This is an old review which I forgot to post but I should really visit Kale again because they have new wraps according to their facebookOn this visit, I had the beetroot drink which was natrual and sweet.For food, I always have my favourite fries because they are freshly fried roots.Along with the fries, I had creamy avohoummus.

Salad ($75)出街食多数都油腻又多味精，间唔中都想清新下食下沙律。Kale既沙律比起平时既沙律唔同，唔会得生菜、蕃茄咁寡。菜用上kale羽衣甘蓝，近年好hit既superfood。食落比一般菜硬身有口感，而且味道浓郁甘甜，淋上黑醋就非常突出。红菜头煮得软身易入口，味道清新。配上烤得香软既蕃茄、南瓜、翠玉瓜，食到蔬菜既香甜。饭入面藜麦，藜麦口感细碎有咬口，令饭变得特别又有口感。份量真系唔少，女仔一定食唔哂。食天然食材就系唔洗计卡路里，食得饱饱又可以keep fit。

This place is quite deserted on Sunday which is nice. I can see how jammed it can be at lunch hours on a weekday.We tried all four sliders -- beef, crabcake, grilled cheese and tofu. You can't go wrong with either. For the kale salad, I personally like the grilled veggie one more than the beet. But of course, it comes down to your personal taste. The quinoa risotto is not bad, but something I'd prefer making at home. The kale mint juice blend is surprising fruity (green apple? I guess?) and not as grassy as I'd want it to be... (call me a weirdo). The dessert Maleficient, a brownie on which you pour hot caramel to melt the thin slice of chocolate is quite interactive, but taste wise, it's just a brownie... All in all, most stuff at Kale, you can easily throw together at home and pack it for lunch. But if you're not a lunch packer, Kale does it for you at a reasonable price.
