食过好多地方唔同蛋糕，酒店的亦有，很多时都是死于太甜，但 Marina Deli 的真的很高质，蛋糕全都是小巧精致，特别是他的果仁挞，是我的挚爱，香甜有口感，又不会太甜，搞到我每次经过都会特别心思思去买一个 😋，唯一的缺点就是比较较贵，贫穷唔止限制想像，仲限制埋味觉 🤣

My 7-year-old son and I had a really bad food poisoning after eating the beef and cheese panino bought from Marina Deli in July 2024. Their staff admitted to me after their internal investigation and to the investigator from the Food & Environmental Hygiene Department that the panino had been taken out from the fridge for more than 1 hour (on an extremely hot summer day) before reheating and selling it to me. It was indeed an appalling way to process the food by any restaurant not to mention by a high-end private club run by a 5-star luxurious hotel group.

Cupcakes不是本人的cup of tea! 吃过一些名店的出品，不是顶层的cream 太厚太油太甜，就是颜色过度人工或加上大量糖霜装饰，故不属不时牵挂之列。Marina Deli的出品令我重投其怀抱，卖相不算超眩，小巧玲珑，吃过方知用料足及味道天然，甜度亦适中，是会令人盘算几时会再吃的出品。红桑莓绿茶cupcake，颜色艳丽诱人，一尝红莓奶油便知一定下了不少鲜莓，又酸又甜，又醒胃，与绿茶蛋糕是绝配！热情果cupcake的云厘拿cream上浇上连核的热情果糖浆，除了表面一眼就看见点点的云厘拿籽外，蛋糕中心更藏着大粒菠萝肉及果酱，极富热带风情，也见制作不马虎。朱古力cupcake上的cream也香滑，加上好看也好吃朱古力碎装饰及朱古力蛋糕，一次能满足朱古力迷三个愿望。
