听过唔少人讲呢个蛋糕,一早打去订左,去到果时,店主话雪柜D蛋糕全部都俾人订左,所以想食记得要打去订!卖相好简洁, 切开有两层海棉蛋糕, 两层西瓜(两块原片西瓜), 用vodka cream包住。酒味唔算好重, 只系有少少苦个感觉,令个蛋糕冇咁腻。好神奇, 块西瓜仲系好爽口, 冇稔晒之余, 仲好有水份。海绵蛋糕都一样好干爽, 松软, 冇索晒D西瓜汁/水。几好食, 唔会太甜, 不过贵左D....

When I got home last Wednesday evening, June 25th, I had the unexpected pleasure of being treated to 3 pieces of enticing looking pastries. They were brought home by my wife, and I thought it was just another one of those left-overs from company parties.Boy was I in for a major surprise!First up, I tasted the Mont Blanc. My fork was slicing into a mountain of chestnut paste, and I thought this is going to be a heavy dessert. It turns out by oozing the chestnut paste into a pile of fine threads brings in a refreshing amount of air and lightness, resulting in a rich chestnut taste without the heaviness.The second piece I tasted is the Lychee Charlotte. The Lychee comes across real strong. The cake is light, and not at all sweet. Dieters would not feel guilty eating this dessert. There is such a good helping of fresh fruit, you can probably argue this is your daily fruit portion.Finally, the highlight of tonight....the Lemon Tart. As with most lemon tarts, Le Gout's Lemon tart has 3 components. The crust, lemon filling, and the meringue topping. I have been tasting lemon tarts across the world, and this had to rank among the best. The lemon tartness and the meringue's sweetness are exquisitely balanced on a very thin crust, creating a concoction that is so lustful that I forgot to leave a single bite for my significant other. Fortunately there was only 1 piece, otherwise I can totally see myself gobbling another 2 or 3 lemon tarts.

某日路经铜锣湾,发现咗一间新饼店,深深被店内的饼吸引住,虽然价钱不算经济,但食过之后就觉得物有所值,店内职员亲切有礼,蛋糕十分精致 , 我便买了好几件饼回家跟家人分享。因店主推介我第一件好想试嘅就系拿破仑,口感松脆中间有一小旧甜而不腻而且香浓的吉士,每层嘅脆块真系好新鲜好脆口,一食落口就知道新鲜制作,简直系冇得顶 ,,果然是不错的推介。到另一款柠檬挞,哗…..感觉很清新,甜酸适中,好啱夏天这个闷热天气。食过LE GOUT嘅饼真系令我回味无穷,大家不妨一试,试过就包您爱上咗店内嘅饼呀!
