I usually order via online dining platform at my office for lunch from here. What I love about this place is they serve a lot of Indian dishes that are not commonly found in other restaurants in hk. These are more of light snacks and taste absolutely lovely For e.g: the Vada Pav or the Chicken tikka sandwich. The price points are also extremely competitive. One suggestion that I have for the owner / staff is if they can extend their menu to include some chat items - Bhel Puri, Sev Puri and all of that. This is again something that is not available widely on the HK island side. I am sure a lot of people (including me) would order it a lot of times !!

I was craving for some Indian food and when I searched for some take away this place was recommended with a good rating so I decided to try today. I got a chicken tikka meal combo along with aloo chaat. Highly disappointed with the amount that was charged. 1. The quantity of rice was little.2. Dal was fine but no salt at all.3. Chicken tikka is suppose to be spicy and tender, the taste was very okaying and watery.4. Salad was okay5. Aloo chaat was okayish

办事经过湾仔，等忙完之后就去左附近评分比较好噶一间印度餐厅度试菜，对印度菜充满好感，可能我本身系一个中意食重口味噶人来的吧，哈哈哈。服务员推荐左一个前菜samosa比我，samosa真系好特别，外面果层脆卜卜噶炸脆皮同春卷噶口感差不多，而里面有薯仔泥，同埋青豆，仲有其他配料，好好味！层次感十分丰富，主菜就系肌肉饭啦，印度噶鸡肉饭有些特别，饭会放好多香料，饭里面还藏著烤鸡肉，真系超级惹味！

I always walk pass Masala Train in Wan Chai to the bus stop to get a ride home, but I never realize this little Indian restaurant. After reading a review online, I thought I should give it a try before watching a theatre drama nearby.I wanted to get a chicken tikka wrap, but the wrap was sold out at 17:30. Boo.. So I got this Chicken Tikka Masala Meal Box instead. This is the first time that I had this kind of long, thin rice Indian style Basmati rice. Interesting texture and very delicious indeed! The chicken tikka was absolutely amazing! Flavored but not too spicy, and the chicken was very tender. Yum!The combo set comes with a drink and a snack of your choice. I chose samosa for sure! You get one piece of samosa, there were two because one went to my friend’s tummy. It was freshly made upon ordering, and that’s why it was quite hot (in a good way). I love the crunchy skin wrapping the hot and spicy potato. Gosh! How could I not love this legit Indian Masala Train? Definitely visiting again!

一堆同事们出去了其他地方办工，也有人住得非常近公司中午竟能回家午饭(爽！)，刚好就剩我一个，找到附近有间评分不错的印度菜，最啱一个人去试菜吧不用将就人 (总觉得有同事不爱印度菜的风味🤔)Combo set ($68)Meal box的Biryani (chicken) + single samosa + drink先上来个素食前菜。外面那炸粉外壳口感十分好，很脆但有厚度而且不热气，里面是薯溶、少许青豆，偶有食到花椒和肉桂味(我估的)，有香辣口感。忽然看到坐在身旁的西装印度男，跟我点的一样，正在用右手抓著饭丫鸡块丫，吃得好香喔😀 ，好正宗！因为菜名说明都说了是Rice Pilaf，固名思义就是手抓饭。可是我都是拿了个胶匙吃😅主菜到了，Basmati米煮得非常香口，充满香料气味，我猜这间是北印度风味，因为上面有好多香菜，要是真是北印度的𥚃面除了香菜还可能加了丁香、孜然、绿豆蔻、柠檬等等(参考网络资料，欢迎印度菜爱好者指点)。烤过的鸡肉埋藏在饭中，虽然是烤了但肉质竟有鲜嫩感和保留肉汁。旁边的乳酪带有微酸，不稠的口感伴著青瓜丝，作为顺滑的伴汁，完美平衡炒饭那干脆香辣的热气(热气得来是很可口好吃的！) 还有那用料新鲜的沙律🥗，一同平调口味。Set还有各式汽水和矿泉水雪柜自取，就喝水好了。只有三个位的小店，人流络绎不绝却不挤拥，客人面上都悠然自得，似乎跟这𥚃的食物很合拍- 香辣调味、浓淡、材料配搭、分量都适中。也许一顿和谐的饭，真能让人放松下来。
