行过无数间唔同嘅餐厅,今晚终于踏入Les Saveurs嚟试试佢哋嘅晚餐菜单。我哋一坐低就有咗新鲜出炉嘅面包,点起嚟香脆得嚟牛油味十足,真系好吸引人🥖!然后一开始就招待我哋一碟来头发痒嘅前菜,就系花椰菜忌廉配海胆同樱花虾,淋上龙虾油—个味滑溜溜又香郁,食落去正到爆炸!之后嘅波士顿龙虾(香蒜汁)真系唔得了,啖啖龙虾肉,配住牛油果薄片同浓味嘅虾汤啫喱,食落系咁滑嘅口感,啖啖正!埋位烟熏鱼子酱提升鲑鱼嘅滑溜质感,仲有苹果辣根酱,够晒新鲜开胃。最后甜品就来个乐队总动员——朱古力慕斯配上甜蜜蜜嘅覆盆子!简直系享受嘅完美句号。整体嚟讲,Les Saveurs嘅一餐令晚上嘅味蕾跳起华丽嘅圆舞曲。每一口,无一失手,好吃得嚟又充满惊喜🍴🌟!

My hubby wanna gave me a good dinner on my bday! It turned out to be a big disappointment!Service was no standard! Kept hearing ‘ping ping pong pong’ when the waiters were taking out the culinary! Also, the chefs shouting out table number to the waiters who tried to make sure which table to be served! I just thought I was in a local tea house like Tsui Wah! 😰😰😰Food was absolutely below standard! When we ordered our dishes, the waiter got no clue on how the main courses cooked! And they never asked how well done our lamb and steaks wanna be! My homemade bday cake definitely tasted way better than the one they presented! Whilst they dropped the desert knife and fork on the chair, they didn’t say sorry. It was just lucky my daughter so happened went to toilet and she was save from being soiled her dress! The hygiene of the rest of the corners esp the toilets at the back door smelled terrible!Just don’t know why the chinese comments are all superb on this restaurant! We thus got misled and tried it out tonight! 😱😱😱

朋友带我去食法国菜,我地点左个套餐,先有沙律,但因为太肚饿,所以冇比相机食lu,第二道菜有烟三文鱼同蟹盖沙拉,两款都非常好味各有特色,烟三文鱼盖住d烟一齐上菜,好有新鲜感,而肉质鲜嫩可口,蟹盖沙拉开胃好味,加上沙拉上面嘅蟹子多重口感,第三道菜有用miso做嘅鲈鱼,好特别,有啲日本feel,做出来的鲈鱼鲜嫩惹味,第四到先系主菜,我哋拣咗一份肉眼同一份鱼,肉眼medium well 里面依然juice,Fish of the Day 都系鲈鱼,换咗另一个煮法依然好味道,再加埋个甜品,云呢拿同椰子味gelato 混合菠萝,真系mixed and match 👍🏻朋友真系冇介绍错,但今餐真系好饱啊!

