第一次食豆腐蘑菇汉堡包，以前真的未听过哦，今次第一次食觉得好新奇，哈哈哈，没有肉噶汉堡包以为不会好食，点知出乎我意料，超好味！side dish选左薯仔，同埋沙律菜，薯仔表面炸得有滴干身，好脆好脆，不过里面还是软软噶，口感好好，沙律菜都好好味，够fresh够green，整体搭配满分！

A relaxing cafe, with 5 round tables and a bar table indoor, and around 15 outdoor seats. The café was styled with mainly wooden furniture and there was a little bookshelf. As I focused on reading a random cookbook from the bookshelf, I forgot to take photos of the food but they were fantastic!1️⃣Signature Flats: MANA!BLISS (HKD50 for half) – Originally, I thought ordering a full one would be too much in terms of the portion and the price. Luckily, I could order a half one with the new menu. It was a flat made of wholemeal with avocado, cucumber and baby spinach as the filling, and hummus as the sauce. The flat was raw and fresh. The hummus definitely made it more delicious with the natural sweet flavor of chickpea. Highly recommended!2️⃣INKA Shake (HKD60) – The shake was made of banana, raw cacao, coconut oil, almond, dates and spirulina. It was thick in texture and full of cacao taste which was naturally sweetened by fruits but not sugar. A highly recommended healthy choice again!
Apart from the above, the café serves burger, salad, desserts (including cakes and cookies), coffee and booze as well. For the flats and burgers, you can choose a base made of either wholemeal, millet (gluten-friendly) or coconut (keto-friendly). You can also choose your own fillings if the preset combinations do not fit your taste.

Not sure if the food taste here is the same as mana slow fast food. I’m aware the menu is different but there are overlaps,, so no reason for the burger and yams to taste different? The environment is cozy, but I really feel disappointed with the food. Although that happened with slow fast food before, maybe I should start looking for other vegan place. But generally I’m aware a few stuff that remains orderable. At least in slow fast food.

外国同事推介，无肉食肆，有D难找，要爬上约50-60级楼梯才到。很少到香港区吃东西，今天终于爬到了，店内外有点好似去了欧洲咁客人/店员都说外文的... 我们坐在店外的长枱，走进店内落order 同自取餐饮，好宁静好有慢活感觉。 我选了该店的 signature burger combo — the classic. 其实是店员（收银）的推介，她在推介前会问清楚你是哪类型的素食者😎。第一次吃豆腐蘑菇汉堡包，超好味 combo 有一种沙律菜（我不知道个名）口感不错，同可以拣 potato or sweet potato. 我拣咗sweet potato ，呢个side dish 真是令人吃个不停。而朋友点的我不知道是什么（有同我一样的沙律菜），整体她说很好吃！该店是个值得重回的好地方，可以当自己去了欧洲一个下午。
