呢间小酒馆一路以嚟都系我心目中最爱之一。气氛好好充满natural Wine Bar嘅气息。食物都好authentic French bistro style,虽然每年都会去法国,但返到香港都系好钟意喺挂住法国嘅时候就过嚟呢度饮吓嘢。都系我同男朋友拍拖最钟意去既地方哈哈。 嘢食同埋嘢饮瞌埋眼order都唔会出事。美中不足可能就系芝士嘅Selection唔够LQV咁多 (不过人地系wine bar为主嘛haha) 但系身为French cheese&Wine 迷,当然希望鱼与熊掌可兼得!Flap steak超好味,juicy,充满肉香,我哋食完一个之后即刻嗌多一个 继续阅读

My visit to this wine bistro with my partner left us feeling extremely uncomfortable and unwelcome. We weren’t notified about any customer polices regarding stay duration or additional purchases. We assumed that enjoying two glasses of wine and a dessert during a non-busy period, with a few empty tables available, would be acceptable.However, the manager’s/owner's behaviour added to our discomfort. She repeatedly walked by our table, paying excessive attention to our unfinished wine glasses and even collecting our half-used napkins. It felt unnecessary and gave us the impression that she wanted us to order more or leave.To our surprise, we overheard a conversation between the manager/owner and another customer (who was sitting literally next to our table), discussing customers who linger after ordering only one or two glasses of wine. We were taken aback when the customer gestured towards our table, expressing curiosity about how the owner handles such situations – which made us feel even more uncomfortable.We understand that every establishment has its own policies and considerations but it would have been helpful if we were informed about any time restrictions or expectations when we arrived. 中环酒吧林立,这是其中一间小有名气的主打自然酒的小酒馆,开业超过十年,位于荷里活道的店铺是餐酒吧,wine shop则在不远处的斜坡上。·这还是在去年11月底、才放开不久的时候,当时大家都在积极外游,城里反而清静很多。那天待在家效率不高,索性背上相机出来喝个早酒。冬至未至,5点半的天色却已经离不开街灯。·气氛轻松随性,装饰有点旧空间有点拥挤,但却是相当纯正的bistro调调。红色的墙面、木质的桌子架子和黑夜里发出的暖光,都是让人无法忽视且心生好感的存在,最喜欢用酒瓶捆扎在一起装饰的吊灯了。·有在用电脑的business girl,也有路过喝一杯的西装人士,帮我倒酒的女孩穿扎着头巾穿着肥大的工装裤,看着她踩着凳子在小黑板写下店里新到的酒,瞬间觉得这个秋日夜晚的一切都好cool。·选了一杯清爽辣口的Chenin Blanc, 搭配两个简单的海鲜小菜 —— 餐食还蛮丰富的,并且更新超级勤快。并不像内地的bistro们卷菜式卷食材,这里的下酒菜仿佛就是下酒菜本来的样子,形式不复杂但风味明确,符合最终目的:下酒。·【Mini Fish Roll/Wasabi Mayo/Yuzu Vinaigrette】口感紧致的鱼肉被紫菜细细裹起来,造型还挺有心思。山葵蛋黄酱是很温柔的微辛,反而是柚子油醋汁的酸度更加突出和明亮,跟鱼肉的咸鲜撞在一块儿十分和谐。·【Tuna Rillette/Espelette Pepper/Toasted Bread】吞拿鱼肉酱做得很细滑,咸香不腻无腥味,也是好吃的。整体价格小贵,但地段所致还是可以理解,午市套餐性价比高很多。 继续阅读

Favourite cheese & wine bar ♡₊⁺ 已经三访每次经过总会被复古装潢+门口秋千吸引 .ᐟ.ᐟ依间 wine bar 主要系法国或其他地区嘅小酒庄出品,以 natural wine 为主,酒款非常独特 (仲可以试埋 orange wine 发酵味比芝士更浓烈。店员好 friendly 而且对酒好熟悉,如果谂唔到饮咩都可以形容下想要咩感觉,等佢地介绍返。可以黎感受一下 chill 住饮嘅气氛 ·͜·♡.𝐒𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐭𝐨 𝐬𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐞 // $200 for 2 $300 for 5可以拣芝士小食或者 cold cut。爱芝士如命既我,每次都系全部叫嗮芝士~另外每次都疯狂 encore 面包,热辣辣软熟有弹性,超好食 .ᐟ.ᐟ.♢ 𝐄𝐩𝐨𝐢𝐬𝐬𝐞 Cow milk | Creamy | Medium to strong Origin : Burgundy, France 传说系拿破仑最爱芝士,外面系橙红色,里面系流心。 味道超浓烈似有少少辣味,又有点酒香。♢ 𝐒𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐭 𝐅𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐞𝐧 Cow milk | Creamy | Medium Origin : Rhône Alpes, France 同样都系软芝士,味道比较温和,偏 nutty 乳酪味。♢ 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐭𝐞 Cow milk | Hard | Medium to stong Origin : Jura, France 法国最经典既芝士,通常切成长条形。 味道温和可以中和咸味同 soft cheese 腻感,衬杏脯一齐食。♢ 𝐑𝐨𝐪𝐮𝐞𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐭 Sheep milk | Semi-hard Blue Cheese | Strong Origin : Aveyron, France♢ 𝐓𝐞𝐭𝐞 𝐝𝐞 𝐌𝐨𝐢𝐧𝐞 Cow milk | Semi-hard | Mild Origin : Switzerland 形状好特别所以必试 .ᐟ.ᐟ 用芝士刨刨成薄片,开到成朵花咁 𖧷 法文名意思系「修道士头 monk's head」 ( 唔知点解 ??? 味道超浓烈,所以切薄片食比较容易入口,要配酒同面包。‎- - - - - - - - - ‎-- - - - - - 继续阅读

The food was simple and decent. I was initially disappointed with the taste but I tried to appreciate its simplicity and enjoy the company I had. In all honesty, there are better options in the area for the price. Something I liked was the design of the place. I can say that it is a small and comfortable space. The decor feels warm and cozy.What hurt the experience of the bistro’s warm design is the attitude of the staff and that they don’t wear their masks properly at all. Throughout my whole experience at the bistro, she was either barely wearing her mask or not wearing it at all. Whether she was taking orders, speaking to us or serving dishes. And while I don’t think she realises she is rude or impolite, the attitude in her responses and assumptions was really the most negative part of the experience. It really could be improved. In all honesty, it would be the main reason I wouldn’t plan to go there again with my family and friends. It would’ve been a comfortable place to relax and catch up if not. If the taste of the food and especially the quality of service, can be improved, that would be great. Just feels a bit of a shame with how comfortable and warm the bistro feels in its aesthetic and location. 继续阅读
