭焦。威灵顿牛柳($298)大大份,切开大家分每人都有好大旧,啲酥皮放左一阵都个面都仲好脆,一边切开啲汁一边流出黎,好香。牛柳食落好淋,好软熟,好味😋BBQ猪肋排($188)Set,配沙律,汤同餐饮,猪肋排有4条骨连住,肉唔算多,唔够淋,味道似叉烧,普通!顶级肉眼扒($268)肉质唔错,几大块,味道ok。主菜多配松露味薯蓉,几好味!另外set加$1有朱古力慕丝蛋糕,但系蛋糕质感奇怪,无朱古力味,仲有啲雪柜味,早知就唔叫,连$1都悭返,真系估唔到呢个质素😔好失望😣好彩仲叫左焦糖炖蛋($58)味道正常,唔会好甜。虽然Openrice有折,但原价加一之後计返仲少过9折🙈食物整体都👌🏼,座位几阔,隔离餐厅仲有live band, 呢边都听到!😛 继续阅读

身为前观塘友,初开张时试过Dinner,觉得唔错,之後介绍埋朋友丶同事嚟,间中都会嚟食吓,次次都系叫set,今次专程为咗个威灵顿牛柳而嚟 😋皇牌威灵顿牛柳Beef Wellington $298脆脆松化酥皮外层,中层有黑椒磨菇,内层系熟度啱啱好嘅牛柳,肉色粉嫩,肉质富弹性,果然无失望!餐前小食芝士酱脆片自选意粉餐 DIY Pasta Set $158跟餐有沙律丶餐汤丶饮品黑松露忌廉汁烟鸭胸意式烩饭Smoked Duck Breast Risotto with Black Truffle and Cream Sauce 黑松露忌廉汁好香丶好浓,米饭硬度适中,最特别系每啖risotto有烟鸭胸味,唔系平时嗰啲分开处理,烟鸭胸只系放饭面甜品 Dessert (跟餐+$1)望落去好似Tiramisu,但食落系朱古力味嘅,层次分明,面层系朱古力粉配蛋白定奶冻?中间2层都系Mousse质感丶最底系蛋糕。 继续阅读