美味子一年一度既盛事 — 生日,当然食好d啦!O先生今次带我去左楝商厦入面,佢话要话俾我知商厦入面都有好野食。原来,佢一早book左呢间由两位曾于星级餐厅工作既厨师打理既法国私房菜餐厅,其中一位曾于法国蓝带学厨,地方虽小但五脏俱全。今日唔系好多客人,我地仲可以自己独占一间房兼有维港景睇,好有privacy,食生日/庆祝饭都系一个唔错既选择,我地订左6:30pm,可以睇埋个日落添。Appetizer首先上既系带子加底下既苹果啫喱。食落有阵青柠味,清新开胃跟著上既系French Heirloom Tomatoes, 以腌制左既青萝卜薄片做底,上面放左iberico ham 配cherry tomato ,avocado mousse 同炸左既乔麦粒做toppings;个人特别喜欢粒cherry tomato,食落好香甜。然之后上既系餐厅既signature dish, 42C Smoked Salmon Fish, 三文鱼以42度慢煮烹调,第一啖食落去超级软熟,三文鱼同鱼子酱原来系perfect match 💑!点解可以咁好味?!美味子我食完忍唔住同职员讲真系好滑好好味!职员先话呢道烟三文鱼已经卖出超过一万份,至于点解会咁滑咁软,除左系42度慢煮之外,秘诀在于佢地事先用油浸过!真系一食难忘。而O先生就突登拣左另一款appetizer - Fresh chilled crab试,相比之下可能失色左小小, 但其实O先生话呢碟蟹都好好味。d蟹肉整到好似啫喱咁,同样用烟熏过,口感同味道都好特别。跟著上既系Cream of trio Cauliflower soup 。椰菜花汤会系上左碟后即场淋上去,碟既中间放左外面用面包糠炸既鹌鹑蛋。无论视觉同味觉都系一种享受!不过由于鹌鹑蛋表面系炸既,所以美味子我建议最好食左先,以免佢淋左冇咁好味到上碟Miso and Soy Chilean Seabass,条鲈鱼看似冇乜特别,但上面淋左d日本酱油,甜甜地再加埋d柚子醋同上面一小块黑松露,确实有心思。去到main course O先生order左prime USDA ribeye 而我就叫左Sous Vide Iberico pork collar ,到呢个时候我地已经好饱,其实呢两碟如果都得一块肉我地就觉得份量啱啱好,美味子我自己比较喜欢碟猪多d因为佢个梨酱好味同猪好夹,出面一般配苹果酱反而梨酱比较清甜;而且连d配菜都唔马虎,全部野由卖相到汁到配菜都尽显心思,好欣赏咁全面既厨师,食到呢餐感觉好幸福最后上终于轮到美味子最爱既甜品出场。O先生𠮶碟叫Tropical delight - vanilla + coconut aspuma gelato , 好似椰子奶咁美味子件bday cake 冇出现系menu 度所以唔知咩名堂,不过就食到系焦糖mousse,底层有d apricot 粒,如果可以有d脆口野配mousse就好啦因为个mousse似乎甜得滞😅成餐饭基本上无可挑剔,真系要挑既话,美味子剩系想如果句字可以写靓d就好啦,hehe🙈最后我地order 左两杯茶淸一清个口结束今晚既美食之旅。美味子楝左红色包名为爱情既茶作饭后茶,寓意同O先生来年继续甜甜蜜蜜揾好野食💑

闲日既晚上跟前老板出去食好东西。上到餐厅发现原来有海景睇,仲有partition间开咗一间间房,朋友聚会一流,私隐道高。而且装修好舒服。讲完环境就开始讲嘢食。佢哋有固定嘅Menu。基本上冇乜野可以拣,除咗其中一个前菜,主食同个甜品之外。其他都系跟menu。坐低冇耐就有一篮包,入面有几款唔同嘅包,例如牛角包同埋一啲法包。上枱嘅时候仲系暖笠笠。牛角包有好重嘅牛油味非常香。👍🏻👍🏻忍唔住食咗两个。之后就上咗一啲小食。系吞拿鱼同蕃茄整成嘅。之后食咗尼一个蟹肉整嘅蟹盖。上枱嘅时候有阵烟围住佢,Display得好靓。而系book位嘅时候就要选定究竟要唔要食尼一个蟹盖。呢个三文鱼其实系同个蟹盖二选一既。因为我哋人多,所以两个都有人叫。唔好睇佢好似好普通,佢上枱嘅时候系有个玻璃罩盖住,入面充满系烟。而上边一粒粒嘅系鱼子酱。睇得出厨师好有心思。呢个汤都唔错 呢件鱼一上枱嘅时候成间房都好香,侍应讲解完一轮,即刻忍唔住食。上边有两片松露,下边有件鱼同汤。👍🏻👍🏻喺食主菜之前,有一个柚子雪葩,俾你清一清个味蕾。可惜冇影到相。雪葩入边有少少有柚子皮。好香食完好Flash。而主食方面,我选择咗加$88嘅牛。殴咩都好重。同事就有叫咗猪。食完之后我哋都觉得猪比牛更出色。最后到甜品,呢个系椰汁味嘅雪糕再加一啲菠萝。总体来讲觉得呢个甜品有啲普通。对比起前菜同主食,唔系话非常好食。但都睇得出厨师👨🍳既心思
