由法国米芝连3星主厨Joël Robuchon创办,餐厅一直都有名气,但系未有机会试过,今次决定要试下! ➡️ Mille Feuille Fruits Rouges ($330) 法式千层酥由2层细腻嘅酥皮,夹住好柔滑嘅奶油同淡淡嘅法国酒Grand Marnier制成。个层酥皮上面用左新鲜嘅杂果做装饰,令到望起上黎唔会太单调,而且即时高级左!值得赞嘅系千层酥系即日制,所以食起上黎超脆同劲有口感,加上d奶油一齐食都唔会太甜同太heavy。极力推荐! .............................. 疫情之下卫生非常重要,Lunch只系想要小小嘢落肚,不过送餐嘅时候就非常认真,用密封餐车上菜,又或用罩盖上食物,感觉好安心。呢度最正嘅bakery,真系忍唔住口,虽然我嗌嘅系好普通嘅嘢,但系水准甚高,咁嘅价钱,系唔系物有所值,就见仁见智啦⋯⋯ 继续阅读

Here’s my afternoon tea from Le Salon de The! I am a great fan of Joel Robuchonrestaurants - both L’atelier and Le Salon de The and I have always fanciedpurchasing pastries and sourdough there! Therefore I finally decided to trytheir afternoon tea. The presentation is very aesthetic and lovely. Food-wise,they offer one of the best selection of both savouries and desserts. (Well uknow the desserts are almost always disappointing in high tea). However, thedesserts here are surprisingly scrumptious! They aren’t sickeningly sweet andthere is a variety with different tasting notes and texture. My fav would bematcha Panna cotta (matcha yasss) and hazelnut financier.Their savouries are one of the best in town. I especially adore the foie gras creme brûlée and goat cheese mousse. I’mreally fond of their salmon tartare with guacamole as well! And of course, thehighlight in high tea -scones- do not disappoint at all! They have a richbuttery flavour and I’m so obsessed!The only downside to high tea here would be theambience. It’s in Landmark and it’s one of those open cafes where peopleconstantly pass by. Joël Robuchon Cakes.🔺Taste: Had the pumpkin one, called Citrouille, which was made with vanilla and lemongrass. It was mainly cream and mousse inside. Just a little too sweet for me.🔹Place: Brand name cakes for occasions.🔸Value: Prices are on the higher end. 继续阅读

店舖以红黑色为主调。感觉成熟同型格。入到去见到啲cake好靓。如果有时间都想坐低食个tea set。可惜只系路过。最後忍唔住买左件take away。拣左件exclusive product。mixed berry & violet cake。外表十分feminine。红色配上金粉同光面感觉成熟。再加上蝴蝶装饰。增添左一点少女味。mousse打得算系够滑。成个cake有好香杂莓味。但味道只属正常。底部有薄薄一层蛋糕底。整体口感一般略欠层次。 继续阅读
