招牌菜
以前昏暗灯光,营造扒房气氛,现在改用世界光,气氛和同村小炒大排挡无异。OpenRice 上资料要修改,开瓶费已加至$120,值唔值得,就睇你带支咩嘢酒,但系带支陈年靓酒嚟呢度,就有啲嘥咗。问服务员关于menu问题,Clam 冇,Mussel 唔靓,虾唔知来源地,开瓶费开头话$100,我话OpenRice 上面写$80,再check之后又话$120⋯⋯佢话新嚟,不过算佢老实。一行二人,先奉上面包两片,有几条黑纹,相信系烧过,不过完全唔热,好干,衰过隔夜面包。所谓Caprese salad,水牛芝士又干,无口感,无basil,dry herbs都无,olive oil 又无,净得好多好甜嘅balsamic syrup。crab cake算大个,外脆,不过无鲜味,蟹肉黑黑哋。$980 36oz Tomahawk 做到medium rare 嘅要求,质素唔错,不过外面可以㶶啲脆啲就好,加埋配菜,卖相都唔错,要求mustard,就只有Dijon一款。最后加个side baked asparagus,hollandaise sauce就太多。二个人自己带2支酒,点咗两个头盆、一块tomahawk和一个side veggie,埋单共$1450⋯⋯ 疫情关系,俾咗$100贴士。不值了,缘尽。

I thought I had found a hidden gem, but it wasn't. We looked at the good reviews about this place and although the prices are steep, we wanted to try it. I tried the prime beef steak, which was fine, well cooked to the way we wanted and the bernaise sauce was creamy but didn't have much taste to it.About the salads, we chose the one with tomatoes and mozzarella. I personally thought it's overpriced, and it didn't even have any basil.We also ordered escargot, which were the worse because it costs 139$ for 5 tiny pieces which it probably worth 50$ at another restaurant.I'm general, we were disappointed and will definitely not come back.

上次嚟 Lardos 已经系唔知几多年前嘅事,突然间心血来潮想食,咁多年后都不失水准。我同屋企人叫咗一个 Smoked Salmon Salad,Soup of the Day,Meatball Spaghetti with Tomato Sauce 同 Grilled Lamb Rack。首先讲吓个汤啦。个汤系番茄汤,佢系纯蕃茄汤,唔似意大利菜汤。佢好多番茄蓉,感觉比较天然。佢好似热嘅蕃茄汁,平时唔系好钟意蕃茄嘅我都觉得几容易入口,但系我屋企人就唔系好钟意,钟唔钟意因人而异。呢个系 Smoked Salmon Salad,感觉食材都几新鲜,比较大份,建议可以同 friend share 嚟食。三文鱼每块都几大块,但味道偏咸,配埋捞咗黑醋汁嘅沙律菜会比较好。呢个系 Meatball Spaghetti with Tomato Sauce,肉丸好大粒,仲有 7 粒,好抵食! 蕃茄酱比较似蕃茄汤,好多番茄蓉。意粉质地似天使面,好幼好滑。呢个系我嘅必食推介 - 烧羊架!其实嚟呢度唔食羊架真系好嘥。薯角都几脆,啲菜炒得好香。啲羊架真系好「谂」,虽然颜色偏红,但系唔会有一阵羊味。羊架配埋附送嘅红酒汁同薄荷啫喱会更有风味!其实 Lardos 整体系一间非常好嘅餐厅,尤其是系食物。但系价钱真系比较贵,各位衡量吓抵唔抵食啦!

将军澳无乜好食牛扒,来来去去都系连锁餐厅,当晚心血来潮揸车去坑口村揾好西食!因为餐厅细,一早订左台,去到即刻有位。叫左两件8oz Sirloin Steak 跟埋配菜同埋自选酱汁,我拣左薯角同埋蘑菇汁。两件牛分别系 certified Australia black angus beef 同埋 Australia king island beef,听讲系grain fed 同埋 grass fed 嘅分别。我个人钟意前者多啲,肉味比较香。两件牛扒无乜筋,熟嘅程度亦啱啱好。牛扒好食,价钱合理,人均消费约$230(无需加一),服务亦ok 可惜餐厅比较细,坑口村亦难泊车,不过一定会再黎!

近阵子看到面书当年今日回顾两年前到京阪神旅游片段,其中一段是吃神户牛,便立马挑起锯扒意欲,想起很久没到坑口这间牛扒店,便决定今晚来一止牛瘾。对上一次光顾已是6年前了,牛扒店装修大致一样,不同的是店员不再是操英语的南亚裔,餐牌好像较以往精美一点(硬皮的),至于食物方面,基本上都没大变化,但却找不到最平的澳洲西冷,当日8oz只是索价 $135,份量刚好,且牛味很浓,平靓正之选,比起当时定价$199的美国Prime Beef西冷味道更佳。可惜是次我们只能点美国安格斯及Prime Beef,其实还有其他牛的…但我没什印象,且点最细份的8oz也不便宜了,分别是$249及$299,不知道是不是涨价关系,以往很旺场的小店变得冷清,我们由7时多吃到8时多,前后都只是5枱客人,其中一枱更似是老板娘在招呼朋友呢!说回食物,每份牛扒也跟一款配菜,配菜选择包括薯条﹑薯角﹑薯蓉﹑焗薯及沙律,由于长期欠菜,故薯控既我今晚主动选沙律作配菜,老公则点了薯条。两份牛扒的卖相很不错,尤其是我的安格斯配沙律,不过安格斯牛味不够,还好肉够厚,5成熟,肉质软腍,点黑椒汁则提味不少。沙律跟意大利黑醋,可能重手了,味道偏酸。反而Prime Beef西冷牛味较浓,不用点汁也很好吃,薯条有些翻炸久了,偏油,但仍可接受。其他菜式还有炸芝士﹑卡邦尼意粉﹑羊架﹑烧鸡﹑鱼等,虽然已没有当日平靓正澳洲西冷,来这里还是建议大家吃牛吧!
