今日江湖老友出嚟交换情报, 8人饭局, 地点LPM.📖 翻查资料, LPM 名称来自 La Petite Masion, 提供法国地中海菜式, 系伦敦度拜等地方都有分店.🥰 餐厅装修欧陆风格, 有方枱有圆枱, 用餐区域可以见到酒吧, 同埋半开放式厨房, 十分赞!🍋 餐枱摆设: 三个蕃茄一个柠檬, 有趣, 之後会循环再用定系煮咗嚟食?🍽 午餐包两个头盘, 一个主菜, $488+10%, 另外可以加钱加配菜. 餐牌设计独特, 定价系中环区属中上, 唔包汤, 唔包咖啡, 但系梗食两个头盘.🐟 头盘一: Tuna Carpaccio. 配汁酸酸地, 夹到吞拿鱼, 味道不俗. 😱 奇闻一则: 每份应该有三片吞拿鱼, 服务员话因为唔够碟, 将两份放埋一碟, 所以你见到六片.🧀 头盘二: Salt Cod Croquettes with Roasted Pepper Relish. 口感相对轻身嘅炸肉丸, 配汁酸酸甜甜, 唔错喎!🤗 每人两个头盘真系食唔晒, 我帮大家食多少少!🌽 头盘三: Corn and Pomegranate Salad. 其实几好食, 系我自己唔特别锺意食湿米.🦑 头盘四: Deep Fried Baby Squids. 鱿鱼比较簿身, 合格吧.🐓 主菜: Roasted Baby Chicken Marinated in Lemon. 法国餐厅都系食鸡稳阵, 果然唔错, 皮香肉嫩, 味道调校有水准!🤗 总结: 有几个地方影响到用餐体验. (1) 餐厅因为唔够碟, 将两份头盘吞拿鱼放埋一齐, (2) 枱面较细, 但系好多碟 (未食完嘅面包, 头盘, 空碟), 估计服务员唔知收边只碟, 一片混乱, (3) 好多环境杂音, 隔一个位已经听唔到讲乜, (4) 点菜前叫咗杯暖水, 服务员收咗个普通杯, 但系冇俾水. 整体服务 “搞笑”. 论食物, Ok嘅, 性价比就一般般. 继续阅读

周日早上的客人不多,随着时间到午餐时间,全厅满座。这餐厅的装修高雅,但又有太拘谨的感觉,加上微昏的灯光和现代节拍音乐,气氛不错。Entrecôte grillee $628Grilled rib eye steak 400 gram这牛扒份量十足,有四百克,而且全部是食用部分,只有少量肥膏和筋部。牛扒烤到半生熟,而且带一点厚度,牛扒外焦内嫩,充满肉汁和浓浓的肉味,不用沾酱,就只是表面的盐巴吊起牛肉味,加上牛扒自身的脂香,真可口,好好吃!无论肉质或火候的拿揑都十分到位。Crispy squids with paprika and green chilli$148这炸鱿鱼炸得脆香,鱿鱼几弹牙爽口,加上薄身炸衣,十分脆香不油腻,吃到鱿鱼原味道。French toast 这French toast 细细件,看似平凡多士,但厚厚的多士口感一如棉花糖,外脆内软,十分香甜,但又甜而不腻,充满旦奶香,加上冰凉的雪糕,实在滋味,差不多每枱必点。这一天天气麻麻,但这一顿午餐令人赏心悦目,满足! 继续阅读
