新开3个月冇乜人知?最近大爱西营盘亲民价意粉甜品店🍝西营盘高街呢间以墨绿色、白色为主调嘅小餐馆,低调开业冇乜宣传,但因为lunch set $98就包晒意粉沙律同甜品❣️所以lunch time都坐到full晒,最好先订枱!叫咗青酱孖辫粉💚质感好弹牙,扭曲形状更好依附酱汁,青酱带淡淡罗勒、蒜味,口味温和,配coppa ham 同mozzarella cheese,当日甜品系红丝绒蛋糕♥️蛋糕体口感几细致Lunch Set $98 (Salad+pasta+dessert)青酱孖辫粉💚Fusillata Casareccia with Green PestoCoppa ham/ Mini mozzarella/ Baby spinach红丝绒蛋糕♥️ Red Velvet Cake留意到餐牌原来晚市意粉都系$98碟咋,所以吸引我再到访,呢次就试蓝纹芝士蘑菇猫耳朵🐱,猫耳朵一向系我好钟意嘅pasta,中间下陷嘅特性份外容易挂上浓郁嘅蓝芝士酱🧀,除咗蘑菇仲有粒粒核桃,好好食!仲叫埋招牌焦糖巴斯克芝士蛋糕🤎💛,一上碟靓到哗一声,蛋糕质感好轻身好软心,而且食得出淡淡柠檬香🍋,面头仲有啲红莓干碎,好推荐!甜品柜仲要好精美💗下次想试埋Tiramisu🤎Dinner À la carte蓝纹芝士蘑菇猫耳朵🐱 $98Orecchiette with Mushroom, Gorgonzola & Walnut焦糖巴斯克芝士蛋糕 $68Crème Brûlée Basque Burnt Cheesecake老板同员工都好好招呼,会主动埋嚟问我好唔好食,同其他食客都好好倾,但晚市真系有啲冷清,希望佢做得住啦,原来呢间餐厅系同一条街嘅冻肉舖老板开嘅,所以肉类都系由冻肉舖提供,我谂佢啲扒都会几唔错 继续阅读

以前好钟意食中环姊妹店melt 系做burger 同甜品 食材新鲜 每款蛋糕都好好食呢到新姊妹店嘅用料都好新鲜 意粉食晒重净翻好多猪面颊肉 好足料🤌🏻同埋系正宗意大利嘅味道俾蛋糕柜mousse cake吸引咗 无食到daily dessert Mousse cake有好多味 个桃味唔太甜啱啱好呢到无以前钟意饮嘅coconut float但钟意饮椰子味 夏天想饮啲消暑啲嘅Coconut cold brew SUPER RECOMMENDED!! 继续阅读

平时去开上环嘅MELT食甜品 得知佢哋喺西环开咗间新餐厅专食牛扒 即刻过嚟食餐厅环境好chill 🙌🏻 装修有格调 坐得舒服唔逼狭店主仲超级好人 会好细心咁介绍每日嘅signature 仲会根据你嘅口味推介菜式 成个体验好贴心😍😍我哋今次试咗唔少嘢 样样都高水准🍟 **松露薯条** - 炸到金黄松脆,松露香爆灯,份量仲要超大碟,抵食到震! 🍗 **水牛城鸡翼** - 用鸡全翼!外皮脆、肉质嫩,酱汁酸辣醒胃,食到啜手指! 🍝 **猫耳朵意粉** - 店主果然冇介绍错!猫耳朵口感烟韧,挂满浓郁茄汁肉酱,每一啖都超满足! 🥩 **牛扒**- 试咗几款唔同部位,有啲牛味超浓,有啲雪花劲靓,店主仲会教你点食先最正。虽然唔记得晒名,但每款都正到癫! 总括嚟讲,Little Pinch真系冇得弹!由食物质素到服务都一流,同佢哋上环姊妹店MELT一样咁高质🥰🥰 继续阅读

We had the pleasure of dining at Little Pinch for lunch and it was an outstanding experience! This charming restaurant specializes in Italian pasta and steak, and it did not disappoint!From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptionally friendly. The owner, Cat, made sure we were individually taken care of, greeting us with a big smile and offering fantastic menu suggestions carefully curated by her husband, Danny. Their passion for food shines through in every detail.The spaghetti carbonara is a MUST TRY —truly “out of this world” delicious with its rich cheese flavor. The buffalo wings were perfectly crispy and flavored with just the right amount of spicy sauce. I also enjoyed the orecchiette with mushrooms, which was absolutely delightful. To finish, we had the mouse cake, baked in-house, and it was light, airy, and not overly sweet—a perfect end to our meal.It’s clear that all the ingredients are homemade, extremely fresh, and of high quality. Each dish was meticulously prepared, showcasing a commitment to excellence. I would even say they are Michelin worthy dishes.The atmosphere was vibrant and lively, with our window seating providing a lovely street view and bright ambiance. Although the table was a bit small, it added to the cozy charm of the place. I loved the aesthetic touch of the steel cups and bowls for the main dishes.At just $198 per person for a set lunch that includes a starter, main, and dessert, the value is fantastic, especially for the quality of food. 当日因为睇错google map而有机会试到呢间新开嘅餐厅。首先老板人好好、好friendly同十分attentive ,见到老板对每一枱客都好有礼貌、有倾有讲。第二,餐厅格局虽然简单,但坐得都算舒服,而且食物质素好好。个人嚟讲唔钟意一啲好fancy, overpriced,然后咩只系都海胆、鹅肝、鱼子酱mix埋一齐嘅西餐。当日叫左一份burrata、两块牛排。Burrata都系Burrata嘅样所以冇相,反而欣赏餐厅冇整色整水,Burrata好新鲜,seasoning同配搭嘅方式同我系Italy嘅一样。牛叫左咩牛就唔记得,但系块排几靓,个chimichurri sauce同pepper corn(好似系)都整得唔错,香港嚟讲chimichurri sauce好似比较少见。Fries好食,creamy spinach 记得有好少少咸,同埋个人钟意食baked嘅creamy spinach,但overall嚟讲都好好食。下次会再去试下pasta dishes,上次食完见佢招牌同google map都冇几惊揾唔反lol 呢个价钱呢个味道同服务态度都系超值!想食第二次但见到佢open rice一个comment都冇所以项唔顺想要赞下:) 继续阅读
