今天老公带我去fine dining,位于酒店内环境十分舒适。 日式割烹料理,烹调技巧很精湛,回味无穷。 前菜- 我最爱的海胆!用了即炸的紫苏叶作为底部,上面放了新鲜的海胆和鱼子酱。海胆的甘甜和鱼子酱的咸香相互衬托,紫苏叶则增加了一点清爽和香气。 刺身 - 金目鲷和牡丹虾刺身,金目鲷的肉质细嫩,带有淡淡的甘甜。牡丹虾则是弹牙鲜甜,颜色也很通透。 鳗鱼-鳗鱼的皮烤得非常脆,而肉则保持了多汁和柔软。鳗鱼上面还淋了一层香甜的汁料,增加了风味。 生蚝-来自日本岩手县的厚岸生蚝,肉厚肥美,口感滑溜。生蚝上面还放了一层海胆,炸得香脆的羽衣甘蓝和红色的簿脆,增加了层次和色彩。 宫崎牛三文治- 用了来自日本宫崎县的和牛牛柳位置作为主要材料,切成厚片,表面略微煎香,内部仍保持红嫩多汁。三文治里还夹了一些红桥头碎和白面豉酱,增加了一点辣味和鲜味。面包则是用了北海道牛乳制成的面包,口感松软,带有奶香。 尾崎牛薄烧 - 来自日本尾崎牛场的和牛,牛肉选用了西冷位置,切成薄片,用炭火快速烤过,保持了肉汁和香气。牛肉上面还撒了一些炸得金黄酥脆的薯丝,增加了口感和视觉效果。还有一个温泉蛋,可以沾上牛肉吃,或者淋在白饭上吃,都很美味。 尾崎牛 Shabushabu - 牛肉选用了西冷位置,切成薄片,放在一个用牛骨熬制的清汤里涮煮,只需几秒钟就可以食用。汤汁清淡而鲜甜,牛肉嫩滑,配上稻亭乌冬十分弹牙。 甜品 - 日本山崎县的白桃和静冈县的蜜瓜,白桃的肉质细腻而香甜,蜜瓜则是爽口而清新,完美为这餐划上句号。

心思思又想fine dinning。就同老婆食这间 在酒店内的餐厅Marble。叫咗支 Sake 同二人餐。用冰坐住的清酒好好饮,清甜又够冻。白粟米冻汤加毛蟹: 好啱夏天。粟米的鲜甜味好出。出奇的是冻汤超creamy, 同毛蟹肉一齐食好享受。赤贝,金目鲷刺身:赤贝爽口鲜甜。金目鲷鲜味清甜。鳗鱼:睇住厨师即烧。佢一切开时已经感受到皮脆。到上枱一食,果然鳗鱼皮好脆。轻轻的鳗鱼汁带出味道之余令我可以食到鲜鱼味。雨衣甘蓝日本㠙:在蚝上有鲜海胆同炸到香脆的雨衣,三样加埋一齐食好有夹,好有新鲜感。重点系海胆的creamy同日本蚝互相辉映。和牛多士:多士即烘,上下都金黄超脆。和牛在中间,超厚。仲点系好柔软,一口咬入口和牛超juicy,牛油的滑同香完全在口腔中,完美的和牛多士。温泉蛋和牛配白饭:今道菜的和牛系烧的。好香口但仍然非常嫩。温泉蛋倍潻和牛的美味。白饭系放在最后伴余下的汁,仍然好味到不得了。牛骨汤和牛乌冬:牛肉浓汤里有乌冬和一片嫩滑和牛。这是牛骨汤乌冬的极品。甜品系静冈蜜瓜,台湾爱文芒果,两样水果入口即溶,超甜,真系完美的ending。

开心消费,促进经济!今天同亚囡去食好嘢。预订了铜锣湾皇冠假日酒店内的一间日式餐厅。首先系金目鲷和虾刺身,非常鲜甜。牛肉炖汤,制作繁复,味道浓缩,饮后感觉到好暖胃。牛肉三文治系主角之一,用上宫崎牛肉,白面豉酱。面豉酱味道不会太浓,反而跟牛肉好夹。另一主角系薄烧尾崎牛肉,温泉蛋。牛肉烧至半熟,好嫩滑,加入蛋浆,更加色香味美。最后将牛肉汁,蛋浆混入饭内,太邪恶,太幸福啊。甜品系酸咪咪柠檬雪葩, 香浓咖啡。
