I usually order via online dining platform at my office for lunch from here. What I love about this place is they serve a lot of Indian dishes that are not commonly found in other restaurants in hk. These are more of light snacks and taste absolutely lovely For e.g: the Vada Pav or the Chicken tikka sandwich. The price points are also extremely competitive. One suggestion that I have for the owner / staff is if they can extend their menu to include some chat items - Bhel Puri, Sev Puri and all of that. This is again something that is not available widely on the HK island side. I am sure a lot of people (including me) would order it a lot of times !!

I was craving for some Indian food and when I searched for some take away this place was recommended with a good rating so I decided to try today. I got a chicken tikka meal combo along with aloo chaat. Highly disappointed with the amount that was charged. 1. The quantity of rice was little.2. Dal was fine but no salt at all.3. Chicken tikka is suppose to be spicy and tender, the taste was very okaying and watery.4. Salad was okay5. Aloo chaat was okayish

辦事經過灣仔，等忙完之後就去左附近評分比較好噶一間印度餐廳度試菜，對印度菜充滿好感，可能我本身系一個中意食重口味噶人來的吧，哈哈哈。服務員推薦左一個前菜samosa比我，samosa真系好特別，外面果層脆蔔蔔噶炸脆皮同春捲噶口感差不多，而裏面有薯仔泥，同埋青豆，仲有其他配料，好好味！層次感十分豐富，主菜就系肌肉飯啦，印度噶雞肉飯有些特別，飯會放好多香料，飯裏面還藏著烤雞肉，真系超級惹味！

I always walk pass Masala Train in Wan Chai to the bus stop to get a ride home, but I never realize this little Indian restaurant. After reading a review online, I thought I should give it a try before watching a theatre drama nearby.I wanted to get a chicken tikka wrap, but the wrap was sold out at 17:30. Boo.. So I got this Chicken Tikka Masala Meal Box instead. This is the first time that I had this kind of long, thin rice Indian style Basmati rice. Interesting texture and very delicious indeed! The chicken tikka was absolutely amazing! Flavored but not too spicy, and the chicken was very tender. Yum!The combo set comes with a drink and a snack of your choice. I chose samosa for sure! You get one piece of samosa, there were two because one went to my friend’s tummy. It was freshly made upon ordering, and that’s why it was quite hot (in a good way). I love the crunchy skin wrapping the hot and spicy potato. Gosh! How could I not love this legit Indian Masala Train? Definitely visiting again!

一堆同事們出去了其他地方辦工，也有人住得非常近公司中午竟能回家午飯(爽！)，剛好就剩我一個，找到附近有間評分不錯的印度菜，最啱一個人去試菜吧不用將就人 (總覺得有同事不愛印度菜的風味🤔)Combo set ($68)Meal box的Biryani (chicken) + single samosa + drink先上來個素食前菜。外面那炸粉外殻口感十分好，很脆但有厚度而且不熱氣，裡面是薯溶、少許青豆，偶有食到花椒和肉桂味(我估的)，有香辣口感。忽然看到坐在身旁的西裝印度男，跟我點的一樣，正在用右手抓著飯丫雞塊丫，吃得好香喔😀 ，好正宗！因為菜名說明都說了是Rice Pilaf，固名思義就是手抓飯。可是我都是拿了個膠匙吃😅主菜到了，Basmati米煮得非常香口，充滿香料氣味，我猜這間是北印度風味，因為上面有好多香菜，要是真是北印度的𥚃面除了香菜還可能加了丁香、孜然、綠豆蔻、檸檬等等(參考網絡資料，歡迎印度菜愛好者指點)。烤過的雞肉埋藏在飯中，雖然是烤了但肉質竟有鮮嫩感和保留肉汁。旁邊的乳酪帶有微酸，不稠的口感伴著青瓜絲，作為順滑的伴汁，完美平衡炒飯那乾脆香辣的熱氣(熱氣得來是很可口好吃的！) 還有那用料新鮮的沙律🥗，一同平調口味。Set還有各式汽水和礦泉水雪櫃自取，就喝水好了。只有三個位的小店，人流絡繹不絕卻不擠擁，客人面上都悠然自得，似乎跟這𥚃的食物很合拍- 香辣調味、濃淡、材料配搭、分量都適中。也許一頓和諧的飯，真能讓人放鬆下來。
