沾面一定系超浓鱼介汤?依间面店反行其道,主餐厅只有4款:昆布水沾面同拉面;酱油同盐味!昆布水沾面比较少见,今次就特登去试吓!—— 昆布水沾面 $138食法有三个步骤,第一系就咁食啲面咩都唔加,一食个口感真系好符合佢呈现嘅状态,幼面条条分明,烟韧弹牙,面条真系整得好!第二就系放入沽汁食,唔算好挂汁,而个沾汁都系偏流质,唔会太浓;最后就加埋昆布水入沾汁食,咸香就再多咗。整体啱钟意清清哋嘅朋友食,我就觉得面质比昆布水更出色🤣—— 酱油拉面 $128有啲似昆布版放入沾汁食嘅热version,酱油汤底就不过不失,但啲面就算系放咗入咁热嘅汤,弹牙程度同常温食嘅一样,真系有调整过煮嘅时间,食到差唔多清碗啲面嘅质感先转淋咗少少少少,依个真系有惊喜!🌟推荐指数:7/10▫️▫️▫️▫️▫️▫️▫️▫️▫️▫️▫️▫️▫️ 📍 Men-ya New Old (中环)中环歌赋街9号地舖

《Men-ya New Old》酱油拉面🍜📍中环歌赋街9号地舖时间一转,对上次黎呢间店已经系有半年前了。上次食嘅系《昆布水沾面🍜》,明显地系高质,不过偏贵,而昆布水并冇为我带来太多余韵,所以一路都冇再去。今日咁啱响附近收工,又谂起佢,而一路都有个念头想试埋佢嘅《酱油拉面🍜》,一于就gogogo啦。香味 (3/5)名店嘅拉面🍜,一攞上枱个卖相超靓,以为好香,点知一闻又只系一般般,唔系特别香,闻到只系少少酱油味同葱味。汤 (3/5)汤非常咁通透,油量偏多不过都算轻盈。酱油香同味,我认为就唔特别,只属于正常好食。而咸度偏高,头几啖还好,食到未有d吃力。而汤底嘅味可能因为太咸,唔系好食得出用咩去煲,估计系以鸡骨为主。面条 (4.5/5)细面至中细面之间,软糯,几有个性。以一个咁重咸嘅汤来讲,麦味就唔多食得出,少少啦,不过呢款面口感系好特别,同屯门《道》款面有相似之处。配料 (4/5)猪叉烧嘅烟熏味超高,而家有用火炝烧过先上碟。肉质较扎实,唔系软熟𠮶类口感,不过都唔硬。肉味系够,几好食。溏心蛋本身冇,要额外加。我就觉得麻麻地,太熟左少少。笋就唔错啦,正正常常。整体 - 如果唔介意贵少少,可一试。我有一个强烈建议。关于攞盘方面,面家可以将d葱放一旁,唔好挡住 d 叉烧。一方面卖相会靓仔d,第二方面,好似我咁,乜都未食就闻左先,既然叉烧比左咁多心机整到咁香,叉烧味点都会优胜于青葱味,第一印象会好好多。

I just had a rather disappointing Chicken broth Ramen the other day and I need something to fix that feeling😌…Isshin Group brand should be pretty safe right!? Zagin Soba and Maru De Sankaku are pretty decent🤔So this ramen place has been around for quite some time but I personally don’t really know what Kombu taste like and I’m not too bothering knowing, so, never had the interest but I heard that they also do pretty good Shoyu Ramen and I didn’t wanna go too far, so, I thought, why not give them a try…Their Shoyu is comparatively thinker than what I usually have and it’s also on the richer side and it has a very distinctive taste it has a very distinctive taste(tasted a bit like chicken stock) differentiate them from other Shoyu broth. Really love what they did with the Chashu, they blow torch the meat before they serve it and the slightly burnt meat scent kinda enhanced the flavour of the broth😋as for the ramen, it’s a little soft for my liking but I’m fine with it.Overall I reckon their quality is pretty high and I’m still yet to check out their Kombu tsukemen but I do they are pretty pricey.

位于中环歌赋街的「Meni ya Now Old」以简约木系装潢营造和风氛围,主打盐味及酱油味拉面与沾面。酱油拉面汤底清澈但酱油味道非常浓郁,豚骨香气浑厚,搭配幼面吸附力十足;盐味昆布水沾面则以清澈昆布高汤为灵魂,冷面蘸热汤的吃法凸显面条弹牙口感,海潮鲜味层层绽放,热汤内的豚肉都非常给力,油脂分布均匀,肉质鲜嫩,完全吸附热汤的浓郁岩盐味道,丰富味蕾。日式清心蛋溏心流淌,酱香入味,而拉面份量都刚刚好。人均$140价位属中上,但汤底工艺与食材品质值得再访。服务效率卓越,新开张一段时间暂时不用排长龙,适合追求汤头深度的拉面迷,建议加点小食例如和牛寿司丰富用餐体验。

今时今日香港,通货膨胀、物价腾飞,食个拉面闲闲地都过$100。其他嘢唔讲,讲重点:一定要食昆布水沾面!但系唔好浸落个汤度!食完个面先将昆布水倒落汤度饮汤!如果你唔遵守以上呢一个做法,你得到嘅系一个失望。实际上系食冷面,饮热汤,因为个面已经沾咗昆布水。昆布水沾面 - 好好食!
