原来登龙街开左LAB MADE,我都系经过鹅颈桥见到有人拎住食先上网CHECK下新推出有伯爵茶焦糖脆入口之后earl grey嘅香味停留系口腔嘅感觉真系好幸福啊上面嘅caramel crunch我食到好似有d香橙味咁?!不过都ok嘅但系个cream就好似有点同个伯爵茶雪糕唔系好夹咁~唔知系咪位置有点隐闭,人流不多,店员好似欠缺点笑容喇

见未够钟又系附近就行黎睇下今期有咩好食呢两款几吸引所以嗌哂两杯试!奶酱脆多($44),上面真系有件脆脆系度,加埋花生酱呀奶呀,呢个真系好好食!味道同食紧奶酱脆多一样,但系系冻既xd呢个系咸食雪糕,估唔到会咁好食玫瑰荔枝红桑子($44),食落去食先食到荔枝味同红桑子味,玫瑰味再慢慢渗出,上面仲有两朵好靓既玫瑰花,好有心机,雪糕入面有棉花糖,令成个口感唔会咁单调

是夜饭聚,友人早到,去了Lab Made 分子雪糕专门店。小妹到时,其已买了一杯黑糖鲜奶焙茶雪糕$44。友人邀请小妹一齐分享,小妹也就老实不客气地,拿起小匙,吃著黑糖鲜奶焙茶雪糕。雪糕以香浓的焙茶雪糕,加上幼滑忌廉、黑糖和脆米炮制而成,吃下去,啖啖带烟熏味的茶香,多了一份甜味和脆口,整体味道挺清爽清新的,雪糕质感细滑带冰感,颇适宜夏日享用。友人却嫌雪糕有茶的苦涩,只浅尝数口,大部份由小妹吃掉。

I was early for dinner at Jamie's Italian and the others had not arrived so I got some icecream to cool down.There was a new hojicha latte flavour so I tried it.It was topped with cream, rice crispies and brown sugar syrup.The syrup was really good and mellowed out the bitterness of the hojicha flavour.

是晚两位女生吃罢中式小菜,因甜品选择不合胃而决定转场!忽然记得袋中有两张分子雪糕卷,就决定稍移玉步行过隔离街换左佢!今期的四款口味!有我喜欢的腐竹鸡蛋糖水味!分子雪糕系即叫即做,我是用礼券的,所以收费是waive 了!单上印有编号,看著萤光幕的号码领取雪糕就可以!等左五至十分钟左右就到我拎~不过发生左一件小事,在等食的时候,我见到之前𠮶个客最上面𠮶层sauce 系用吱吱樽吱上去嘅,而到整我𠮶杯时,女店员刚刚由大樽转细樽,去到最底又好难转入细樽,我睇住佢想淋落去,立即叫住唔好淋呀,淋落去好丑样㗎!不过佢唔理照倒落去,个成品立即似baby food !本身分子雪糕已经系半溶化仲要一野淋落去,仲要叫住都仲唔停!嬲到我啤行呀!杯雪糕我㗎!之后女店员话,你用啲Filter,美图秀秀执左先放上网咪一样!本来都无咁火的,执唔执相使你教!我而家觉得好核突连食都唔想食,咪应该多谢你只神来之笔呢!男店员应该闻到火药味,话整过杯俾我!咁就算啦,等多五分钟啰!讲返杯雪糕,我拣左腐竹鸡蛋糖水味,延续是晚的小厨中菜风,呢个味道我食过好几次,每次食都会觉得好惊为天人,之后又会记得自己食过!豆腐味虽浓郁,但整体好清新唔漏!今晚食仲衬托到我啲怒火!因为我都有post instagram, 即晚好快已经有餐厅负责人inbox 返我,问我发生了什么事,customers care 做得几好是真的!呢个笑脸系俾杯雪糕同CS,因为真系好食同感受到佢地嘅诚意,但唔包那位教我执相的女店员,我下次亦唔会再去呢间舖,反正间间餐牌一样!Sorry!
