Took away a few sliced cakes from Lady M!Pinkglow Piña Rosa Mille FeuilleThis sliced cake was new and looked so appealing! At first I thought the fruits on top were water melon or grapefruit! When I took a bite, then I discovered that they were pineapples! Two puff pastry layers were filled with rum-infused whipped cream and sweet Pinkglow® pineapples, topped with fresh slices and lime zest. Unfortunately, I ate this cake on the next morning so the puff pastry layers were no longer crispy and the whipped cream turned a little bit hard. The pineapples were special indeed but were not particularly delicious and I didn't find it good match with puff pastry layers. Pistachio Mille CrêpesThere were no less than 20 paper-thin handmade crêpes layered with pistachio cream, with a sprinkle of crushed pistachio crumbs on top. Cream was sufficient and the crepes itself had a nice texture although it was consumed the next morning! Pistachio flavour was rich! This one was good! It was very easy to cut it into mouthful size. Signature Mille CrepesThe cream was light pastry cream for this signature Mille Crepes. We ate it after leaving it for 2 nights but quality it was just like fresh! Cream was sufficient and the crepes itself had a nice texture. However, flavourwise I always preferred other more special flavours.Gateau Nuage I always love Lady M's Gateau Nuage because the airy whipped cheesecake base was very rich and smooth. The cinnamon-kissed graham cracker crust was ok but not particularly special. The thin layer of sweetened sour cream on top added extra smooth texture and some refreshing flavour to the cake. Strawberry ShortcakeLady M used superfine flour imported from Japan for the 3 layers of vanilla sponge cake, which was layered by 2 layers of whipped cream with strawberries. On the surface there was a layer of whipped cream, topped with 3 thin slices of strawberries. We ate this cake after leaving it for 2 nights. So the sponge cake was a bit too moist. Still, texture-wise and flavour-wise it was still ok but not specially stunning. CheckersCheckers was a cake of checkerboard of vanilla and chocolate sponge cake. Whipped cream comes tucked between the squares, all outfitted in a silky dark chocolate ganache. It was quite rich in chocolate yet not overly sweet or fatty. But I would say appearance-wise it was more attractive compared with the flavour.  继续阅读

虽然圣诞节已经过,但系突然间碌相簿见到呢个红丝绒蛋糕先谂起原来我冇分享过。🍰呢款红丝绒蛋糕系每年圣诞节期间限定,我觉得佢系成个Lady M入边最好食嘅一款蛋糕。白色嘅cream非常细腻,红色蛋糕非常绵密,而且较为湿润,一啲都唔干。整体食入口唔会太甜,而且口感层次丰富。不过佢都几heavy,食哂一嚿有少少滞。其实每次喺唔同地方见到红丝绒蛋糕,我都一定会叫,但系呢间真系我食过咁多间入边最好嘅一间😋😋 继续阅读

新出嘅杜拜朱古力千层蛋糕虽然$118有啲贵但心心念念就去买嚟试下TLDR有啲失望可以唔使首先讲个味道主要系被底层嘅朱古力cream味主导咗但可惜呢个朱古力味好普通好似用可可粉冲出嚟咁而最顶嘅炒米粉碎比较似榛果味中间嘅开心果cream好好味同开心果千层蛋糕𠮶个一样味至于个质地方面饼皮冇平时咁湿润同埋层炒米粉碎好实本身谂住一啖啖咁切嚟食但无可避免咁一切就成层甩咗🤣同埋食完之后都系觉得千层蛋糕需要系好滑同好湿润同杜拜开心果脆脆个八字唔系好夹而开心果千层蛋糕黄绿色相间好clean好清秀果然因为佢每一层都有忌廉间住所以整体比较湿润绵滑好轻易一刀切落去就分到一啖 继续阅读

试咗两款新口味Lady M (可能唔系新,至少我未食过😅)炙烧焦糖芝士千层蛋糕Burnt Cheesecake Mille Crêpes焦糖、忌廉芝士、柠檬芝士千层蛋糕、牛油曲奇饼底,呢四个组合算系几夹,忌廉芝士非常香浓,牛油曲奇饼底非常加分,令到整件蛋糕多一份香味和脆度,至于千层蛋糕部份...因为忌亷芝士和牛油曲奇饼底太出色,所以千层蛋糕有点失色,不过非常适合喜欢芝士蛋糕嘅人。 开心果千层蛋糕Pistachio Mille Crêpes我一直都最钟意伯爵茶千层蛋糕Earl Grey Mille Crêpes,今次食咗开心果之后,我有少少动摇😅,因为真系又香又滑又浓味,唔怪之得最近啲人咁钟意食开心果口味嘅产品。 继续阅读
