最近试咗西营盘新开嘅 LE COLVERT,专做法国鸭料理🦆,由法国大厨主理,啲鸭全部法国直送!前菜试咗 烟熏鸭胸配芒果牛油果 ($138),鸭胸薄切烟熏味超香,夹埋清甜芒果同creamy牛油果,开胃到震🤤!主菜 焦糖油封鸭髀 ($188) 先系神作——皮脆到"咔嚓"声,肉一撕就散,慢煮12小时超入味,仲有鸭油香炸薯条🍟,脆到食到唔停手!环境系法式小酒馆风格,暖黄灯配木家私,坐低唔想走~ 真心话:呢个价钱食到咁高质法式鸭宴(人均$300左右),性价比爆灯💥!西环友必试啊!

We were caught by the machine for making canard au sang at the display when we walk past the restaurant . We decided to take the brunch menu with free flow champagne. Dishes are all duck but there is no lack of variety with enough choice, gastronomic for sure. We liked duck breast which has been done so well that other restaurants can’t match, the other one was their homemade foie gras. Not to mentioned the delicious dessert… the must try crème brûlée and chocolat fondant. Service was sincere which made us comfortable. We are planning to go again for their canard au sang soon.
