每次都好有礼貌请问唔该，小心翼翼咁买包，呢间湾仔店请的服务员一个恶过一个，之前一个上年纪的阿姨已经又急又燥，但每次好礼貌相对佢相对都会态度缓和d，今日4.20遇到个年纪后生的女仔根本系当自己系老细（应该都系老细亲戚先会请）巴闭得不得了，拣包到收钱全程态度又恶又串，连我老公咁好脾气都话请一个咁恶嘅员工博赶客，以后唔会再嚟，事后同朋友见面讲起原来佢都类似经历又系遇到𠮶个后生女服务员之后冇再帮衬受气，作为一个香港人几乎去过本地90%面包房，中环文华啲面包咁出色都识待客之道，呢间就算sourdough做得好但长期聘请呢种零教养的员工，睇到劲多人喺社交媒体网站唱，本地人都唔一定要帮衬你喇！本地好多面包店啲sourdough都越做越好越优质，呢度系香港个个做生意都进步紧！换左老细本人你会唔会为买面包次次睇面色受气？香港唔系冇得拣OK？

Passed by this bakery near my new office in Quarry Bay, they sell bread in small portions and huge loafs. Heard that they have their own yeast to ferment their dough. All of the bread look attractive and the biggest surprise is that you could buy them in an entire loaf. If I have to organise a party, I’d definitely buy a loaf or two. There’s a plantation section near the windows, and you could also browse and buy some of their unique cactus. Prices are set at the higher end, each stem was labelled with their names. Could be a unique gift, I think! Haha.

呢度嘅sourdough 当然系经典最好嘅，朱古力brioche 都好得。但系唔明收银妹妹年纪轻轻戾气极重，脾气极差，讲唔清楚客人要咩煲，惊佢夹错反而俾佢闹话「我梗系要夹开其他包，先夹到𠮶包」，问系唔系今日做起嘅，叫人自己睇话冇牌嘅就系今日整。但系全场大部份都有牌，咁即系大部份都唔系即日新鲜包？天啊，今时今日仲有咁嘅服务态度，好想知佢系唔系老板本人⋯⋯或者亲戚之类😅😅

食过好几次，都是take away面包是不错 但服务吓人1. chestnut Brioche $38包体好食松软配栗子令到更好食但栗子旁边有很多糖浆 太甜当日是一位伯伯收银 好殷勤有礼2. Brioche $26好香好松软好好食当日是一位长发较年长女服务员无乜礼貌 令我都唔想再帮衬3. Pretzel $20未食过 pretzel 见comment话呢间不错不过太重碱水味 我麻麻地当日女店员是年轻长发, 我行去第二个面包柜指住个包话要呢个女店员「呢个 即系边个」决心再好食都不再帮衬了

The service of the cashier makes me feel very uncomfortable.I stood in front of the bakery case and told her the bread I needed in English, but she just stared at me and didn't immediately help me get it. But when a guest at the next table did so, she was immediately helped them get the bread and pack it. Moreover, I feel that the overall service attitude is worse because I don't speak Cantonese. She did not say thank you to me but say it to every other consumers.
