Dinner. New yakitori place tucked inside an alleyway, with 4-5 tables, all near the entrance.Here’s what we had. Vegetable sticks with Miso dipTofu with sesame sauceChicken toast- ie Foie gras sandwiched between pieces of Chicken skin. With a piece of Turnip for balance. Skin was grilled to perfect crispness- the most outstanding dish of the nite.CornShishitou peppers- so named as the tip resembled the lion’s head (shishi in Japanese); longer than padrón peppers with slightly thicker skin, sweeter, less complicated, and less spicier. Personally I prefer the smoother and silkier texture and the complex smokey, earthy flavor of Padróns.Shiitake MushroomChicken Wing Lamb RackRice Ball with BonitoLeekPickles on the house to go with our 4th pour of the House Sake ❤️Cheesecake with strawberry sauceIn summary: excellent and warm service from chef and server. Forget the usual tomato; these Japanese grapes stole the show! Their natural sweetness combined with the warm, meaty pork melted in my mouth, leaving me craving more. 🍖💕.🥢 Chicken Toast 
A must-try that's not on the menu! Imagine foie gras and ox tongue wrapped in crispy chicken skin—pure bliss! Trust me, the crunch is out of this world! 🤤.🐉 Tiger Prawn 
Maison Tori’s special! The tiger prawn wrapped in shiso leaves and chicken skin was an explosion of flavors. The freshness of the shiso perfectly balanced the richness of the chicken skin. A definite highlight! 🌿🍤.🍜 Homemade Inaiwa Udon with Chicken Soup
After a delightful evening of indulgence, the warm chicken soup was the perfect comfort. Its natural sweetness from the bones wrapped around my taste buds like a cozy hug! ❤️.

无意中在中环街市附近找到家扮晒西餐的日式烧鸟店好有西班牙的气息加上传统的日本烧鸟竟能是意想不到的融洽处处特色先来一些开胃送酒小食然后要一支解放饮料再开始在下放纵的一晚大悤鸡:超厚又大件的鸡肉,包著京葱心,烧得刚好的火喉,没有葱衣的咬不断和青味,鸡肉柔软多汁白鳝:一吃就知道劲新鲜,肉质丰满弹牙,皮也是烧得香脆,各种口感于一体,鱼的鲜味在青柠檬配搭下完全展现鸡中翼:好大的一只鸡,皮薄肉多,皮下脂肪不多却有滑口的油份,入口没有鞋十十的感觉厚烧牛舌:越基本的食物越考师傅的功夫,随了鸡肉棒外在下也喜欢以牛舌作评断,薄烧会吃得很累,厚烧会蕊不熟外不香,而这里就完全没有这情况发生,师傅手势真的很合在下口味鸡胸软骨 猪腩肉 鸡肾 鸡皮 等等等等 排名不分先后在下也不一一介绍,好味程度因人而异,只能说都是高水平服务员很亲切,每道菜也会作介绍,店舖小小希望有更多人发现,不要浪费现在为数不多的好餐厅 继续阅读
